This woman punched the package without asking, when asked to cancel, she said she couldn't and started humiliating and insulting that I was a beggar who couldn't pay for the package just like that, in the end she said she would refund me for the package, I paid with my card and that's it, she turned away and started punching another, no money, no package, more and they insulted her, there would have been a -1 rating, a terrible store, terrible employees. A fairly large (by Batumi standards) store where you can buy groceries and various household items. products. Not a bad choice. There is no fresh meat and fresh fish, only frozen ones.
The service in the store is very poor. There are constant queues of 7-10-15 or more people at the checkout, while cashiers work slowly.
Today I was with a small child, I went to the baking point inside this store, they made pancakes there. I, in turn, asked me to bake and sell two portions. The baker made them slowly in front of me, we waited for more than 10 minutes, I wanted to pick up the finished ones, but she takes them and gives them to a young man (an employee of this store) who was standing behind me in the queue. I say that these are my two portions, my turn, and the baker answers me "No!" and gives it to him. I was left without my order. What is this supposed to mean, for example? I think this is an absolute lack of basic service in this store. And a lack of respect for customers. I'm disappointed, I'll try not to go there anymore.
