In principle, I did not want to buy a car in the Republic of Belarus, knowing about the history of rewinding runs. CarOutlet knew about the auction before, but did not know that there is a representative office in Minsk. I found out in June and immediately registered on the platform. I was picking up a specific car for my wife, a Citroen C3 AirCross in a car, diesel. As a result, a bet on a car from Belgium was played. Three weeks later, he was delivered to the site in Vilnius. Then I waited a couple of weeks for the documents. I took it myself. All photos with car problems eventually turned out to be real, I did not find any additional jambs. I got a car in Vilnius quickly, the managers at the parking lot start working ahead of schedule, arrived at 8:30 - they were already arranging cars. They will mark chips and scratches (claw), but the fact that the threshold is jammed, the roof and hood are all covered in hail, the door is jammed, the elements are terribly repainted, why mention this to them. The claim is being considered for four months instead of 4 weeks, your calls will be completely ignored, as I was answered: let's try to find out something about your claim, wait for the online platform to respond. Even if you get some pennies approved, no one will return them to you in RB. In short, a one-goal game, if you're lucky, you won't be lucky.

In the fall, it's time to think about buying another car. A friend helped and advised an overbought picker. But after a while I realized that I had to try to find a car myself. I found the Caroutlet company through everyone's favorite Internet. I read the reviews and risked trying to search for a car. On the advice, I made a deposit of 510 euros, received the status of 2, and the help of a broker, and, lo and behold, the first auction on November 21, my bet played out. The answer is 21 at night, the supplier agreed to sell me a car. On November 22, I make a payment through the bank. On November 28, the money reached the recipient. And the tedious waiting time began. They say for sure there is nothing worse than waiting and catching up. The car finally arrived in Lithuania on January 12, 2024. The brief arrived on January 25th. So, today is January 28, 2024. I'm waiting for the car to be brought to Minsk (I paid for the delivery immediately to Minsk) When I get the car in person, I will add my review. In general, the Caroutlet team is responsive, all questions are promptly answered. This is a credit, but of course they need to do something about logistics. Because this is the gap between payment and car delivery. It is impossible to trace the movement of the car.Apart from the long delivery of the car in my case, I recommend cooperation with the karautlet team. The guys are honest. Good luck to everyone at the auction. P.S. The car was delivered 1.02.24g to SVH Beltamozhservice -1 (17 km Derzhinsk). 2.02.24. At the beginning of the summer, there was a need to buy a car. Since the best choice for me was to buy a car from a leasing auction, I turned to the company "Karautlet". I registered, made a deposit and started betting. Literally 10 days later I won a car and paid for it. The money came to the account in 2-3 days and I began to wait. The car arrived in about a month. I took it myself. Upon inspection, I found scratches on the right side of the bumper and the plastic arch, which were not in the auction photos (photo attached). I turned to the guys on the issue, they said it was useless to contact them, all claims are accepted online. They suggested how to fill out the form on the website, which I did by attaching photos of the damage and describing them!
Having driven the car to Minsk, I turned to the painting service. Upon inspection, they said that the damage was done when the car was moving in reverse. I assume that this happened when loading/unloading a car on a car carrier. The repair of the bumper and arch was estimated at $ 250.
According to the "Caroutlet" regulations, the response to the claim is 4 weeks. There was no response. I wrote to Viber, they said they would clarify. A week later, a letter came to the post office, with a rejection of the claim. I asked for details in a reply letter, silence. I called by phone in a letter. The manager said that this is the standard response of the auction and they do not consider it damage. Accordingly, as far as I understand, cars can be scratched at least all and this is not a problem of the auction... To a direct question: Do I understand correctly that these damages are my problem and the price of your reputation!? The manager promised that he would try to discuss this issue with the Lithuanian platform.
More than a month has passed, and there is no answer. They don't pick up the phone. I understand that I made a mistake in choosing a service provider, but I appreciate it more as an experience, not a financial loss. By this review, in any case, I do not call anyone to anything. Be careful and study the reviews beforehand when choosing a company!

I will try to tell my experience of working with this company as objectively as possible. Let's start in order. First, you will need to register on the Belarusian website of this auction, after which you will be contacted by a manager who will answer all your questions, starting from car prices and ending with the nuances of customs clearance and car delivery. I will immediately warn you the prices for cars, the manager says the sweetest and most pleasant to the ear, but most often these prices are possible on cars with a large mileage of 200+ and basic trim levels, so do not flatter yourself too much. After that, you will be given access to the European leasing auction. If you want to buy a car more expensive than 10 thousand euros, then you will need to make a deposit in the form of 500 euros. This amount will later go to the amount of the purchase of your car. To do this, you need to move a little, at least come to a bank where there is a swift system and transfer money to a Polish account, from where they will safely fly to Vilnus. This procedure is not free at the bank, so get ready to put about another 100 rubles on top. True, 50p of this amount will be refunded to you in the form of a transfer to your personal mobile number, but it will be a little later. Well, that's where the fun begins: the auction. There are many auctions and they are divided into 3 main types: closed, open and fixed-rate auctions. Choose for every taste and color. After depositing the deposit, you will have a personal broker who helps you place bets on a certain machine. This help consists in the fact that you throw off the lot you are interested in to the broker and he calls the approximate cost and you already decide for yourself based on this information whether you will trade this car or not. It would seem that the scheme is quite simple, BUT winning a car in an auction does not mean buying it. After your bid has played, you must wait for the seller's approval ( of course, the meaning of the auction is lost a little, but such rules). Personally, I had 5-6 attempts that were denied to me. The amounts, as I said above on a car with adequate mileage and in normal condition are strikingly different, which is described by the manager. So let's say you won a car, the seller confirmed it to you, which is quite unlikely, because the sellers want the sums that are favorable to them. Then comes the time of money. Namely, you are given two days to transfer the entire amount of the car purchase (and it consists of a net amount, + auction fee + regional fee, which differs from all countries + fee from the caroutlet itself - 1%, well, of course delivery to Vilnius or Minsk, as you want). Payment is made according to the same scheme as the deposit transfer. After receiving the money, the delivery of the car to Vilnus begins. Personally, my car came pretty quickly from Germany to Vilnius, almost 10 days. But there were problems later. If the car arrived in Vilnus, it does not mean that the documents arrived with it. You will also wait for them for at least 2 weeks, or even more, then the card will fall. Plus, the seller should send the car service history, but in my situation this did not happen, I had to find out from the official dealer myself. If all the same documents for the car come, then the operation of processing documents for the border and customs begins. It's even more fun here, given that the border always changes the rules of the game - it can take a week or two. After that, logisticians must load your car onto a car carrier and successfully send it to Minsk. Here they also sometimes misunderstandings occur, because they fed me breakfast, they say we will load soon and even said specific dates, but they canceled the download, allegedly due to lack of places on the trawl (apparently logisticians did not study well at university). Well , that 's just my guess . The car arrived to Minsk quickly. A declarant will be waiting for you at the customs office in Minsk, who will draw up all the documents for you, you will only be required to pay all customs duties. Then you can pick up the car. In this review, I did not go into the nuances, and there were many of them, because everyone will have their own situation. To summarize, I am generally satisfied with the purchase. The car is in good condition, as they say with signs of operation). The company works well with customers, but there is much to improve and strive for. I recommend it to those who have a lot of free time, energy and nerves, because all this is quite exhausting. And whether it's worth it or not is up to you to decide. The time from registration at the auction to the arrival of the car was approximately 2 months, plus or minus a week.

Hello everyone I'll tell you about my experience with CarOutlet. In July, I signed an agreement, made a deposit of 510 euros (I made it through Belarusbank, it took 30 minutes, the commission was 100 rubles) and started bidding at the auction. I was looking for a BMW X3. 3 times I won auctions, but the sellers refused, it was obvious even for me that the price was clearly low. For the 4th time, I set a more adequate price, won the auction and the seller confirmed the car to me. All this time, the guys from caroutlet have been in touch, helping with absolutely all issues. All the deadlines that were given to me were fulfilled and even exceeded.
On August 2, I made the payment. Since the amount exceeded 2000 b.v., the contract had to be registered with the national bank (this is done very simply and quickly). I paid in Alpha, because they have a fixed commission of 600 rubles. regardless of the amount, this was the most profitable option. And on 30.08, the car was already brought to customs and unloaded. If your car was brought to Kolyadichi, then you can rejoice, everything is more or less fast and sensible there, but if the R-1, 17th highway is on the TLC, then you will be tormented here. I will tell you for those who will be sent there:
1. At the entrance, take a ticket at the terminal to the declarants in room 102, 1 person = about 30 minutes
2. Submit documents. After submitting, they will tell you that they have 5 hours for registration according to the regulations. In my case, they didn't do it even in 6.5 hours. As a result, the day was simply erased from life. Therefore, my advice is after submitting the documents, just leave and rest). When the documents are ready, they will inform you on Viber and then just come up without a queue and coupons and pick up the documents.
3. Go back to the terminal and select "check-out", this is done in the next office (room 111), the queue passes quickly there
4. Then you go to the guard in the parking lot where the cars are. He gives you a pass.
5. Go back and take the "check-out" coupon again as in paragraph 3. Give the pass, the specialist stamps it and gives you the car keys.
6. Go to the same security guard in the parking lot, give a pass with a seal and take the car.
About the car: the car is in excellent condition, even better than I expected, there were no additional nuances, except those that were pointed out to me.

I was looking for a Peugeot 3008 in 1 body, restyled, beige-greenish color, Allure configuration. Only this one, no other color and other configuration - a woman's wish). After talking with the brokers, I realized that it was really possible to buy this car with my money. I made a deposit of 500 euros and started looking for a car. The list of cars is updated on Sundays, although several appeared on other days. There are open trades where all bets are visible, but there are fewer of them than closed ones, where, unfortunately, no bids are visible. Brokers looked at all the data for each car they liked, so as not to buy a pig in a poke, they advised on the amount of the bet. In a few months there were only two of my cars, I regretted the money and did not win, which I regret very much now, I should have bet more, it would still be cheaper than in RB. Then a friend contacted me, they were looking for a Peugeot 308, a station wagon. Within two weeks, I won what I wanted. Until you make a 500 euro deposit to participate in the auction, it is almost impossible to win the auction blindly without knowing the bid at the moment. But even after making a deposit, no one will pick up a car for you. The Carautlet does not have any help in the individual selection of cars. There are very few managers, and they have thousands of calls and chats. Therefore, the main help on their part is only information about the current bid for the vehicle you have chosen on other auction sites where it is also traded. But very rarely, managers still sent out various options. Perhaps I was just not very lucky with the time of buying a car, perhaps at other times managers devote more time to customers. It took me about a month to buy a car. And after the purchase in Italy, it was delivered to Minsk for a little more than a month.
I also didn't really like that not all the nuances were indicated in the description and photos of the appraisers. Upon receipt, kotzki was found inside and outside the car. The accum was closed (short circuit). Clutch and two-mass moss (for replacement). This was not indicated anywhere.

The car arrived as described and photographed. Honestly, I thought it would be worse, but it's actually better than in the photo.

According to them, the car was brought to Vilnius quickly, and then they stubbornly waited for documents that, for unknown reasons, reached Vilnius (this is all EU territory!!!) only after almost a month! Well, thank God, I think! It remains only to move across the border and to Minsk!!! But ALAS! That was not the case! Then they started having problems with car carriers!!! A VERY SERIOUS COMPANY!!! WITHOUT ANY RESPONSIBILITY TO THE CLIENT!!! And the constant answers: WE ARE WAITING! NOTHING DEPENDS ON US!!! And this is after you have FULLY paid them at the time of payment for the car! After correspondence and weekly phone calls with NOTHING to talk about, I began to dream that she would come someday! And how the declarant was painted: he will tell and show everything, arrange and help to accept a car and even make a correct Claim, if necessary! Yeah, banana ears! Everything changed again on the day of delivery to customs. I was told that he would still work remotely and would be paid more, so you can do IT YOURSELF! Here are the phone numbers, the address, GET BUSY!!! I won't say that it's difficult to arrange, but this is blah, blah! Well, the cherry on the cake: if anything, you can write a claim, and yes, take the car yourself, in the snow with a crust of snow and ice, in the dark! All that I could see, except for what was indicated in the damage assessment (I admit, I did not manage to consider everything for the above reasons) the chips of the paintwork, took a picture as it should have been and sent them a CLAIM!
