We have been to this spa with friends several times. Mountains, sea, gorgeous views.
Friendly staff, card payment is possible, there was a discount out of season, indoor pool and outdoor as in the pictures. They gave tea, there is a cooler. Food is not allowed, but we took fruits, a little snack, the staff did not particularly scold.
The baths are pleasant, not for a lover of 90 degrees. There is a warm pool with hydromassage. There are many automatic sensor systems, there was even an ice generator. In the spa area, there is a place to relax.
Unlike urban spas, there are few people. Everyone has a place
Possible disadvantages: out of town, get by car or taxi. As well as the lack of slippers and bathrobes. Take it with you.
We went several times, we are very satisfied, it is better than the Batumi spas.
I really enjoyed the spa. It's a beautiful place. you rest your body and soul. there are many steam rooms, hamams, swimming pools, the territory is large, the view is gorgeous and access to the sea. It is especially great here in winter, when there are few vacationers
A luxurious hotel, a gorgeous view, good breakfasts, the room is clean, there is everything you need, hot water is in order, but damn it, we had ants in our room!!! Such brown homemade brrr. Well, this should not be in a hotel of this level. About the spa, everything is very beautiful, but the saunas are cold, I didn't get warm in any of them.
It's a great place. Beautiful views of the sea, Batumi and Kobuleti. Polite staff. The SPA is of a high level, comfortable and cozy. The food in the restaurant is varied and delicious.
A beautiful place!!! I rested there for a whole week and never regretted it, clean , room cleaning every day, friendly staff, good spa, I want to say thank you very much to the staff, especially the girls from the spa, if you feel bad, even the network doctor who will help.. . But I especially want to say a big thank you to the restaurant, it's very tasty!!! Thank you very much to the waitress Irina, for your smile and advice. I advise everyone to visit here.!!!
We are delighted with the location, the pools, the hot hammam and the spa, the views that open from all sides. Great breakfasts and a restaurant. A huge room with a view of the sea and the sound of lapping waves. There are two funiculars to the beach
We came to the SPA with our friends. We liked everything and had a good rest. I do not recommend massage: the quality does not really match the cost. + the male masseur considered it normal to "joke" when working with the abdominal area. He asked, "Where's the press?"Except for this moment, everything is fine. We bought a visit with lunch, the food is varied, delicious!
A great place for privacy, a beautiful hotel, great food (despite all the comments on other boards).
People are kind (they try to help), but there is no 5-star level. We still need to develop to the level of Turkey. My wife and I formulated it this way: hotel tourism is still unknown to Georgians. There is no helpfulness like the Chinese and Turks. They have been in this business for a long time. Georgians are very hospitable, but they think that it compensates in all situations. To make it clearer: they will listen to you, understand your need, but if it is outside the rules, they will never even pretend that they tried to do everything to somehow solve your problem or desire. They'll just say we can't. At what they are offended when you offer money. It seems to them that it is insulting to do something for extra money, although they could.
They don't know much English. It is clear that not all of them. Well, it takes time. They compensate with kindness and a desire to help.
This is a super hotel! On the cliff, a banana grove. Two swimming pools and a sea view. Peace and quiet. What you need for a vacation!!!! My husband and I are delighted. The mood is like in the movie "winter evening in Gagra"
Don't pay attention to the staff) A must-visit in autumn, as one of the most beautiful and mysterious places. With a story that no one talks about. A separate respect for the underground passages between the buildings. And a peacock clock that doesn't work, but that's not the point. The architect is well done
We checked it out))
Not a bad spa. A wonderful place, though far from Batumi. Gorgeous view from the pool on the cliff, the edge of the pool water goes into the horizon. Beauty
Excellent restor, Arrange themed evenings. For 1-2 days, the rest is wonderful. In the Spa, except that the floors are slippery, You need to have flip-flops with you. On the OTHER hand, they give discounts at the SPA and at the hotel.
The most beautiful place! We celebrated a friend's birthday, an incredibly warm welcome, beautiful photos, everything is very tasty, beautiful views, an incredible shore and a pleasant atmosphere!
All the reviews that begin with words of praise are written by people who have not been here... the hotel is relatively new, it is eight years old and it feels like it has not seen repairs all these eight years… The hotel is a stretch for 4 stars, and then with an eye to the past. Absolutely all the sun beds and deck chairs are broken and disheveled. The hotel service is striking in its detachment. The most banal request to provide an iron, the reception was able to fulfill on the fifth attempt. A room with a huge bathroom is of course a plus! But to my great regret, this is the only plus! Since the toilet was running in this bathroom all the time ((( Upon entering the hotel after 15:00, our room was not ready! And to hell with it. We were offered lunch without taking a shower from a long trip. And to hell with it. But at lunch, get ready!!! Hair in the food!!! HAIR in the dishes of an already meager buffet! The staff immediately changed their face and apologized to us both verbally and as dessert in the room! Are you ready??? Sour dessert! At this point, the impressions stopped developing, they wisely stopped trying to enjoy their vacation! But then something happened that is not written in more than one review, although it should be indicated in bold on the booking title… We called this shortcoming, affectionately, "the train that could!" an active railway line runs through the underground parking of the hotel! Believe me, even numerous Indian children sat on the floor in the corridors and covered their heads with their hands when the train passed! The rumble, vibrations and horror permeate the whole body, the first three times it was scary!
Whether it's worth five stars, decide for yourself. In my experience, it's a lip-smeared hellhole!
Nicely. Expensive. But it's very beautiful. It looks especially good in the morning from the water. It is visible from the beach of the botanical garden. There is a serious jamb - the railway line that runs right under the hotel. Trains do not run infrequently.
We came without accommodation, to visit the pool/saunas/restaurant and look at the beautiful views. We did not spare a drop and not a single gel (80l on the date of the recall)
A wonderful place, a delicious restaurant, an excellent swimming pool and a gorgeous sauna. A real vacation after the pebbly beaches of Batumi.
The location is good, but the hotel is far from the stated 5 stars. One of the good ones is the saltwater pool on weekdays in the morning, when it is not occupied by a crowd of children.
The territory is small. There is a private exit to the beach. Restaurants with very poor food. The gym and the sports complex are very small and outdated.
Nice, beautiful hotel. I didn't go to the spa treatments. You can go for a swim in the pool without renting a room for a fee. For Russian speakers, the price tag soars immediately by 30 percent (for admission). The restaurant menu and food quality are good (there is European cuisine)
If possible, take a superior room, it is a pity that the food system is only breakfast, it would be possible to switch to the "Hall inclusive" system, restaurants renting places on the territory are very poor in the range of dishes, in the wine list, to Batumi "not low beam". Wonderful pool, spa treatments, private beach, top-level service, friendly staff, everything is great
Very dirty room: dead flies on the floor, greasy stains on the headboard, a layer of dust on the lamps, very dirty glass on the balcony. There is also a mattress that sinks to the bottom.
In addition, the subjectively poor design of corridors and common areas. But there is a taste and color.
In general, it feels like in the 90s it was a wonderful hotel, but now there is not enough money for maintenance. I was very surprised when I found out that he was guarded only 5 years ago.
A luxury hotel in one of the best places on the Georgian coast. Lovely and large rooms, very nice staff. Gorgeous views and a delicious restaurant. I recommend it to everyone
Great hotel! A very beautiful place, the sea is a miracle!
The food is not particularly varied, but tasty and satisfying.

A great secluded place for a relaxing holiday, beautiful views, spa treatments, spacious rooms. An outdoor pool on a cliff!!! Mostly Georgian cuisine, it's a little hard for those who are not used to it. It's in the summer. It's boring in winter, even a little depressing. Great tennis, but neither winter nor summer balls, for some reason there would
be no lo. The hotel is located at a distance from public transport roads, walking along a winding serpentine road takes quite a long time. Although.... We've always been by car, that's a plus.

A very beautiful hotel! The buffet is very tasty, the location of the rooms is excellent.
Great location. I recommend you to visit
I haven't been there yet, but I've seen how weddings are celebrated there, what a gorgeous view. I will come to Georgia, to my homeland in Batumi, I will definitely get to this hotel.
A great place for a secluded holiday.
Service, maintenance, staff attitude - only with a plus sign.
From the wishes:
1. You need at least a small shop where you can buy some essential (and non-essential) goods.
2. Pharmacy kiosk
