A wonderful hotel. We just returned from a trip. The perfect combination of price / quality. It is not located in the center of Marmaris, but this is not a problem. On foot, slowly to the center along the beautiful promenade 30 minutes, you can ride a bike for 15 minutes, you can take a taxi for 5 minutes. The room is cozy, cleaning every day. Take a side view of the sea. The balcony is gorgeous. According to the nutrition, everything is fresh and delicious. The territory is not large, but it is rather a plus. Any point (bar, pool, sea) is within walking distance. In the evenings, there are real performances by dance and artistic groups. The animation is daytime, very calm, i.e. you will not be forced to dance a club dance. Bike rental, excursions are all at the exit to the beach on the right, two Russian-speaking brothers organize everything! The sea is clean, always calm. The staff at the hotel is as friendly as possible. 99% of vacationers are British.

We had a rest from September 9 to September 19, 2024. I really liked it. There is a magnificent beach with a pier and there are always free places. Friendly staff, excellent cuisine, great beach. There are always empty seats. I would like to mention a guy named Suat, who works on the beach. Very polite, does his job well. I wish all employees were like that. I recommend this hotel.

The hotel is good, but not 5 stars. The sea is magnificent, the beach is nearby. According to the food, we can say that after a week everything is boring, monotonous. There is no seafood. Fish, meat, chicken. Naturally, sweets are above all praise. A week later, they were bypassed :). Cleaning every day is only at the beginning...Then, if you "agree" with the maid, then everything is cleaned perfectly, with swans of towels. I didn't like the attitude of some bartenders towards Russians...and a photographer. The British are a priority. In general, everyone was bribed, despite the fact that "everything is included ".

We had a rest in August for 2 weeks. Everything is great! The staff is friendly. There have never been any difficulties on any issue.
Special thanks to Anastasia's animator, Jan, the event host, and the bartender (I don't remember the name). These guys made our vacation just magical! Do not hesitate to contact them. They will tell you, they will tell you.
The food is very varied, desserts are a separate thrill. You won't stay hungry. Alcohol is of high quality 24/7 for every taste.
The rooms are clean, everything worked, cleaned without complaints.
The animation is interesting. In the evening there is a transfer to discos.
The territory of the hotel is small, but it didn't matter to us, we were not going to sit in the hotel.

Attentive, hospitable staff. The waiters, the maids are friendly and helpful, the linen was changed daily, everything is clean, neat, the animatras did their job perfectly!
But there are also disadvantages, the room with a sea view was perfect, if the bed wasn't infested with bedbugs, at first I didn't understand who bit me? But at the reception they immediately understood what was going on and processed the room, alas, the processing did not really give anything, pay attention to number 1337 and have not yet arranged a small territory, a walking road shared with all nearby hotels, as well as a small beach area.

Great hotel! We really liked everything. Room cleaning is good, always replenishes the bar, great guys work at the bar! The sea is clean and calm.
The food is very tasty, 80% European cuisine!

A very cool hotel! Delicious food, bartenders make original cocktails for every taste! The coolest hotel, not many people have knowledge of Russian, and minimal English may be needed. Very good animation, every evening a show of a different direction! I recommend it to everyone who has chosen Marmaris! The hotel is 16+, the British, the Germans are few, you can have a good time! The desserts are great!!!! Everything is local and very cool!

Everything is fine! September-October 2022. A spacious room, you get up with the roosters (literally, they are next to the fence), swim in the purest sea, have breakfast and go back to the sea! Friendly staff, unobtrusive animation, calm atmosphere.
The cuisine is varied, drinks (water, cola, beer) are bottled. The first time I met not a "do not disturb / remove" cardboard box, but an electronic scoreboard, it's convenient.
Have you often seen the "Pillow Menu" in hotels? And there is one here!)) You can choose from 6 (in my opinion) options and they will change you to the one you need.

Do not let the photo of the hotel mislead you - this hotel does not have its own territory. Two green areas on the sides of the hotel belong to other owners, chickens and roosters live on them and during your stay you will learn what it is to wake up with the first roosters)))))
The hotel itself is very decent, one pool and a beach with a pier on the sea.
At the reception, if you get on Abdurrahman's shift, you will have the opportunity to choose a better room.
In general, the staff is polite and helpful.
The food is delicious, the animation is not bad.
But the vacationers are mostly British.

We haven't had a vacation anywhere abroad for a long time, but then a chance came up through my partner Alfa Travel and the operator Anex Tour, we found this hotel among the variety and went from 30.04.2023 to 05.09.2023. The rest was definitely a success. We got the room we wanted with a sea view. The hotel is magnificent. There is no stressful number of guests, everything is compact and very high-level, the food is like slaughter, the bars work around the clock 24/7, the staff is responsive, the management at height helps everywhere with advice. they go to a meeting in all matters. Special thanks to the bartenders Murat, Farhat (I mentioned who, but well done), The restaurant felt the constant care of the manager of the hall Rahvan, Everything was very responsive, solved the usual issues quickly and efficiently. Animation -guys and girls are great. we tried very hard, Polina and Lydia From Russian animators, it was comfortable and calm, everyone explains and tells everything, well, they try as much as they can to entertain a slightly sluggish audience who, of course, swims a lot, sunbathes and improves their health in bars))) We really liked the hotel, everything is well maintained and compact again, it's just gorgeous for people without children. We were satisfied and we will definitely go there again. Thanks also to Anex Tour manager Olga Kara, she explained everything well, held a meeting, we got maximum information and peace of mind on rest, Anex Tour transfer like clockwork and round trip, great job. We have been staying at the hotel since June 6, 22. The hotel is wonderful, modern rooms, daily high-quality cleaning and towel change. The service is at a very good level! On the sea. Drinks are served every 5 minutes! A beach worker will bring a soft mattress and tuck it in with a towel! The beach is small but clean, thanks to constant cleaning! The hotel is 2 minutes from the beach , sun beds are installed as well and everything is washed on the pier , put in order , there are enough places . There are 3 restaurants and two bars on site. The service is fast, the staff. Friendly. There is animation. The hotel's contingent is mainly. Foreigners, Germans, British. There were no problems , taking into account the political situation ! Marmaris is a wonderful place to relax, mountains, pine, sea - Relax! There is a sauna , Turkish bath , massage I recommend! Thank you to the hotel administration for a wonderful stay at your wonderful hotel!

The room turned out to be very modest in size, and the hotel itself, in its appearance and condition, deserves a maximum of 4 *.
A small swimming pool, a restaurant with a low ceiling. The sea is very dirty, it is everywhere like this, the presence of a port affects. A narrow strip of beach and an extremely inconvenient entrance to the sea, sharp stones.
Of the advantages: the room is well cleaned, the mini-bar is replenished, there is a lot of food and drinks, very efficient waiters.

We are staying at the hotel from 06/23/2022 to 07/06/2022. How can you write bad reviews about this hotel at all? Do you only eat lobster and oysters at home? A wonderful hotel, everything is delicious, all kinds of meat, chicken, turkey, fish all the time. Fruits cherries, peaches, strawberries, bananas, watermelons, melons, oranges, apples and grapefruits have not even reached the hands yet. Vegetables and greens are varied. All alcohol is of high quality. Mostly adult couples from Europe are vacationing - the British, the Germans. There are no queues at bars for ice cream. There are always free sun beds on the beach and pier. There is no jostling at the distribution, everyone is sedate. A calm, serene, decent rest without fuss. I recommend it to everyone!
