I had a rest in February 2022, the rest lasted 8 days, for me that's the most. What is unusual is that mostly nosers run around the territory and IN NO CASE SHOULD they BE FED! Even if there is only one animal in sight. You will not notice how a dozen will run out of the forest and rush at you, smelling the smell of food. And so you can safely walk around and they won't care about you. The beach is clean, there are no algae and there is no smell from them. There is a volleyball court where you can play volleyball, I did it with the Americans, by the way, the girls play well too. There are many souvenir shops on site, but I do not recommend taking tequila. Nor should you go to the so-called tequila factory. It is best to take tequila at the airport before departure in Duty Free.
From the tour I chose one for the whole day Tulum – Koba – Chichen Itza
The advice is not to buy souvenirs made allegedly by locals on the advice of the guide in the village, on the way to Chichen Itza. You will see all this in huge quantities and CHEAPER in Chichen Itza. Souvenirs are made in China :))
Greetings! We were at this hotel for the New Year holidays with children. Definitely does not pull at 5 *. The most wonderful thing is the beach, but this is not the merit of the hotel. The territory is surrounded by jungle. The food suits the first 3 days, then it starts to bother, there is no variety, but you will not be hungry. There were complaints about cleaning the territory (small debris may be lying around the pool and on the beach, such as cigarette butts, leftovers, etc.). By the way, everything is not smooth with room cleaning either. Shampoos were often not refilled in the bathroom. A couple of times we left fewer towels, we had to look for them ourselves.
It is worth writing about the tour operator separately. Pegasus was contacted for the first time, he is also the last! I have never seen a lower quality of customer service. It all started with a flight there. The flight was postponed several times. So not only was the flight 6 hours later, but it also landed in Iceland. Instead of 12 hours, 17 flew! Upon arrival, we marinated on the bus for another hour, waiting for our tourists to fill up. As a result, instead of 3 p.m., we got to the hotel at 11 p.m. Many were traveling with children, you can imagine their condition... To the question: "Will they feed you in hotels?", the escort mumbled that they would only feed you the next day, so to speak, these are your problems. On the bus, we were told several horror stories that some do not leave the hotel, do not rent cars, etc. All nonsense! With the return flight, the return parsley, the departure is 7 hours earlier than it should be. Instead of a wonderful afternoon check-out, we were picked up at 5 a.m. Well, at least the flight, this time, was direct and took 11 hours. There are no representatives of the tour operator in the hotels, this is the policy of hotels in Mexico. But it's also for the best. They're nothing but lies. We bought one excursion to the pyramids from Pegasus. It cost $600. Well, here they distinguished themselves! We got on the bus and were told that we had to pay another $25 each. Allegedly a tax. But most likely, this is a fee for this guide, because she had nothing to do with Pegasus and was hired on the eve of the trip.
In short, don't mess with Pegasus!
A very cool hotel! The service, the guys are animators, the food is delicious. The animation itself is not great, mostly for Europeans. The territory is large and well maintained. The beach is on the top ten, which is rare for Mexico.
