A good business center. Clean, small, and cozy. There are comfortable terraces on some floors for access to fresh air. One of the obvious disadvantages is an overloaded parking area.

A cool interior for a business center, a strange solution for paid parking through Kaspi. Not for every day. The place is not unambiguous. As if next to Mega, but not that one. Traffic jams, no free parking. The level is very good for this location. But the location let me down...
