We took our two girls to stay over the holidays. We received daily updates, photos and videos as well as access to a video camera inside the room. The cats had a great time and were very relaxed. The whole staff made sure that our babies felt safe and taken care of. All round professional and dedicated; although we don't speak russian, communication was never an issue. Thank you so much, I will definitely use your services again.

I would like to sincerely and wholeheartedly thank Oksana and Regina for their help in overexposing our beloved cat Antoshka.24/7 video surveillance, the hotel is sooo clean. They constantly sent videos and photos of my pet, it was clear that our Anton was spoiled and surrounded by warm love from the staff! Well, to put it more precisely, this is not a hotel, but a straight cat sanatorium, I recommend it!! My rating is 10 out of 10... I can't imagine a better place to overexpose a cat in Tashkent. Thanks to you, we rest and fly away peacefully! Thanks to the owner and staff of the Cathouse center! You did well

I left my cat for three days. The conditions are excellent - clean and there is enough space. The hotel employee is attentive and caring, constantly kept up to date on how the cat is feeling. You can also watch your pet yourself through the camera 24/7. Thank you so much for your professionalism and care!

Everything is super, excellent service, cats are constantly treated with care, they are played with, given a walk, fed and cleaned according to our schedule. There are video reports every day, there is an opportunity to watch on a webcam. Now we are clearly regular customers when we go on vacation)

Before going on a trip, we didn't know who to entrust our Bella to, but CATHOUSE saves us for the second time. The staff is responsive, they send photos. The hotel is clean and safe. I definitely recommend it!!!

Cat House is a great hotel for cats, with a very caring and responsible attitude towards pets.
Of the difficulties of interaction, there was only a meticulous attitude to vaccinations and treatments, but this is all for the benefit of animal health.
For those who need to leave periodically and leave their cats somewhere, Cat House is the best option.

Cats were left at the hotel a couple of times. Bribed by the fact that they meticulously require certificates, vaccinations and treatment from worms and fleas. This means that there will be no sick animals there.
Regina and Oksana are just wonderful girls who adore cats. The cats were always close to the girls and kept up with them) There are photo and video reports, as well as a camera 24\7. They feed, clean the trays, play with the cats, kiss them. Cats don't have stress there.

A great hotel, it helps out when you need to leave for a long time and there is no one to entrust your pets to. Round-the-clock access to the surveillance camera in the room was a great surprise as I was able to watch my cats at any time of the day. And special thanks to the hotel staff for the first-class care. One of my cats was being treated for cystitis and the staff checked to give all the necessary medicines at the time!🙏🏻
