After the change of owners, the hostel deteriorated significantly: it became dirty, unfriendly, and there was an unpleasant smell from cat feces everywhere. The hostel is cold, the lights are not turned on at night, communications are not repaired, and requests to solve problems are answered with ridicule. No one cleans up the food left over from the tenants in the refrigerator. For example, there are persimmons covered in mold and many other missing and smelly products. No one solves the problem when someone makes noise after 23.00 or washes things in the washing machine at 3 a.m.
There is no service: the owners avoid communication, ignore messages, are irresponsible, populate anyone without checking. One of the guests turned out to be a thief. The owners can leave for 2 weeks by leaving the hostel for one of the tenants. One day they left and locked the kitten in the basement for 2 days, which meowed all over the hostel.
Before we left, they didn't even ask us about the time of departure, but the room had already begun to be rented. The farewell ended with aggression – the owner insulted and threatened. During the check-out, when we were already taking things out to the car, my boyfriend was the first to tell his Wife bye (the owner just walked past us and didn't even say anything) and asked personal questions in a calm tone. I was standing by the car with another hostel customer while my boyfriend continued the conversation. I asked the guy to hurry up and said I didn't care about them anymore. To which the owner said, "I don't give a shit about you either." The dialogue ended, my boyfriend started walking away and grinned, which made Zhenya fly into a rage and start yelling, "What the fuck are you doing?" and other swear words. Yana was in the kitchen at that moment and didn't even come out.
In general, terrible service, no customer orientation, dirt and no proper cat care. Unfortunately, I can't describe it in more detail here.
