Not a bad hotel, in a very good location, there are many grocery stores, cafes and ATMs outside the hotel.
We visited NG this winter.
Among the advantages: very tasty and varied food, excellent evening programs with dancing in the lobby, a good spa.
Among the disadvantages: a very meager mini-bar (only plain water and juices), old worn spa robes, no cosmetics in the bathroom, only 2 liquid soaps at the sink and in the shower (take gels and shampoos with you), very weak sound insulation between the rooms (we were unlucky, a family with a girl of about 3 years old, who literally screamed and hysterical 24/7, especially at night), absolutely disgusting local alcohol, you can only drink cocktails, and so either shop at duty free, or there is a Migros not far from the hotel.
Overall, I liked it, despite the disadvantages, we had a good rest.

We had a rest in September 2024, the rest was wonderful. The hotel is compact with a small area, but clean with friendly staff. We had no problems with cleaning, everything worked in the room (plumbing, air conditioning). The windows of the room faced the courtyard, so we didn't hear anything about the road and the noise, there are rooms where the windows overlook the road. During this period, there were a lot of Europeans who like to chill by the pool, so you could always find free sun beds on the beach. The sea and the beach are good, the entrance to the sea is gentle, the beach is sandy. Everything was fine with nutrition, too, especially the fruit table.

I had a rest last week in November 2024. I liked the hotel. The rooms are clean, there are bathrobes and slippers, the food is delicious and varied. I was particularly surprised by the large number of cheeses. The bars serve delicious cocktails and coffee. Outside in the daytime, you can take hot waffles with syrups and fresh fruits or just ice cream. It's not far from the sea. Only Russians swam at this time of year. Since it was already getting chilly at 4 p.m., I left the sea and went to the spa. The pool, however, is very chlorinated. But we sat in the sauna, and after that we went to the pool outside to cool off. The evening shows are a blast, some with dancing. I recommend.

A wonderful comfortable international hotel! The cuisine is beyond praise, delicious dishes, serving, variety, service, a large selection of delicacies and simple food. The rooms are very comfortable to stay in, very comfortable beds where you get enough sleep and feel rested! The sea is accessible, you can go down to the sauna directly by elevator. We were very happy with our family.

A wonderful hotel in every way: staff, rooms, cleaning, food, drinks, entertainment.! Delicious, good cocktails with imported good alcohol. Clean, with good: cafe and bar, sun beds, volleyball, boccia (All animators are well done, they try) entering the sea fine sand is the beach! There is a transfer to it, but I preferred to walk, not far away. Jazz, violin, piano, etc., classical music in the lobby bar is just super! A show in the amphitheater! Discos! A very cozy and wonderful hotel!
The buffet is at the highest level.Nice beach (there is food and drinks on the beach too)We also liked to go to the coffee shop with our parents, which is located in the hotel. I liked the hotel: good cuisine, good location, a lot of shops nearby, it doesn't even bother that this is the 2nd line, 7-10 minutes to the sea at a calm pace and small cars walk. But there is one THING: towels are changed 1 time a day and this office opens at 9:00. And if you want to go to the sea before breakfast, and you need to leave a towel there to take a sunbed, because after 10 o'clock almost everything is occupied, then when you return from the sea, they tell you that there are no clean towels. I wrote this as it was with me, and if you go first to breakfast, then to the sea, then everything is fine.

We stayed at this hotel in November, the staff is helpful, excellent cuisine, good cocktails at the bar.The beach can be reached by golf cart, or on foot in 7-10 minutes.There is a snack on the beach during the day, so it is not necessary to return to the hotel for lunch.
You can also visit the Ala-kart restaurant, we really liked it (Mediterranean cuisine)
There is a cafe on site, delicious desserts, and good coffee.
In the evening, performances are held until 23:00.Germans and British mostly live in the hotel.
There are many shops and a shopping center near the hotel.There is also a bus stop nearby from where minibuses go to the old town, Nova Mall.

Positive:
- we arrived 7 hours before check-in. We quickly resolved the issue and settled into a free room with a sea view.
- problems are solved quickly
- EXCELLENT CUISINE!!!!! Every day there is a varied menu, good drinks, including alcoholic ones. Delicious beer. My favorite alcoholic cocktail is Pina Colada. A wide variety of meat dishes, cakes, cheeses, snacks....🤪🤪🤪
- daily room cleaning + refilling the refrigerator with water and juices.
- friendly staff. Special thanks to the Russian-speaking manager Angela!!!! She is very sweet and friendly. I helped to solve all the issues quickly.
- good location (1 hour drive from the airport)
- good quality shampoo and liquid soap dispensers.
- electric cars often drive to the beach and back (600 meters)
- very tasty ice cream
- every evening there are various entertainment programs on the street. There is a hall where you can listen to live music (violin, piano)
- within walking distance of shops (there are exchangers), shopping malls, grocery stores. There is no point in going somewhere to get the goods. Prices are the same everywhere (bargain!!!😉)
Cons:
- few Russian-speaking managers and staff
- old terry bathrobes, small sizes.Maximum Xl. For big men, they are too small....
- Sooooo hard blankets, like waffle towels. After the request to replace it, they brought light synthetic ones (thank you)
- All additional accessories - body lotion, hair conditioner, toothbrushes, foam and shaving machine - on additional request.
- upon check-in, a "compliment from the hotel" bottle of red wine is placed in the room. I had to remind you about it - they brought it😁
Recommendations:
- If you go on a sightseeing tour of Side (old town, boat trip on the river, mosque, olive museum). Not bad. But....Don't get fooled by buying olives at the museum. Prices are inflated by 3-4 times. You can buy everything in the store. Try everything, but don't buy😊
- take plenty of pancreatin with you. There is no way without enzymes. The food is sooo delicious. Praise the chefs!!!
- there is a tray with Ayran cups in the bar at the end of the hall. It is very tasty (unlike ayran in our stores) and healthy. To help the intestines!

Great hotel. Nice rooms, delicious varied food, pleasant staff, good alcohol. The beach is 5 minutes on foot or 2 minutes by electric car. Nearby there are shops, pharmacies with Russian-speaking pharmaceuticals, migros, bim, karefur. There is an animation program every evening. We really liked it!

Nice hotel, we were at the end of June 24.The food is good, the restaurant and the grounds are clean.Beach bar, pool bar, waffles, ice cream, pastry shop-everything is very tasty.
The pools are clean, there are not enough sun loungers, you can find sun loungers on the beach during the day.
The room is not big, but cozy. The safe is free, the mini bar was not always replenished, we had to catch the maids.The cleaning in the room is not very high-quality, garbage sometimes remained and the ashtray on the balcony was not cleaned.
The territory is not large.
We had a good rest, but we won't go to this hotel a second time, it's a little boring.

I liked the hotel, of the cons there is no Playground, there is only a children's room and there is no pool inside the hotel, now about the pros, there are many more:

Separately, I want to praise the staff and animators, very positive guys, it was nice to be at the hotel. The rooms have been renovated (for example, the laminate has not been changed, it is a little worn, but for me it does not matter), the rooms are spacious, excellent views of the pool. There are shops and a mall near the hotel, but they sell fakes of famous brands, nothing interesting. It is easier to take a minibus and get to Side, or to Manavgat for shopping. The beach is sand, in general I like the beaches of Side, the sea is clean, the depth increases gradually, it is perfect for children. The ancient city of Side is also nearby, a 10-minute bus ride away. In general, an excellent hotel for its price, I recommend it.

A cool 5 star hotel. There are 4 swimming pools and water slides on the territory of the hotel. Lots of bars and restaurants. In the evening, there is live music in the lobby of the bar, and on the street there is a disco until 23:00, Germans, Poles, and British relax. There are only a few Russians. We moved into room 3102, which is located on the third floor. Pool view. The room was cleaned, the furniture was good. The mini-bar had water, "Saka" and cherry juice.
• Cleaning takes place once a day. If you need to be cleaned faster, you can press the button (near the bathroom door).
• The lobby is located, as well as the reception on floor L. I attach the menu)
• The main restaurant of the Castival hotel is already on the 1st floor. The food is great! Eggs are cooked for breakfast (fried, boiled, poached), pancakes are made (you can add syrup or nutella) and much more. You can make the salad yourself or put it ready-made. They give you broccoli. In general, they give about the same. There were several Turkish evenings during the entire stay!
• One of the disadvantages of the hotel may be that the Ala-kart restaurant has been open since the age of 18! Even at 17 they may not let you in. This is made for a romantic setting (spelled out in the concept of the hotel).
• Spa treatments and towel changes take place on the 2nd floor. I was in the salt room. Honestly, when I was sitting, I felt like a prisoner in the basement. As it is, there are no questions about the SPA.
• The territory is not very large, but it is not small either. The path with palm trees is very suitable for cool photos. It's very cool when the hotel is not all in concrete, but there is an area with trees)
• I counted 5 pools in the hotel (for water polo, one large, regular, with slides and children's).
Be very careful, as you can easily slip and break something!
• About the transfer to the sea. We need to change the seats on the mini cars! To take an example from the nearby Luna blanka hotel (I was there in 2019. The transfer is very nice!). He also rarely drives. But still it didn't spoil anything, because it takes 5-7 minutes to walk to the sea.
• The beach bar opens late and closes early (compared to other hotels).
• Beach cleaning is good.
• If you do not have time to take the sunbed(s) before 7:30-8:00, then there will be no more space. (But one sunbed can be grabbed;)
• It is worth paying attention to the cafe (-1 floor). Everything is delicious and the staff is friendly! (As elsewhere in the hotel)
• It takes about 1.5 hours to get to Antalya Airport. (Including the stop). About an hour, if without stopping.
• Live music plays in the lobby in the evenings!

The hotel was renovated in 2021. Modern interior. Beautiful animation. Food is available almost 24/7. I will post the opening hours of the restaurants in the photo.
Discos, live music concerts, foam discos are an evening cultural program.
There is a huge selection of food products. A wonderful, though not a large gym. The promenade for hiking or jogging along the sea is almost 3 km long. It is very comfortable. This time there were no more than 5 Russian-speaking guests. Mainly Germany, France, England and the countries of the Arab world.
The territory of the hotel is small, so all the movements are in plain sight. There is a spa center.
It's a 10-minute walk to the sea, but electric cars drive that take you to the beach. They want it every 15 minutes.
The hotel is clean and modern. I recommend.

The hotel is good. At first, I didn't really go in, because I feel the fleur of the 80s. but after living in it for 2 days, after reading about it, I personally felt a certain charm. It turns out that the owners buy furniture at auctions and restore it. The hotel is inhabited mainly by Europeans, who smoke a lot, but use little infrastructure. The pools are free, there are not many people in the sea. A good gym. There are greenery, it is easy to find shade. The pastry shop has delicious (which is not often) desserts. The buffet is not very cool, but it is normal. The dishes and appliances are clean. I didn't see any entertainment in the evening at the hotel, but it is located in the center, so you can take a walk. I have been to good hotels in Belek and changed my mind precisely because of objective factors.

We rested here for a week from 18-25.08.24.
The hotel is ~ an hour's drive from the airport, we arrived at 8.30 am, check-in from 14.00. We left our suitcases at the reception, were instructed to approach the check-in at 12.00 and went to breakfast.
Positive:
1️⃣ Food. There are many egg dishes for breakfast. You can eat boiled eggs, fried eggs, my favorite Turkish menemen, or order an omelet with various additives. There are many different salads of fresh vegetables, sliced vegetables, cheese, sausage. French fries, sausages, baked tomatoes with cheese, fried haloumi. I really liked the anchovy salad. I always took it for breakfast/lunch/dinner. Olives and pickles of all kinds and salting. There are many different breads, buns, simits (Turkish bagels) and German pretzels. There were no pies or cakes at breakfast, but there were croutons and pancakes with nutella/jams/honey. Fruits: apples, watermelons, oranges, grapefruit. Juice, tea. Lunches and dinners were much more plentiful in assortment. There was always fried fish (dorado, sea bass, mackerel), chicken, vegetables, lamb and grilled beef, kebabs, a large number of delicious second courses. Various vegetable salads, Turkish pickles, sauces in large bowls. Lots of side dishes: potatoes, rice, pasta. When there were themed seafood dinners, then they cooked shrimp, crayfish, sushi, and baked red fish. There was also always some incredible amount of cakes, pastries, baklava and desserts. And a sea of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Every meal I had a great aesthetic and gastronomic pleasure!
2️⃣ There is a kettle, cups, packaged black and green tea in the room. There are 2 small bottles of water and juice in the refrigerator daily. Wardrobe with shelves, bedside table, armchair, sofa, safe.
3. Comfortable mattresses, clean linen. Bathrobes, slippers.
4️⃣ Free transfer by golf cart to the beach (runs according to schedule). On foot ~ 5 minutes - 430 m (to the bridge over the river). By the way, there are turtles in the river.
5️⃣ Nice snack bar on the beach with unlimited beer/wine and soft drinks. We had lunch there several times, it was also incredibly delicious! Every day there were fish, chicken, grilled vegetables, cutlets, buns and vegetables for burgers, pasta, fries, rice, pickled cucumbers /onions/olives/red cabbage, salads with fresh vegetables, sauces, as well as pizza, pide and the tastiest gozleme, which are with you and according to your taste the sweetest woman cooks. Potatoes-meat-cheese - amazing! There was also a lot of fruit and ice cream.
6. Although the cocktails in the Pool bar and in the Lobby bar were mixed without a measuring cup, by eye, by different bartenders, and therefore were not always tasty and correct, for example, like Pina Colada or Mojito (solid rum), I experimentally adjusted the ideal amount of alcohol and ice myself, and all the following She asked me to do it the way I like. In the Pool bar, Tequila Sunrise became the most favorite, and in the evening in the Lobby - Margarita (photo attached). P.S. Lobby bar is very pleasant, chamber, with a grand piano and live music.
7 . I cannot but note the desire of the hotel to monitor the environment: the cocktail glasses by the pool were plastic, but of very good quality, like glass, and for paper aesthetic tubes in general the maximum respect!

9. Not the merit of the hotel, but the entrance to the sea is very gentle, comfortable, sandy. One day, the three of us, who had already rounded up enough at ALL, moving to the shortest possible distance: restaurant-beach-pool, arranged for ourselves a stunningly warm and wet walk at +38 along the sea to Antique Side (we drove back to the hotel by minibus N2). So I want to tell you: our entry into the sea is almost the best on the entire 7-kilometer sea coast!
1️⃣0️⃣ The beach is clean, there are a lot of sun loungers, a good canopy from the sun, thanks to which I did not turn into a fried sausage. Employees were constantly walking around, removing plates, glasses, garbage from buckets.
1️⃣1️⃣ The hotel has several water slides for children, my son loved them very much.
1️⃣2️⃣ Good location. There are many clothing stores nearby, a couple of supermarkets and a public transport stop, from where we went to Antique Side and to the Nova Mall shopping center in Manavgat.
1️⃣3️⃣ There are few Russians in Turkey now, but I have never felt any disrespect from foreigners or from the staff.
Cons:
1️⃣ Cotton pads and sticks were brought only once, but since I had my own, I did not ask. Soap and shampoo/shower gel 2in1 in large dispensers on the walls. There is no hair conditioner, body cream, toothbrushes and toothpaste. There are also no branded products, for example, a beach bag, which is a compliment in five-star hotels.
2️⃣ There are no blankets in the room by default, only thin waffle sheets.
3. Disgusting coffee in the main restaurant/bars. There is no good grain anywhere.

7️⃣ Very harsh imposition of massage in the SPA center by a Russian-speaking woman. All the desire to come even for a free massage has disappeared, which, as they assured us, does not oblige us to anything)))
8️⃣ The condition of the room and the hotel is, of course, not 5 stars. I didn't focus on the flaws, but cosmetic repairs have been needed for a long time.
9. The sunbeds by the pool were already engaged in towels at breakfast, and could be "booked" all day.
1️⃣0️⃣ The animation is quite weak. I only liked the Mongolian circus with acrobats and cabaret, the guys are the coolest. And so... live performance - some not the most successful covers, the general musical repertoire is also not hits, I couldn't even dance, although I really wanted evening cocktails inside))) And the cherry on the cake: absolutely incorrectly tuned bass at the speakers. Check-in at the hotel from 10/23/24 for 8 nights. They settled in quickly, in a bad room 1114, This is the first floor.The fact is that the window looks into the window of another hotel , and below there is a closed hangar in which unloading and loading are carried out, the noise is terrible, and it always happens only at night! This hangar is long and therefore there are ~ 10 rooms on one side and , accordingly, on the other side , so do not take rooms from 1112-1120 these are the rooms of the first floor. I think the 2nd floor is also suffering .They asked to change the number , tired of "football ", apparently they had to pay extra money...They generally like to get a tip right away, and then they do it..I'm used to the opposite, do well and get it! Next, the food is varied, but there is nothing for a vegetarian and for healthy food people to eat here.There are only fruits , grass, cucumbers radishes from vegetables, greenhouse tomatoes without delicious ...And a huge disadvantage to this hotel is that I was poisoned, seriously by food, since I do not drink alcohol...I was tempted by sweets ! I was not the only one, the ambulance was standing, someone was still sick. To my remark, they said that tourists had brought the virus...This is nonsense. Be careful! The beach is dirty, you can remove garbage from the sand...This month, the sea is cold and with a big wave at the end of October, the pools with gorgeous sizes with ice water are twice as cold as the sea, there is also a heated pool inside the hotel, which I hoped for, since I like to swim professionally, it is turned on on November 1. For all guests, of course, it is small by two lanes of ~ 18 meters. A good free hammam and a good salt room will help sick "bones" if you lie there for 30 minutes. Only the sun beds need to be changed, they are very uncomfortable and old.The animators are funny guys, they make fun, arrange games on the beach and in the evenings at the hotel.Tolerable mattresses in the room, a comfortable large bed. Russian Russian TNT TV channel is available and another series is shown in Russian. They clean the rooms quickly, there are stains from wet rags on the table, something like that..There is no iron in the room, ironing board, liquid soap in the cooler without a special smell...there is no toothpaste or brushes...This is a 5* hotel, it's just the basic things you need! The hotel +16 children are enough, and small ones are not at all clear...I wrote it truthfully, as it is!

A good hotel, although not a young one. It is better to choose a room with a sea view. A standard set of options in the room.
The beach is a 7-minute walk away, although there is also a shuttle. There is a private pool. The evening grill bar pleases, the restaurant's assortment is closer to Turkish traditions. In general, the kitchen is not bad. There may be a problem with sun beds on the beach if you are late. You can have lunch on the beach.
In the evening, there are often live concerts on site, which, however, does not always contribute to relaxation.
The set of options and services is standard for a 5+ hotel.

We returned from the Castival Hotel on January 8, 2025.
I sincerely DO NOT recommend it for a family holiday at the moment, the building of the neighboring hotel is being broken behind the wall of the hotel, and besides the noise, dust is flying from the construction site, which is absolutely not conducive to a healthy rest. A la carte restaurants are closed.
The vegetables and poultry are excellent at the hotel, but I didn't like the soups and snacks. Only unsweetened pastries are good. Unfortunately, even a pretty cake can turn out to be completely tasteless. Ice cream waffles are good, which can be ordered after 15:00 in the window of the coffee shop overlooking the pool, but the system is strange, they cannot be ordered from the coffee shop.
Drinks. Of alcohol, beer is Ephesus only, red and white wine, imported alcohol, single drinks, which are not included, for an additional fee. Coffee in cars is very mediocre, like on an airplane. The Turkish tea is excellent.
The animation was rather sluggish, with a bit of darts, yoga, and evening music in the lobby. No one took care of the children.
Through the gate between the pools you can go to the path that leads across the bridge to the wonderful promenade between the hotels and the sea.
In general, I really like Side, I will definitely return, but of course to another hotel.

We had a rest in September 2023.
Great food, good bar, super animation. It is better to choose hotel rooms with a view of the pool. Yes, it will be noisy in the evening, but at 23:00 all the fun ends. The only negative is that absolutely all the rooms in the hotel are already "tired". Furniture with defects, broken mirrors, old plumbing. But, taking into account the fact that we were in the room for very little time, we got used to it on the second day.
It is also upsetting that cleaning is normally carried out only if you leave a tip. If the cleaner does not find the coveted coin, cleaning is limited to making the bed. During the week, the shampoo was only replenished once. And, there is no toothpaste in the makeup kit, which is surprising.
With all the disadvantages, we are happy with the rest.
We always walked to the beach, it takes 5 minutes.

Very cozy hotel in Side Turkey 🇹🇷
It is small, 5 minutes to the sea by shuttle, but everything you need is there! Delicious food , delicious cocktails and came out with ice cream in general 😀😍

I am currently in this hotel, well, like in a hotel... or rather in a hospital with a child, since the child caught a severe infection in this hotel, which had to seek help, the child was on various ivs for 2 days without stopping… The hotel is absolutely not 5 stars, there is something to compare it with, since we go to Turkey every year! The furniture is shabby, the cleaning is bad, there is hair on the floor and dust everywhere, the food is so-so, it seems like there is a lot of everything, but nothing particularly tasty! One of the criteria for choosing a hotel was the presence of a gym, but as it turned out, a child under 16 is not allowed to enter ..ok.. but you need to inform about this at least on the hotel's website, there is no such information anywhere!!!!! Next... when signing up for the Ala Kart restaurant, it turned out that teenagers under the age of 18 are not allowed there either.?? What kind of discrimination is this against teenagers??!!! It's the first time I've come across this!!! The staff does not speak Russian, from the word at all, the hotel is aimed exclusively at Europeans and Arabs! In fact, I do not recommend this hotel to anyone, for that kind of money there are much better hotels!
