I want to tell you a little bit about this hotel. When we bought a ticket, we were bribed by beautiful and vivid photos of the hotel and the sea. But the biggest disadvantage of this hotel is the FOOD!!! - IT'S THE SAME THING EVERY DAY AND WELL, IT'S NOT VERY TASTY! The staff is friendly and it's ✔ we left $2 each day and everything was clean and towels, so I can't say how without a tip. We rested from 09/26/19 to 10/06/19. There are jellyfish in the sea that sting and I was afraid to go in. One pool that is located by the sea is the most normal depth from 0.90 to 150 meters. This is the deepest pool. But a pool with slides is a salty hell. The slides are old and you can count all the joints until you eat them. The most important and large saltwater pool and I didn't like it. We were poisoned in a restaran in which you can stay only once during the entire vacation, so I do not advise it. I advise you to go for dinner and take a walk in the city of Sousse. There is a 52 bus or taxi going to this city for 8-10 dinars, don't forget to bargain with them, they are very overpriced. And yes , alcohol in the hotel . If you choose between Tunisia 4* and Turkey 3*4*, fly to Turkey there for much better. The hotel is purely family-run and there is no entertainment for adults. I do not recommend couples and companies.
This is the most terrible hotel! We endured being in it for 10 days. The attitude towards tourists is terrible, the food is very bad, the room leaked in the rain, the animation is at zero. It's a pity for money and time. The salt water slides are just hell!
We were at the hotel in early October. The season was coming to an end. There were very few tourists in the hotel. The territory of the hotel is huge, a huge Olympic swimming pool with 2 water parks and sea water!!!Very cool)))WE WERE FED SPARINGLY IN THE MAIN RESTAURANT, FROM 11 O'CLOCK PIZZA AND FRIES BY THE POOL!WE LIVED IN THE MAIN BUILDING OF THE HOTEL, THE ROOM IS OLD, THERE ARE COCKROACHES IN THE TOILET!We need to get a room in the new fund! The animation is excellent , just Super🤗No one was bored !The beach is a very small strip!Of course, the children liked everything, and adults can go for one trip!
We had a rest in early June 2019. Upon check-in, a tourist fee of $ 7 per person was paid. For some reason, the travel agency did not warn about this. Very bad Wi-Fi. It is very rare to catch the Internet. It happens only within the reception area. There is not even a fee for the word "at all".The attitude towards Russians is very cool, despite the fact that more than half. There are many Poles in the hotel and there are local Arabs. All printed information announcements are in French, Arabic and Russian. There are 5 Russian channels on TV out of 40: Rossiya24, TNT, RTR, Channel One and Channel 8. The wind, especially in the morning, drives the waves, so the sea is dirty, the water is muddy.Floating debris and algae. The beach is poorly cleaned, although the sand is shallow and dense. If it were sifted, it would be a thrill! The food is fine, but there are a lot of people. We went to another building (yes, there are two buildings in this hotel, each with its own reception and dining room), there were fewer people there and the assortment was more diverse. You have to come in advance so that there is a table for four. It's not a question for one or two. Beer, wine, whiskey and gin, as always and everywhere in olinclusions, the cheapest is purchased, so it is impossible to drink. The bartenders slowly pour all the drinks, with rare exceptions, into plastic 100-gram cups. And no more than 2 pieces per hand. If they give it in glass, you can say you're lucky. They say that there are no glasses. In general, the whole service is unhurried. When you stand 5-8 people for drinks, the bartender will ask you what to pour, then he will climb somewhere, for some reason he will start rearranging bottles, then he will ask again and go to the back room for ice, on the way he will have time to chat with a colleague, come back, pour one glass, see the child and ask what to pour for him (well children are sacred!), and then he will pour you a second glass. They do not know how to work with the queue and do not want to. They probably aren't in a hurry because of their mentality. They pretend that they do not understand Russian when making remarks. There is always a half cup of water on the tables in the dining room for lunch and dinner. This is a plus. But the cooler does not heat the water. The waiters sweep crumbs from the tables to the floor with just their hand when they clean up the dishes for the guests. Tablecloths are simply turned over and rarely changed. Children like slides. And adults also ride. There are saltwater pools. This is a plus when the seas are dirty. The rooms are cleaned in a day or two. If you leave a chocolate bar or a coin, they will come more often and make swans out of towels. You can't leave anything, they may not come at all. Although when they asked for shampoo, they poured disposable ones into their palms, as much as they could. The territory of the hotel is large. There are buildings, and there are bungalows. It is still unclear what the difference is and what is better if you choose when checking in. The room has a small refrigerator, TV box, hair dryer and air conditioner. Oh! The only one who wanted to be liked. He hummed and imitated his work, but alas, he did not give coolness. I had to sleep with an open balcony, but mosquitoes, nasal reptiles! There was a phone, but it turned out to be just not connected! There is no safe in the room.I don't know how 4 stars are, but 3 plus, if not for the large territory it would pull. I don't care about going alone, but I don't advise you to go with your family. There is nowhere to walk. There are two shopping malls nearby within walking distance, but everything is the same everywhere. I expected more from a 4-star hotel. And yes, there are basically no sweet wines in Tunisia. Pink, white - but they are dry and semi-dry. This has nothing to do with the hotel. He told me how he saw it.
Hello to tourists!!! I will not write anything bad about the hotel, anyone who likes to relax and unwind will not look for disadvantages. We had a vacation in October 2019 with the whole family (2 adults and children 13,15,16 years old), everything was fine with us, the children did not want to leave. There is enough food and drinks to choose from, you can choose according to your taste. The beach is small, but there was enough space for everyone. So, relax with the mood and everything will be fine! Have a nice stay!
We had a rest from June 20-30 with a large company. Everything is great!!! The first room was not given ice, but the next day they gave us a good room, took into account our wishes, of course for an additional fee.the fee. The kitchen is great. The children are happy. Animators find a common language with everyone 😝 the main thing is to smile at each other 😊. The service at the bar is excellent!!! Thank you sunny Tunisia.
We arrived at the hotel at 8:00 pm, there are no available rooms, we sent dinner. We went through the tour operator Anex Tour. There was smoke, stench and flies in the dining room. Later it turned out that the hotel was overcrowded (overbooking) and there would be no rooms available until the morning!!!! At the reception, everyone pretended that they did not understand anything exactly until we started calling the tour operator's hotline and the embassy. Half an hour later, the guide arrived and offered us (4 adults and 4 children) to spend the night in the rooms where repairs are underway. There was no other way out, and at 4 a.m. we went to our rooms with the wiring pulled out, whitewashing and other attributes of repair. The guide (Maji) swore that in the morning we would be moved to the best rooms. He kept his promise and we were given 3 rooms with direct sea views in the main building. Our torment did not end there. One day they found a huge cockroach in the bathroom, there are no such cockroaches in Russia. The air conditioner worked every other time, I caught the Internet only at the reception and then every other time. The canteen- and there is no other way to say it - is a separate topic.Eternally dirty tablecloths, crowds of people, kilometer-long queues for any food, dirt all around, smoke and stench from cooking food, plastic spoons, clouds of flies-it's just hell!!!during this period, a lot of Arabs rested, they were so arrogant that they had to win back their right. They didn't want to stand in line with everyone. The staff gave them preference in everything. Meat or fish dishes were given in limited quantities, not how much you want, but how much you will be given. The water in the cooler (which often broke) is not boiled, you can't even brew tea. We went to the city in Carrefour to buy groceries. There are signs everywhere in bars with 2 glasses in hand. the choice of dishes is very boring, there are no porridges for breakfast, only hard-boiled eggs or overcooked fried eggs. There were huge queues for ice cream in the evening, only the children had enough. the beach is dirty, covered in algae, the sun beds are old, broken, no one washed them in the morning.the sea is also dirty, with jellyfish that do not look like the jellyfish we are used to and bite very painfully. The water in the pool with slides is salty to such an extent that children could not be there (The water is not sea water, but specially salted for disinfection, instead of chlorine). All the Arabs mostly swam there, they just didn't get out of there. the pool near the sea is the only place where children could swim, but no one cleaned it, there is not even a foot wash after the beach.there is dirt outside the hotel, an abandoned construction site and shops. At 5 a.m. we woke up to the call to prayer...There is a mosque nearby. One plus of the hotel is a good animation team, the guys lit up all day.In general, the rest was ruined, I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. I can send you photos of all the horrors and nightmares.special thanks to the hotel guide for his help, I tried my best, both for myself and for Anex....
Everything is tolerable, except for the terrible attitude of the staff, especially the Anex Tour staff, bad hotel rooms, poor cleaning, the room flooded in the rain, the laundry was not washed, everything is dirty and dusty. By the way, do not go to the local hammam, dirt and fungus. The water park is dangerous, not new and without normal rescuers who have to control the flow on the slides.Animation is normal, and there is one star for it. The beach, pool and sea are normal. The sun is shining)))
Upon arrival, they are settled in a barn-type bungalow. The bungalow is very dirty, dark and damp. On weekends, locals come by and the canteen can't cope with the flow. As a result, dirty plates were handed out, just from the last eater, the food was shaken off the plate and given to the next ones. An even bigger problem is the spoons. I constantly had to ask for a spoon, for breakfast, then for lunch and dinner. I do not recommend this hotel
I liked everything, but there are small flaws. The hotel is not yet very ready for such a surprise for guests. There are queues at restaurants, rooms are not cleaned on time. Otherwise, it's fine. The beach, the water park, the kitchen, the animation - everything is super.
The rooms are shabby, have not been renovated for a long time. The staff's attitude is bad, as if they are doing us a favor. There are a lot of mosquitoes at night, and because the air conditioners start working only on June 15, I had to sleep with the window open, everything is bitten. We took a fumigator, but it does not work on mosquitoes. It is very dirty outside the hotel. There are long queues in the dining room. No meat or fish for breakfast.
Close to the sea, sandy beach.
The hotel is just great!!! The sea is gorgeous, the food is delicious, the slides are very big and steep, the animators are very funny, I advise everyone to go to this hotel!!!👍👍👍
