I visited this hotel in March 2024, and arrived again in March 2025. I really liked the people and the place. The hotel is conveniently located between the Ocean and the center of Benwalim in a peaceful location. The hotel is clean, green and very cozy. There is no hustle and bustle of big parties. The people were friendly, but they didn't speak much English, but they understood each other well. The rooms are clean and comfortable. There are a lot of coffee shops around where you can eat inexpensively and well.
And the Indian Ocean is just beautiful.
Come, you won't regret it!

It is a good hotel for its price category. Friendly staff, has its own territory, greenery. The breakfast is regular, a buffet of Indian dishes and toast-jam-butter. There were fruits, papaya, watermelon. There is an asphalt road to the beach, in the sun, min. 15 on foot, it did not bother us. There are no grocery stores nearby, only a tent with clothes and all sorts of bags)

I drove with some caution, still 3 *, but it turned out to be cool. Large clean area, delicious breakfasts and coffee 👍 the staff is attentive (but without knowledge of Russian.)
