I deliberately did not post photos of Bovalon and other islands and the capital - there is only our breakfast, part of dinner (always fish) and many more dishes, but they are all captured on video, as well as the view from the restaurant - a magnificent view of the sea. It's not mango season in November, so every morning we had sweet bananas, delicious, fresh papaya, and Jack fruit. And there is always an omelet with cheese, fried or boiled eggs of your choice, sausages, pancakes and toasts, butter and delicious jams. Good brewed coffee and tea.
We also got beer and wine at the hotel when we didn't want to go to the store.
The beach in the photo is also the closest to the hotel.
The hotel is on a hill, like all hotels in the Seychelles (on Mahe Island), if they are not on the 1st line. If you want a hotel on the beach, take hotels on Bo Valona, all the others on this side of the island are on a steep climb. It's close to the sea - literally 5 minutes across the road, which is rarely used by cars and is easy to cross. But the descent and ascent to the hotel are really steep, 70 degrees.
Very good, the service for 3* is excellent and unsurpassed.
The management is excellent, both the reception and the waiter.
Excellent cook and cuisine! Delicious breakfasts and dinners with fruits, meat and fish every day. Awesome tuna salad, green salad, bolognese, seafood lasagna, pork, chicken, always grilled fish, delicious vegetables and breaded fish, rice, rice, pasta. Everything is very tasty! They just don't know how to make desserts)) delicious, but not very sweet. But it didn't matter to us either, we're not all inclusive. For 3* meals for 5 points out of 5!Be sure to take half board - there is nowhere to eat in the area. And I don't want to go anywhere in the dark on mountains and roads.
The birds around are beautiful, colorful, and constantly singing.
We are very happy with our stay here. I went with a group of friends.
Near the hotel on the left there is a supermarket with everything you need: food, alcohol, cotton swabs, pads and more.
We traveled to the capital by bus and taxi (Bernie, the hotel manager, can order). You can also get to Beau Vallon by taxi, bus or on foot. By the way, there is a bus stop near the hotel. But tickets can only be bought in some places on Beauvalona and in Victoria (in certain supermarkets, come in and ask who has it).
For me, walking through the mountains to Bo Valon is unbearably hard. It's very hard. But friends were happy to easily walk back and forth. So it all depends on your physical fitness (the age of our company is from 38 to 55 years old).
There are many options to eat on the beach - cafes of all cuisines of the world.
Don't go without breakfast either, there's nowhere to eat in the Seychelles before lunch - everything is closed.
We really liked our beach - no waves, azure water without fish and privacy. With rare exceptions, a couple of people showed up (we had a vacation in November). So there's no point in going to Beauvalon, except to look at it once. There are big moons there, but we don't have them.
It was raining. But I personally love rain. One afternoon, it suddenly started pouring, but it was like a mushroom. But there were days without a break. We had a nice rest at the hotel that day.
As a good economy option, I recommend Kasadani.
We took guided tours from Anna (our guide is from Biblio Globus). The best guide in all my travels. We went to Praslin and La Digue. We found trouble at Beauvalon and at the airport. Our guide warned us that everything is cheaper at the airport, and it was, but shopping, you know, is urgent. At the airport, we bought perfumes that are made on the island of Praslin with Coco de mer coconut extract, which grow only here. Bags, T-shirts, caps, and all that 😉
We will be happy to return! 10 nights is not enough. I should have taken 14 after all.
