Great location, great view, delicious breakfasts, attentive, courteous staff, well located for sightseeing trips. There is a refrigerator with three types of beer, you can ask to cook dishes from the menu on the grill, order alcohol on the spot. We are very satisfied, we recommend it.

We stayed here for one night. We were accepted with a dog even without additional payment.
I really, really liked everything!
The room was simply gorgeous! Cleanliness, comfort, stunning mountain views. Huge balcony. Perfect bed linen and bed. There was a battery in the room, so at the end of November we didn't freeze at all.
The territory is just wonderful. There are many recreation areas with wonderful landscapes.
Breakfast made me cry. It was so caring, beautiful and delicious. The table was set for us, as for the most expensive guests, they put a bunch of different jams, cheese, buns, omelette, rice, coffee, milk and the like.
The staff is very polite and caring. Nice people!
In general, this is the best place where I stayed in Armenia, and in general. I highly recommend it!!!

I really liked the hotel. Great location with mountain views. Great variety of breakfasts. A large room with a huge kitchen and bathroom.
Ike is a very hospitable, friendly manager. The hotel is developing in terms of services and leisure activities.
At the end of March, it was quite cool in the morning in the bathroom.
Next time we will definitely stay there again when we arrive in Dilijan.

Casanova, a good hotel, the former home of a doctor whose children turned it into a hotel. The rooms are acceptable, delicious cuisine with salted meat typical of Armenia.

A beautiful place, the staff is hospitable, we were treated to tea upon arrival. But there is a big disadvantage that covers everything - the water was turned off in our presence. We could have been told that there was no water so that we could prepare, but all day we were promised that the water would appear in 5 minutes, then in 2 hours, then in the morning of the next day, then again in half an hour. They promised to supply water from the reserve tanks, but they didn't even move all day, until by midnight we began to stand over the soul. As a result, we had a weak stream of cold water in our room, no one could wash off the road, it turned out to be a problem to flush the toilet properly, and the pool, because of which we chose this place, did not work. I had to leave for another hotel at night, went to bed only in the morning broken and tired. Before booking a place here, I recommend making 100% sure that there will be water

A very cool quiet and relaxing place. Stunning mountain views. The staff is simply beyond praise. Mr. Haik does everything possible (and even more) for all the guests. I have great respect for him and respect for his work. There is a very rich menu in the restaurant, everything is prepared immediately after ordering, so for example meat dishes can take up to an hour - you need to calculate the time correctly. Tomorrow from 10 a.m. Very tasty and fresh. The only point I advise the management to consider installing a common water cooler in the kitchen area with hot and cold drinking water - there is no kettle in the rooms, there is nowhere to make tea, and it is not very convenient to ask each time to warm a kettle in the kitchen. And the second point is to consider full-height gas heaters, as they are installed in restaurants in Europe, for outdoor use, because in the cold period, eating outdoors without such a heater is very uncomfortable, and it is a pity to eat indoors in the common room because there are no such types. In general, I highly recommend this place and thanks again to the staff for creating an amazing vacation!
