A pleasant hotel, located far from any infrastructure. Good bathrooms and Internet, there is a dog in the yard who likes to play. The plumbing is excellent. In the room that I had, there were not enough outlets. Of the significant minuses - it was cold, the room was on the ground floor, the flooring was tiled and it was really cold without slippers. Everything else is pretty good, if you still need to stay for a short time, then I will choose this hotel

We stopped by with friends for five nights at this hotel, where friendly and helpful people work)))
They tried to fulfill our requests to make our stay comfortable.
This is consistent with the wise words:
"Take care not only of your own interests, but also of the interests of others"
(Biblical wisdom)
It is worth noting that the room surprised with its scope.
For example, there were many places to relax (10 beds and 2 sofas).
If desired, it was nice to sit on the balcony.
And of course, bed linen.
Clean, soft, pleasant for the body))
Special thanks for the iron, it is clear that the equipment is of good quality.
It should be noted that on the first day of check-in, we were unwitting witnesses of how one of the guests became ill. And the hotel staff provided active necessary first aid.
It is very pleasant when such caring people work in the service sector!!!

I didn't find any advantages. But there are a lot of disadvantages!!! Upon arrival at the hotel, there was no room that we had ordered, and we were checked into room 309, which was a micro room with two single beds and one blanket. Instead of the second blanket, they brought three more sheets and a dirty mattress pad, offering to cover themselves with this junk... In the morning, they moved to room 406, which is shown in all the photos on different websites. The headboard of the large double bed stands separately at an angle not bolted, the bedside lamp does not work. The owner's dog runs around the hotel exploring the rooms of visitors. At night, she prevents the guests from sleeping with her barking. The employees of this institution, just to calm this animal, throw her a plastic bottle, which makes the noise even more. As compensation for the night spent not in his room, we agreed with the owner that he would feed us breakfast ...... he certainly deceived, referring to the suppliers of products that they did not bring anything!!))) Wi-Fi works intermittently, for several hours it is simply completely absent. At our request, upon leaving the hotel, the administrators instantly ran out of mobile Internet to call us a taxi.(By the way, there is a bakery nearby, from which a kind seller willingly helped us to call a taxi).The administrator named Gor only apologized, and the administrator Erica sold our friends a TEA BAG for 500 drams, which is 125 rubles...that's all))) Dear travelers!!!! I strongly do not recommend this disgusting place!!!!! After twenty years of traveling, we finally ran into such a mess!! By the way, when leaving the hotel, the receptionist did not even say goodbye, sitting on the phone and not paying attention to us. That's it for me!

I booked a room at the booking office for 11 nights. As a result, I lived for two weeks and decided to move - I didn't like the hotel. A room without a window is impossible to ventilate, and right under the roof it is always stuffy and hot, the air conditioner does not help.
To cancel a reservation, you have to pay a fine - 1 night. Okay, I agree. I made a cancellation through Booking - the money should be returned in cash at the checkout, because I also paid in cash. And they didn't return anything to me, I was just thrown for 80,000 drams. They assured me that there is no money in the cash register today, they will be there tomorrow. I believed in Armenian hospitality, in the honesty of people - and after that they didn't return anything to me, they just divorced me. At every reminder, everything will be fine tomorrow, we communicate.

I liked the rest, the staff is very friendly and hospitable. The rooms are clean, everything corresponds to the booking at the booking office. Any issue is resolved at the reception. The breakfast is hearty, the air conditioners are working properly, the shower works without any comments.

This is some kind of scam. I booked a room at the Booking office. We've been writing for half a day, saying we're really waiting for you, and all that. Upon arrival, they asked for the booking number and said that there was no room for me, but they could offer to stay in ANOTHER, according to them, "five-star" hotel, but 1.5 times more expensive. And the "CEO" of this other hotel is allegedly present in the room, who immediately offers a "discount".
The place doesn't look like a hotel. I was there for 15 minutes and didn't see a single guest. It looks like a lobby, from which there is one exit to the back room. The place is also strange for a hotel: a remote street, the area around is not landscaped in any way. Very suspicious. Judging by other reviews describing the same scheme, this is some kind of divorce.
While looking for a replacement hotel, I realized that they are dumping on purpose, since now prices in Yerevan are much higher than they have. Apparently, they attract simpletons like me.

We stayed at the hotel in September for a week. Responsive staff. They do not refuse to clean, to help with the service. The responsive owner of the hotel, you can meet him in the evening on the veranda. If you're lucky enough to meet him, he'll invite you to the table. The rooms are clean, everything works. If something is missing, then contact the receptionist at the counter and everything will be given out. I recommend. There is also a very relevant swimming pool for Yerevan, which is always clean!

DO NOT CHOOSE THIS HOTEL IN ANY CASE. It's a disgusting place. We confirmed the reservation at the booking office, but on the spot they say that there is no available room. They offer another run-down hotel. On the demand to cancel the booking at the booking, they threaten to call the police.

We were amazed by the size of the room, we stayed in a room with two rooms and a kitchen. The room has access to a balcony. The owner of the hotel tried to solve the issues that arose, for which, definitely, thank him! But that's where all the advantages ended. The room was dirty, the bed linen was brought in an armful, among which there were dirty and torn ones. We waited a long time for toilet paper to be given to us. They tried to give it a wet one. The kitchen is not equipped with anything at all. The owner brought a kettle and gave out several cups. Half of the light bulbs didn't work, there were no sockets near the beds, and the TV didn't work either. In general, you can spend the night. 3 stars only for the attitude of the host.

Cheaters. An air-conditioned room is listed on the website. When I asked to see the room before checking in, they fussed, brought some kind of guy who began to mumble that there was a mistake on the booking, and there was no air conditioner in the room. Like pay more for the room where it is.
It is good that there are many hotels in Yerevan where the staff does not lie.
