An excellent hotel in its price category. Super entry into the sea, sand. The food is very good for Egypt. Alcohol is not a connoisseur, but in Egypt everything is not very good, but white wine is very good. We met a couple, they know each other well and the white is very good. Animation tries very hard, everyone loves it every day. A little to the right is a small reef. If you wish, you can go for a 30 dollar walk on the big reef. You can ride a camel not far to the right. We have been to the hotel 2 times. In 2023, the food was great, in 2024 it was a little poorer, but you have to come to the beginning of dinner then, too, great. There are no problems with breakfasts and lunches.
I would like to start with the pros:
• Very beautiful territory of the hotel, large, lots of greenery, the buildings outside are as new.
• A good buffet, convenient time for all meals.
• Clean beach, good bottom, clean towels are provided near the beach and pool.
• We had a view of the garden from the room. Very nice, convenient location of the building
• The reception understands Russian, not perfectly, but you can roughly understand each other.
Minuses:
- Dear Wi-Fi. For 7 days, $ 35, you can connect only 2 devices for the entire room. This is so stupid! One person can have at least 2 devices, and the room is double. It was very inconvenient to distribute the Internet between a laptop for work, a phone and a tablet… Also, the Internet was constantly turned off after a day, and if you connected to it, you had to go to the reception to do something about it. In the end, they didn't help in any way, after a while he earned himself, miracles.
- Annoying guys who go around offering massages, photos, a fish restaurant, etc. It's just a horror, they come up and push me every day. I constantly answer - don't do anything, don't come near, no, wait for interrogations again tomorrow, it's disgusting, they just spoil the rest (but they speak all languages perfectly, better than some at the reception).
- Such are the numbers. Of the 6 sockets, 3 work, the room entrance cards are always demagnetized, and the beds creak. Of the Russian channels on TV, only TNT is normal, but Sasha Tanya always goes on it, without a break, as if, horror. The shower is normal, the rest of the room is also spacious and clean, but not for a 5* hotel, where half of everything breaks down.
- There's just no lifeguard on the beach, there's a green flag hanging, but it doesn't matter what people are doing there. But there is a lifeguard standing by the pool and watching everything closely.
To sum up, the service is good, the food is delicious (not all of it, of course, but I liked a lot of it), the staff is good, the rooms are average, the beach is great, they constantly go there and clean it, as well as the entire hotel territory.
This hotel is for a quiet, relaxing stay, but unpleasant situations with the room and annoying Arabs offering their massages and photos have really spoiled the impression.
The hotel itself is in the middle of nowhere, there's nothing nearby. The shops on the territory of the hotel are very expensive, it is better not to take anything there, only if it is very urgent.
