I stayed at the hotel 5 years ago and was very pleased. An interesting project, a great place, a beautiful view of the sea, a hall with an aquarium with sturgeons. It was very cool!
This year the hotel has disappointed. The room stock is already "tired", with scuffed walls and peeling paint, well-washed old towels. The service is terrible. In the restaurant, the waiters are in no hurry, you wait for coffee for breakfast for a very long time, there is always something missing in the room, there is only 2 soft hangers and trousers in the closet, it is not possible to hang, the safe was closed, and we did not wait for it to be opened, etc., etc. it was very surprising that in the bathroom The shower room was located not along the bathroom, but across. It was very inconvenient to use it and there was always a puddle on the floor. I won't stay in it anymore.

The location of the hotel is amazing! Sea view, near a rock path where you can walk, not far from the city center. Minuses:
1. The hotel does not have its own beach, and the pool leaves much to be desired both in size and interior.
2. A lot of money was invested in the hotel, but about 20 years ago. Luxury for the year 2000-2005. It would be nice to make repairs.
3. The breakfasts are so-so, the coffee machine is broken, there are no high chairs, wait 15 minutes for the glaze. Watermelon three small slices in a small saucer.
4. Starting at 9 a.m., the hotel is undergoing renovation work. Why the hotel could not be prepared for August, not in the summer-the question is!
5. We took a suite and there are no questions about cleaning the room. But the balcony could also be removed! It's all in the sand, in the dust.
6. The aquarium with sturgeons is amazing, but oooh, just like the whole hotel, it's a luxury from the 2000s.

The hotel is located on the seashore and stands almost on a cliff, for me personally the location was just perfect. The room was very spacious and cozy. Cleaning was carried out daily, thanks to the maid girls. The hotel has a swimming pool and sauna. The staff is very polite and attentive. As for breakfast, in my opinion, there is not a very large assortment. You can eat at the restaurant, but this is already paid separately. By the way, the waiters are also all very caring and attentive. In general, this hotel was my home for 10 days and overall I am happy, thank you, my native Kazakhstan.

A nice hotel with a chic rooftop restaurant - there are views, live music, helpful staff, and delicious cuisine (including local wine).
As an entertainment for children, you can go down to the floor with a transparent wall separating the hotel from the sturgeon tank.
At the hotel you can go down to the path that runs along the rocky steep coast - it is beautiful and very atmospheric there

Nice hotel.
Great respect for the staff. There are no complaints about their work. Plumbing, electrics, WiFi - also without complaints.
We were surprised by the breakfasts. I thought in 5 stars I would still have more interesting breakfasts.
Overall, it's clean.
But it seems that the best days of the hotel are over. It feels like he was very cool once. Now the signs that some little things are not being eliminated are very noticeable. There the stains on the tile were not washed, there the plug in the bathroom fell off, there the brochure is crumpled and stained.

The impression of this hotel is very contradictory. The first impression was wonderful. Very clean, the staff is responsive and helpful. But after living there for ten days, significant drawbacks became visible. The drain in the bathroom worked poorly, the water plug was not native, the water was leaking, the problem was not solved until the very departure. The floor in the aquarium is shaking. The handrail for the descent broke off in the pool, they also did not fix it, they stuck it in at random. The robes are already shabby, the belt straps are torn off. I have long hair, one jar of shampoo was missing, but the second one was never put on. The Caspian Sea is beautiful.

The territory is not well maintained. For the last six years, they have not been engaged in landscaping at all. The owner is even greedy to paint the playground and fencing. A special pool under the windows turns into a swamp. The price for the rooms is inadequate. The pavilion on the embankment is a shameful parody. This season, at least they opened a passage to the descent to the trail and I would not be surprised if only at the complaint of the townspeople and guests... The impression of outright indifference is not only of the owner but also of the mayor's office of the city. Three stars just for the fact that at least the street lighting is working and garbage is being removed from the surrounding area... The city authorities just fucked up the Rock Trail project! Is the city budget "not pulling"? Or are there such managers in the akimat? And the owners of the hotel, in any case, shame our Aktau with such an attitude to landscaping and the loss of the corresponding status.

The room is bad, There is no light at all, it's dark as I don't know where. They brought a cot, so it's all dirty. There is no peephole in the door, the room is not at all like in the photo it looks not at 5 stars but at 2. The basin turned out to be small. The staff is good. There should be food in the mini bar, but there simply isn't ANY. They wanted to put their phone and other valuables in the safe, but the safe is BROKEN!! The pool is sooo small, there is a bathhouse but very narrow, the locker rooms are terribly small and the locker did not close at all and when it closed it did not open, I had to kick it with my foot but this did not help, they called the employee, who also started kicking the locker as a result, the girl stood for 20 minutes and could not open the locker then kicked with all her might and It opened. The towels are torn!!

Some furniture is tired, there is no iron in the room, there is an ironing room on the 10th floor (find it yourself) it has 2 irons for a couple, but there is no water for these irons, and they do not warn about this, so take a bottle of water with you right away.

Отель неплохой, но уже немного устаревает. Из безусловных плюсов - это расположение, особенно, если номер с видом на море! Есть небольшое спа и спортзал, в бассейне морская вода. Номера большие, просторные. Немного не понятно, почему дают только 0,5 воды в сутки, сколько-нибудь я не просила. По ремонту номера и отеля видно, что отель уже не новый, но чистый, это приятно. Завтраки немного слабоватые. Есть повар, который готовит омлет, но каждый раз он был не очень вкусный (то слишком много соли, то перца) и на шведском столе почти нет сыра, есть овощи, но мало выбора для отеля 5*

Расположение, само здание и вид очень хороши! Аквариум интересный. Мебель и постельное с полотенцами нормального качества, единственное, кровать скрипит.
Очень ответственная девушка на ресепшене, работает за весь отель.
Завтрак человеческий, много овощей, есть, что выбрать. Все, что посложнее и требует внимания (роллы, рыба) я б заказывала в другом заведении.
Что не очень порадовало, интернет в номере очень слабый, а воткнуть кабель нельзя нигде. Мужу нужно было поработать. Мы попросили решить проблему, стало ловить получше, но все равно, работали скрестив пальцы.
Твердая четвёрка, как мне кажется.

Очень странное место. Расположение - прекрасное, лучше не придумаешь. В центре города, прямо на море. Вид из номера на море - это прекрасно. Еда в ресторане неплохая. Хотя, для Актау, думаю, дороговато. Но обслуживание в отеле оставляет желать лучшего. Халат попросил принести ещё один - пять раз пришлось звонить. Так же, как техническое состояние. Электронный ключ-карта срабатывал в кармашке , чтобы свет зажёгся, с пятого раза. Туда-сюда его переворачивать, вынимать-вставлять, пока сработает. Поменял ключ - то же самое. Видимо, в самом кармашке дело. В раковине - трещина. На стене какой-то странный рисунок: из баллончика, видимо, закрашивали что-то. Дизайн "под Францию" - совсем неудачный. Бассейн небольшой, но зато с морской водой. Это - здорово. Но об этом узнал только когда в него погрузился. Завтраки неплохие, но такие - неинтересные. Вообще, странное ощущение. На 5 звезд , конечно, не тянет. Но вид на море и близость к морю перевешивают все же все остальное.

I really liked the hotel. It stands right by the sea, next to a wonderful rock trail. Breakfasts are varied. The salt water pool and sauna are pleasing. A great evening veranda and dinner with a musical program. In general, everything you need for a rest.

Великолепная кухня, учтивое обслуживание, красивый интерьер, много разных эвентов, шикарная трасса, незабываемый ресторан в аквариуме. Зона завтрака и лобби отдельная история. Wow эффект гарантирован. Персонал немного медлителен но это компенсируется красивыми локациями и хорошей кухней. Топ из того что есть.

Сам отель уже не новый, но что понравилось:
1) выход на скальную тропу, которую кстати удлинили и она доходит до городского пляжа, очень красивая. Это тропа полноценно заменяет городской арбат
2) ресторан - терраса, по стоимости выше среднего, готовят очень вкусно, а вид конечно шикарен. Советую попробовать кофейный напиток - Ice vanilla Latte - очень вкусно.

There is no variety: only porridge and 4 different dishes and standard desserts, vegetables, eggs. There is no basic assorted fish and fruits. In general, it is sparse. It doesn't pull at 5 stars at all. The rooms are clean, the view is not bad.

Отель на пять звёзд. Все на высшем уровне. Вид на море прекрасный, приветливый персонал, банкетный зал, где плавают рыбки. А вечером прогуляться по скальной тропе.

Хороший отель с удачной локацией. Людей не много стандартный номер очень большой. Хоть дискотеку проводи.
Удивил собственный ресторан, очень доступные цены.. но скорость готовки подвела.

Check your luggage carefully upon arrival home, there are cockroaches in the rooms. The staff is polite, but the hotel does not meet the stated stars, 3 stars maximum, no more, noisy ventilation in the rooms, loud advertising in the elevators, the restaurant is mediocre, but with the prices of a 5-star hotel.
Accessories (shampoo, conditioner, soap) are of very poor quality, I had to buy normal ones in the store.

Лучший отель в черте города с Каспийским антуражем. На скале. Прогулочная тропа в камнях рядом. С рецепции спускаешься на лифте вниз. Очень непривычно) бассейн с морской водой и просто очень дружелюбно.

Не понравилось обслуживание номеров за всё время что находились в отеле один раз пропылисосили ковралан не говоря мытьё полов, бассейн вообще неудобный без бортиков детям плавать неудобно и нету в бассейне спасателя. Сауна и хамам почему-то платные хотя отель пять звёзд . Завтраки вообще слабые выбор как в трёх звездночном отели и везде грязно. Аквариум вообще закрыли на ремонт, хотя спускались там ремонта не было, тупо закрыли. На этаже шел ремонт его даже не прикрыли экранами, пыльно было. И как такому отелю присвоили пять звёзд не понятно.

все чистенько. завтрак,бассейн,общая сауна входят в стоимость номера.бассейн размером 8 на 12. завтраки - шведский стол, вкусно, еда свежая. постельное белье чистое,выглаженное,убираются каждый день.единственно, ни спа, ни заказ еды в номер не работают,т.к одно не работает, до второго не дозвониться.Аквариум не такой уж и большой, под ногами аквариум не впечатлил, стекло ужас.Каспиан ривьера всё-таки бизнес-отель.я бы сказала,что это город внутри отеля.
