Excellent location near the hotel, close to attractions, the hotel is right on the waterfront, a terrace overlooking the sea. Very helpful and hospitable staff. The breakfasts are excellent, delicious, a varied buffet, and the coffee is delicious. The hotel is small but cozy with its own courtyard and atmosphere. The rooms are small, but everything you need is there. Happy birthday, very emotional place.

It's a good hotel, but there 's a lot to work on.
The location is excellent, very quiet and by the sea.
Breakfasts are not fanatical , but they are normal .
The room is small but cozy.
But!!!! The water in the shower does not leave all the time and stands on the floor , the curtain on the shower window is stained with water . The water from the shower leaks into the room and the carpet gets wet, which makes it smell a little damp. Maybe it was our number (405) that was the problem.

The hotel is in the style of a country house by the sea with a cozy courtyard. It is a very quiet place, with access to all the sights along the pretty streets with shops and restaurants. Our room was quite spacious, with tea and coffee capsules, slippers and bathrobes. Breakfast is a Turkish buffet, there was even a menemen. We are very satisfied with the rest

Positive: interesting design, access to the city and the embankment, a good breakfast, good coffee, a veranda where you can have breakfast and sit at other times. Cons: the room is tiny, the toilet and shower are tiny built into the closet, it's tin. Wooden stairs lead to the upper floors, as soon as people start trampling around from 7 a.m., it's unrealistic to sleep, even if you want to!!!

A great place in the Sultan Ahmet area, close to markets, markets, attractions, while quiet. The staff is friendly and helpful. When there was an overlap with the transfer, the guys from the hotel promptly found me a car. The rooms are small, but cozy, and have everything you need to stay. Breakfast on the terrace overlooking the Marmara Sea. I was very pleased, I will come again.

I fell in love with this hotel and restaurant!!! Beautiful scenery, magical breakfast at the hotel. The Sea of Marmara is amazing. Be careful, there is a very strong current near the shore.

A wonderful chamber hotel. Of course, by Moscow standards, up to 5 stars, 2 towels, no bathrobes, no pool, no gym, Rooms, clean, tidy, but of course the audibility is strong.

We visited this hotel 2 times in February 2023 and 2024. The first one went in more, although nothing much seems to have changed. But for the first time, they congratulated me on the doctor and the overall impression was somehow more enthusiastic. The breakfasts are delicious, although monotonous, as in many hotels in principle.

The disadvantage is that it is far from the tram stop or from the metro.
If you learn not to get confused in the local streets, then the Blue Mosque is about 5-7 minutes on foot, but uphill. There are no ordinary super markets in the vicinity, everything in this area is focused only on tourists.
Plus, the sea view, which you will only see at breakfast. The breakfast is delicious, according to the buffet system.
