Excellent service. I left a request on the website, they immediately replied in a telegram. After booking, they sent a voucher (this is not found everywhere). At the designated time, the manager was waiting for us right by the car in the parking lot — there was no need to look for an office in a large building. Getting the car took a maximum of 20 minutes. A copy of the contract and the act was given in printed form (and not allowed to photograph, as usual). Both managers (upon receipt and return) were very polite and friendly. Of the minuses: I had to remind you several times about the return of the deposit. Mazda 3 was in good condition, absolutely clean, included a phone holder and a cable (by the way, it needs to be changed, apparently the contact is bad). A couple of moments: at speeds above 130 km/ h, it is not very stable and the front parking sensor is either missing or was turned off. I recommend it!

I took a budget-class car, by agreement they brought it to the airport, returned it to the office. There are no questions about the car. The staff is responsive, always in touch.
The balance of the deposit was returned only after reminders, we will write off the employment of employees))
