A very pleasant hotel with a good location. The territory is small, but comfortable and well maintained. There are two compact pools and a children's playground.
The beach can be quickly reached by a pontoon (runs during the day) through a small, picturesque pond or by walking through a nearby hotel (5-10 minutes). The coastline is long, you can go jogging when the sun is not baking. A clean sandy beach, no clutter and endless sun loungers. There are water activities, but it seemed to me that in moderation and not as intrusive as, for example, in Turkey. They sell delicious corn, fruit cocktails, and you can also book a massage by the sea if you wish.
If you want to explore the area on foot, then keep in mind that the walking areas are poorly arranged, in most cases it is to make your way along the roadsides, but in the tourist area near the hotels it is better to do this.)
There is a nice avenue next to the hotel with a supermarket, cafes, ATMs and souvenirs. On weekends, there is a Night market, a fun evening fair with lots of street food, souvenirs, handicrafts, and live music (it takes place in different places, so check with the reception more often). There is also an outdoor cinema where themed dinners with movie and cartoon screenings are held.
In the surroundings, you can walk along the shores of small ponds, where you can spot monitor lizards, storks and other interesting wildlife.
There is a shuttle service from the supermarket to Boat Avenue, the nearest major center. You can also order a tuk-tuk at the reception. We often walked there, but be careful: traffic is sometimes heavy, plus the specifics of Thai driving)).
The rooms are clean, but not without traces of active use.
The room had a microwave, a stove, a set of dishes and cooking utensils, frying pans, an electric kettle, a coffee machine (capsules are purchased separately in the lobby), air conditioners, ceiling fans, televisions with local TV channels, in general, everything you need for an apartment. There are also walking flip-flops, a towel bag, a hairdryer, and a safe.
Breakfast dishes include scrambled eggs with bacon, fried rice, noodles, soups, traditional iced dessert, etc. Watermelon, melon, papaya, pitahaya, and lychee were spotted from the vegetation.
The only small disappointment is the gym. According to the classics, neither its size nor the equipment is clear in the photo. In fact, this is a 5*5 room, hung with mirrors, with a pair of treadmills, a bench, a meager dumbbell row and one multifunctional old simulator. When there are 2 people working there, it becomes extremely crowded). And besides, the sun heats up the hall very much during the day (it is also on the top floor) and you feel like in a sauna. So if it is critical for someone to observe the regime, then you can consider trips to the surrounding halls with guest visits.
The hotel is still not shabby, the rooms are clean and tidy. Rather for a holiday with children. There is a small playroom, but there is no playground (just a cobweb). Breakfast is acceptable, omelets are prepared in your presence, pancakes are baked. What I didn't like was that there were a lot of people, there wasn't enough hotel staff to update the Swedish line on time, clean the coffee machine, etc.
Cleaning every other day, towels are changed upon a call at the reception (new ones are brought in 5 minutes)
Condees work well and quietly
The sound insulation is also at the same level, the neighbors are not heard at all. There are no insects or other living creatures, even if you forget to remove the chocolate bar, the ants do not come
The hotel has a minimarket (if you are too lazy to go to the Tops). Dinners and lunches. They take you to the Festival and to Patong (for a fee) . You can estimate the location on the map - in the very center of the lagoon, close to everything.
Large Parking, there was always a place to park the car (unlike the skypark)
There are no obvious disadvantages
