I took a BMW for a day. I called in a week, agreed without advances and conventions. By the agreed time on Saturday, they were met, quickly issued, the car was on fire, polished, polished. I passed it without any problems. Unlike others, I did not waste time washing (the price for an unwashed car is adequate). I've been minding my own business all this time. I had a very positive impression of the trip. P.S. I found this rental by location, 5-10 minutes walk from the train station, which was critical so as not to waste time traveling around the city and not overpay for car delivery.

Briefly: I faced problems and rudeness when trying to rent a business segment car a month before arriving in Minsk. The lease was refused to me. Details: I sent an email asking if the desired car was available - they answered yes, asked me to write to whatsapp. The next day, I continued the dialogue, asked clarifying questions, and was told that the car was already occupied. It took 12 hours from evening to morning. To my question "how?" they answered - whoever had time, ate it. Strange and ugly, ok. I chose another car from the same segment. I was refused a reservation, I was refused an advance payment. When asked about the guarantees of car availability on the day of arrival, they began to ask questions about age and experience, and then they offered to choose another rental if something did not suit me. I insisted that I applied to this organization and apply for service. The manager disappeared from the chat. I waited about 10 minutes, called. He asked why my questions were being ignored, why such an attitude. The answer was "where are you calling?". I introduced myself to the employee, explained to him that I was communicating with him on WhatsApp, and asked my questions again. In response, I received a message that there are no cars specifically for me, for any dates. I asked the employee to introduce himself and name the position to form a complaint, the employee refused to identify himself, and then said "you probably got the wrong number" and did not pick up the phone anymore. Then they threw in an emergency in WhatsApp and ignored a request in Viber to clarify the UNP of the enterprise, which I found on them. End.
