I'm here, and I like everything))))) Excellent value for money, there are small slides, you can ride for adults, a great beach and a bar on the shore, you can have a snack at the bar at lunch. A great bar inside the pool, you can sit in the water and drink cocktails and beer, we were really afraid that someone would break a glass glass and the glass would fall into the pool, but surprisingly nothing like that happened during the 14 days of rest!

A good hotel, but already tired in terms of decoration and, possibly, age. Overall, everything is fine. The staff is friendly and helpful. If you don't plan on walking around with a sour look on your face, everyone here will greet you and smile at you. The service is normal. The food is varied, everyone will be able to find suitable dishes for themselves. The beach is sandy, there is a bar and amenities. The only thing that saddens is the entry into the sea. For some reason, when there were a lot of large stones, but it is worth taking a couple of steps and then there is sand. The approach is pleasant, since a fairly long stretch of water is covered only knee-deep or waist-deep. It is convenient if you have small children. In general, everything is cool. I recommend.

This is a great hotel.we were in October 2019..We lived in the room of <url>. There are two rooms in the room. There is a TV in every room. The room is spacious. Balcony. The territory of the hotel is huge...It's like a five. Five pools...slides.the beach is big.they clean the beach well. The food is great!!!! Very diverse. In short, they were fed for slaughter. The staff hardly speaks Russian. But this did not prevent us from communicating with them at all. If necessary. A lot of French people are vacationing here. But that didn't stop us from having a good rest either... the positive is complete.

We were at the hotel from 11.09.21 to 19.09.21. Let's start from the beginning, we drove 25 minutes from the airport. Upon arrival, it turned out that there was an active construction site nearby, from which dust often flew. The reception staff is trying to speak Russian, it doesn't work out very well. English is much better. In general, you understand from. When we arrived, we were greeted by animation workers and served juice (more like jupi). The room was given very quickly, they helped to carry the luggage to the room. The room is tired, dirty: not washed plumbing, corrosion on the shower, a very dirty toilet, sand on the floor in the room and on the balcony. The furniture is old, already a little broken. There are only 3 sockets in the room (one in the bathroom, 2 in the room under the TV - one has a TV on). The food is basically the same every day, on a Tunisian night there was only something new, for example beans in tomato sauce, grilled chicken. The beef was insanely delicious, very cool desserts (such as tiramisu, Napoleon, custard cream, chocolate, profiteroles, eclairs), good vegetables and fruits, but most of the food was very spicy. Children have nothing to eat at all, there is not even cereal for breakfast, only muesli, the omelet is very spicy, there are also donuts, pancakes, waffles (there is little useful in this). It takes a very long time to clean the tables, and you have to get the napkins and appliances yourself. At the end of our vacation, there was a large influx of tourists, queues immediately appeared in the restaurant, there were no more appliances and plates. Drinks of 3% quality, the cheapest swill, smelling of booze. Mojito is best drunk. When the cola was from bottles, everything was fine, when they started pouring from the vending machine, the quality dropped. A wonderful bartender works at the pool bar in the first half of the day, makes cocktails well and always smiles, no luck with the rest, then they pour half a glass of alcohol when you ask for a little. Children's animation is only in the evening for 1 hour with club dances, there is nothing else. Adult animation is very weak, dancing is a complete amateur activity, and of poor quality, the comedy show is not funny, the disco is only on Friday and Saturday, animation does not call anywhere in the afternoon, they found out about all the activities after the start, there was no agitation. There are broken chairs at the bar in the pool, they were scratched several times. Part-time animators give out towels and work as safehards at the slides. There was a lot of sand at the bottom of the pool, it seems that it had never been cleaned. The pool with slides has the same story. There were a lot of sun beds, even when there were a lot of people. There were many palm trees with dates on the territory, the grass was thick, but there were a lot of ants, and biting ones. There is no gym, there are no exercise machines, water aerobics and gymnastics were among the sports activities, that's all. There are a lot of French people in the hotel, but for us it was just a plus, they are much more responsive and calmer than Russians. The contingent at the hotel is about 60% French, 25% Polish, 15% Russian, by the weekend there were still very, very, very many locals with children I would rather give the hotel 3*

Great food, very varied, full to the brim) Russian russians are few, many of the staff do not speak Russian, so if you do not know English or French, there may be problems. But for me, it's a plus on the contrary. I read that animation and other things are not designed for Russians. Nonsense! Everything is there for everyone and is duplicated in several languages. I wanted to bet 4/5, but I'll bet 5/5 anyway. What are the disadvantages: - shallow sea. If you like to swim, it's not for you. The frog house. Constant ebb/flow. There is a sharp pebble at the entrance of 3 meters, but this is not a big problem. - very bad alcohol. Beer is extremely inedible (after it, probably, "Klinskoe" will seem like a balm)))) - drinks are terribly sweet and acidic, even to heartburn, plain bottled water does not taste very good either - location. There is NOTHING around. Nowhere to go, etc. If you like to wallow in vegetables, then there are all conditions for this - both a great beach and a swimming pool. But there is nowhere to go outside the territory - the problem (across the country) with card payments. It is difficult to change currency, the on-site currency exchange is constantly closed (wait 10 minutes, 10 minutes, as a result, you can wait for several hours, and then it turns out that they do not have money, keep this in mind). - there is a constant problem with the appliances in the dining room, you constantly have to track and search for them. But there is nothing totally critical in the hotel. I love outdoor activities, this hotel is not for me. And so, in general, everything is fine!

We had a vacation with our family in October 2018. We had a two-room room, by the end of the season, of course, it is already in need of repair, but overall it is clean and cozy. Very close to the sea, the beach is clean, this is being monitored. The animation is not intrusive. 4 swimming pools, including a children's pool with slides, a relaxation pool with sea water. The food in the restaurant is delicious and varied (mainly European cuisine), there is a children's table.
