We were at the hotel from 11.09.21 to 19.09.21. Let's start from the beginning, we drove 25 minutes from the airport. Upon arrival, it turned out that there was an active construction site nearby, from which dust often flew. The reception staff is trying to speak Russian, it doesn't work out very well. English is much better. In general, you understand from. When we arrived, we were greeted by animation workers and served juice (more like jupi). The room was given very quickly, they helped to carry the luggage to the room. The room is tired, dirty: not washed plumbing, corrosion on the shower, a very dirty toilet, sand on the floor in the room and on the balcony. The furniture is old, already a little broken. There are only 3 sockets in the room (one in the bathroom, 2 in the room under the TV - one has a TV on). The food is basically the same every day, on a Tunisian night there was only something new, for example beans in tomato sauce, grilled chicken. The beef was insanely delicious, very cool desserts (such as tiramisu, Napoleon, custard cream, chocolate, profiteroles, eclairs), good vegetables and fruits, but most of the food was very spicy. Children have nothing to eat at all, there is not even cereal for breakfast, only muesli, the omelet is very spicy, there are also donuts, pancakes, waffles (there is little useful in this). It takes a very long time to clean the tables, and you have to get the napkins and appliances yourself. At the end of our vacation, there was a large influx of tourists, queues immediately appeared in the restaurant, there were no more appliances and plates. Drinks of 3% quality, the cheapest swill, smelling of booze. Mojito is best drunk. When the cola was from bottles, everything was fine, when they started pouring from the vending machine, the quality dropped. A wonderful bartender works at the pool bar in the first half of the day, makes cocktails well and always smiles, no luck with the rest, then they pour half a glass of alcohol when you ask for a little. Children's animation is only in the evening for 1 hour with club dances, there is nothing else. Adult animation is very weak, dancing is a complete amateur activity, and of poor quality, the comedy show is not funny, the disco is only on Friday and Saturday, animation does not call anywhere in the afternoon, they found out about all the activities after the start, there was no agitation. There are broken chairs at the bar in the pool, they were scratched several times. Part-time animators give out towels and work as safehards at the slides. There was a lot of sand at the bottom of the pool, it seems that it had never been cleaned. The pool with slides has the same story. There were a lot of sun beds, even when there were a lot of people. There were many palm trees with dates on the territory, the grass was thick, but there were a lot of ants, and biting ones. There is no gym, there are no exercise machines, water aerobics and gymnastics were among the sports activities, that's all. There are a lot of French people in the hotel, but for us it was just a plus, they are much more responsive and calmer than Russians. The contingent at the hotel is about 60% French, 25% Polish, 15% Russian, by the weekend there were still very, very, very many locals with children

I liked the hotel, the large territory, the excellent beach, a lot of sun loungers, the rooms are acceptable.I think we'll get there sometime else.

In principle, the hotel is not bad, but money is being stolen in the room!!!!!!!!!
We went to lunch, someone got into the bag-they found a purse in it and pulled out $ 20 from the purse.
Sunglasses were stolen from the neighbors, the proceedings did not lead to anything.
