It is difficult to compare with hotels in other countries, but in Tae I was only here. In general, you can live. Rooms are cleaned daily, towels are changed daily, bed linen is changed every 3 days. The location is not very convenient, as you need to go up a steep hill for 10 minutes. The beach is about a 30-minute walk away, but there is a shuttle service from the hotel 3 times a day. The breakfasts at the hotel are very modest: eggs, noodles, toast with jam. Meat, cheese or something else I can't even remember))

My name is Mahabbat Amangeldy, I stayed at your hotel from 10/20/2024 to 10/28/2024 (room 2402).
Unfortunately, there were several serious problems during my stay. Firstly, the bed linen in our room has not been changed throughout the week…On Sunday morning (10/27/2024), when the linen was finally changed, a stain was found on it.I didn't want to find fault with that!
The next day (10/28/2024 06:50), when I was about to hand over the room, your employee showed me a photo with a stain on the linen and demanded to pay 1000 baht. I explained that the stain was left by the cleaner, but he didn't take it into account. We didn't have any cash, and when I offered to withhold this amount from my deposit, he replied that there was no change and that I had left $100 with you.
In addition, the air conditioner was leaking in our room, and the staff came at 20:44 (10/22/2024), which disrupted our rest. We have not received an offer to change the number.
I am upset that, despite a long stay at your hotel, my experience turned out to be so negative.
By using stained linen, your staff is setting up tourists, which creates an extremely negative impression of your hotel.
I ask you to check and ensure that stained underwear will not be used in the future. I ask you to conduct an internal audit, and I also ask you to return the $100 deposit to me.
