My favorite hotel! We rested there for the third time. Everything is very good and decent. It's not cheap, but everyone who goes there knows about it. The service is decent, the breakfasts are excellent, if you like Thai cuisine, there are also European options. There are many other establishments in the vicinity for lunch and dinner. I will come back more than once!!!

We had a rest from June 17 to July 6, 2023,a family of 4 people,lived in room 423 (2-room),excellent apartment- comfortable bed,the room has everything you need to stay..There were no problems when checking in, we arrived early in the morning, but we were checked in after 30 minutes, the breakfasts are excellent (a large selection of exotic fruits-we ate for a year ahead), the hotel staff is very friendly, I especially want to mention the Russian-speaking manager Dasha -she very quickly solved all our questions easily and conscientiously (with an amazing smile)😀.The hotel's beach is comfortable-sun loungers with umbrellas, shower and toilet.The air on the beach is a mixture of coniferous forest and sea breeze.Thank you, we will definitely be back‼️

A good hotel for your money. But especially its location and Bang Tao district. They take us to the beach across the river, fast enough, but we walked, it was a very picturesque way and fast enough. There is a 24/7 store nearby. Restaurants and cafes. This is the Laguna network. We ate on the beach on the right, the Thais cook very well. The beach is nice. We rented a motorcycle, we rode great every evening. If you go on a tour through the Biblio globe. The guide at the Vladimir hotel explains everything very well. We took a tour of all the islands in 1 day. The organization is super! But make sure that it is Sawanu who is the executor of the tour, and not Dolce Vita.

The hotel is amazing!

I saw a review that someone doesn't like breakfast, I attach photos from breakfast, the food is normal.

We rested from February 19 to February 25, 2023,a family of 4 people,lived in a 2-room loft room,all elevators on the 6th floor,excellent apartments, comfortable bed,the room has everything you need to stay,you can cook,iron,relax.There were no problems when checking in,we arrived late, we were allowed to change money in the morning and pay a deposit, the breakfasts are excellent,the beach is awesome,with free sun beds,there is a smoking area on the beach,shower,toilet,the hotel staff is very friendly,thank you,we will come again

The only disadvantage for me (and for someone it may be a plus) is to ride a boat on the lake to the sea. The rooms are super, the beach is too, the entrance to the sea is smooth (for children it's the best), there are a lot of sun loungers, there is enough for everyone.

I was 13, and Cassia Phuket 4* was the first hotel I ever stayed in. Now I am 19, and I work in one of the hotels in St. Petersburg, and the reason for choosing my profession was precisely a trip to Phuket and accommodation in this hotel.
We went on a two-week tour with the family, the room was really spacious (family loft + duplex, it seems), with kitchen equipment. They put a bottle of water on each of us every day, washed the dishes when cleaning and we always had clean towels, hsk worked at its best! We have been accommodated at the reception for about 12 compliments. The buffet is something that is pleasant to remember) a variety of cuisine familiar to the stomach, fresh tropical fruits, freshly squeezed chilled juices and water with lemon! The swimming pool with massage shower on site, which is cleaned and cleaned every day, beach towels for rent, affordable grocery stores and a market nearby - it was all so magical! I also remember a case when my sister was burned by a jellyfish, a hotel employee immediately provided first aid and explained how to cope with the pain (spoiler: any acids. Lemon, vinegar, even a tomato, right at the place of the burn), everything worked out, there were no scars left, we still remember this case with a smile)
The hotel itself is simply gorgeous. The ocean is visible from the windows, the design of the top, the design of the floors, always clean, well-groomed territory, cooling fountains and grooves with clear water, Parking!
Thank you all very much, you gave our family the best vacation we've ever had.
My dream is to return there as a guest or even an employee)

Sunbeds on the beach are occupied by everyone and there are no more for the residents of Cassia. For some reason, it is difficult for the service to issue towels on the beach. A long wait for boats to reach the beach, it is faster to walk to it, while the inconvenience is in issuing and handing over towels at the reception. The fitness room is a chamber, there is no place for stretching, yoga, for example, and an open space in front of a mirror, but in general it can be said there is not.

CaAsia residents are terrible apartments. They promised mountains, as a result there was no water for two months. A flow boller was installed, but the workers did not even know about its existence, we suggested it. There is no access to the gym, towels are not provided, although everything was promised. There is no account for you. We knew that we were going with the child, we carried the crib for a month. During the week, the coffee machine, pots, and dishes were delivered.
The contract was never signed, but 1.6 million were taken and promised mountains of gold. As a result, we lived in extreme discomfort for a month. After receiving the second part of the translation, the staff began to talk boorishly and say we don't owe you anything for these pennies, ask a lot. Although we ask for water to wash properly and everything necessary for life, since this is an apartment and children need to cook and eat something at all.
We asked for a discount for the fact that we have such conditions, and did not transfer at the end of the month for the light, as a result, they also canceled the cleaning for us.
They said about the water that it was broken in front of us, but there are hefty old stains on the ceiling. Apparently someone has already lived without water before us

The hotel is not bad, but we didn't get in. It is inconvenient to ride on the sea on a boat, but here they themselves knew what they were going for. The general vibe is strange - screaming music in the lobby, almost exclusively Russian (I'm fine with ours on vacation, but it's like I didn't leave at all). So-so breakfasts, they forgot to add water, change towels... One of the pleasant advantages is the location next to everything useful, including a mini park around the lake

Wonderful hotel and service. The view from the room was amazing. The breakfasts are varied, they did not get tired in 10 days. The pool is large with channels throughout. There is a boat going to the sea. But it takes only 7-10 minutes to walk. The beach is great.

It took me a long time to decide whether to write or not. This hotel was great, about 6 years ago. And now, if there was a minus scale, I would put -5.
1. Breakfasts are terrible, undercooked eggs, terribly fried cold fried eggs, fruits, yogurt, sausage and cheese cannot be updated in time. If you want to eat, wait, but they may not bring additional food.
2. Cleaning, in 10 days, for three days we decided not to clean up or take away the garbage at all.
One day they cleaned, but did not put towels, I had to go to the reception and ask for towels.
3. The beach. The most enchanting thing was when we arrived, they dug a trench from the lake with a tractor and poured into the sea all the accumulated dirt, bags, sticks, glasses, garbage, everything that had been accumulating in the lake for a long time. The sea turned into a spot of mud, but this did not prevent a number of vacationers from swimming right in the epicenter of the mud.
4. The deposit is 5000 baht (about 13,000 rubles), they returned it with a fight for almost 2 months, then they forgot, then they didn't forget, they just sent it but it hasn't come yet, just wait. They say that if you want to return this money, you will have to fight for it. Maybe someone was more lucky.

Although yesterday there was the same wind and the boats were sailing. Then you wait the same amount for the shuttle bus, it starts to rain and you don't get to any beach)) It's a long walk. The staff at the restaurant speaks almost no English, they don't even know basic words. How can I place an order if the waiter does not understand the words lunch and rice. Very slow service.
