The hotel is rated at 4 stars, of course, it would have been worth these 4 and even 5 stars if the hotel management had carried out a refresh of everything. I don't like to write only about the bad, so
I want to point out the obvious advantages
*A huge territory with an internal garden in the buildings, incredibly beautiful, I have only seen such in Morocco.
* Large swimming pool
* Clean beach, white sand and our room (we were very lucky)
* Polite and friendly staff
* Good yoga in the morning (correct)
* Wonderful pancakes and omelette for breakfast (we stood for pancakes for 20 minutes, it's worth it)
* Ala kart is wonderful! Tunisian dinner is much better, it's super with Brick! I do not recommend Italian.
Minuses
* There is no variety in the food, tuna was once
* Terrible queues for everything, but when the hotel was a little empty, it became easier. But on average, just stand for at least 20 minutes.
* The pool is obviously dirty, the children don't get out of there, I don't think they go to the toilet in the wrong place.
* All drinks are in plastic, even at dinner in the "Restaurant" wine is sometimes in plastic, but we were more lucky.
* The restaurant is a dining room, terrible tables and chairs. The level of the Bad Anapa canteen.
* Animation is average. There are a lot of activities, but I won't say that it's incendiary. But I liked the musical dance evenings.
* Water - God, it's terrible. Bottled water is only available in one place in the lobby bar, from 10:00 am. 1 Booth - 1 person
But it's a kick-ass! I drink 3.5 liters a day alone. Do I have to go after her every two hours? I don't understand why this is so, why is it worth standing in line behind her and waiting for others to finish vodka Cola at 12 o'clock, and I'm just standing for water? It's horrible.
Saving water? It would be more economical if you didn't pour it all into plastic cups.
And bring 2 bottles to the room and you can take them to the beach separately.
Would I recommend this hotel? Probably not. I put a three in the hope of improvement

Good afternoon! I rarely write a review, but this time I am overwhelmed with positive emotions about a wonderful vacation.
Rested from 29.09 to 9.10 .2023.
I arrived at 10 in the morning, and I was immediately checked into the room: modern interior design, new furniture and plumbing, a pleasant color scheme in the design, a large balcony.
The hotel guide Maro became a great friend to us, was caring and attentive. None of our problems remained unsolved when contacting him.
The sea is always beautiful. Clean, warm, small waves. The cleanliness of the coastal strip was monitored by beach workers. The garbage was carefully cleaned. There were enough sun beds and mattresses for everyone.
Restaurant. Beyond praise!!!! Always a great choice: fish, lamb, vegetables .... there are many national dishes. Everything is always in abundance.. Tactful and polite waiter service.
Animation-there is animation🤣Funny, positive guys. Despite the closing of the season, we have prepared a wonderful show. We conducted yoga, step aerobics, darts, karaoke and disco to the last client in the hotel. Great respect to the animation chief: he always worked calmly, respectfully and professionally with his team. It was nice to be in such a friendly family.
The hotel grounds have always been clean.
Drinks at the bar are a little unclear, but were available🤣🤣
Safes with iron keys were a little unclear..and the balcony doors without locks. But it's the end of the season.

The hotel is tired. But animators and constant sports activity + a beautiful beach and the sea correct the situation. On the downside, there is no wine or beer in the restaurant. All drinks are at the bar, in the lobby of the hotel.
A large territory, a huge swimming pool, there is a small separate water park, spacious rooms.
Unfortunately, the diet has deteriorated compared to previous years, but they say it everywhere. Everything has become more expensive and it is clear that hoteliers save more for survival

Dear tourists, do not book this hotel under any circumstances! It will not be a vacation, but a lot of nerves!!!
From August 11 to August 25, 2023, I was at this hotel with a child. Some cons, nerves, disappointments and negativity!
Russian Russian is the only language you will be greeted at the reception by uncles who do not speak, from the word at all, in Russian, only French, English and the local language (at the same time they know Russian when you will be offered the best rooms, for a fee). But you won't get a better number and you won't get your money back! Therefore, the advice is, do not give extortionists money, try to threaten the hotel manager (there is a chance, but small)
There are plenty of sun beds on the beach, but if you do not get up at 6 or 7 in the morning and do not take them, then you will lie in the sun, without a stationary umbrella. The first line under the umbrellas is engaged in watching the beach, and then by them, these sunbeds are for sale. Nutrition is a separate conversation! The menu is not very diverse. There are no sea products! Except for the fish. In the dining room (or restaurant, as you want to call it), sometimes you will not find forks, knives, cups. You will stand in queues for each dish for 15 to 20 minutes. It will be all separate dishes and separate queues. I fixed the time while at lunch at 1.40, I stood in line for 1 hour! And it's in the heat! Indoor air conditioners do not work! Towels and room cleaning are also a separate story. The rooms are poorly cleaned, but it doesn't matter! The trouble is that towels are taken from your room, and they may not be returned, or they will be returned after 17 or 18 hours. You come from the sea to wash up, but there are no towels! I didn't have pillowcases on the pillows when I checked into the room! The animation is monotonous, and the children's room for children is not at all clear how it works, and what they do with them is also not clear. My child refused to go there! The slides are partially operational. Why it should be called a water park is also not clear. Of the 7 slides, 5 small ones work, with a paddling pool! Bars and drinks also leave much to be desired (there is no beer, Cola, drinks are replaced by analogues ...) The only advantages are the sea and the sand! And if you are lucky with Maro's Russian-speaking guide, then this will be the solution to your problems. Special thanks to him and a low bow. If it wasn't for Maro, I do not know how I would have rested in this hotel with a child! Therefore, as a conclusion, Russian tourists should be vigilant when choosing this hotel. It was in September 2023. This year, for the first time, they moved in without delay, but there are practically no people in hotels. There are no queues anywhere, except for the pool bar, sometimes there are up to 6 people. There were no more than 8-10 Russians in hotels, including us.

The air conditioner does not work in 38 degree heat!However, there are no air conditioners in the Lobby, anywhere!!! The food is creepy, the rooms are not cleaned, the plumbing is broken. Even the pool water stinks of sewage. A complete disappointment! I don't know about other hotels, but it's just terrible here, 1 Star maximum! There were four of us (2 adults and 2 children) at the end of July 2019. In general, the hotel is not bad, it is large. It can be seen that it is not new, but it is maintained in normal condition. All inclusive meals. A good assortment and quite tasty. Red, white wine and beer were served for dinner.
I was especially pleased with the beach and the sea. Ideal for children. White clean sand, sandy bottom, the sea is warm and clean. The pool is also good, there is a shallow part for children. A lifeguard works on the territory of the pool all day, who really monitors safety - his whistle is heard all day long. He is really responsible for the safety of young children. I personally saw and was surprised how some parents spent hours lying with their backs to the pool and did not look after their kids, because a lifeguard was really looking after them. There is a pool bar, open throughout the day. There is a children's room. In the evenings, every day there is a mini disco for children. The animators worked perfectly. The kids really liked it.
There are shops on site where you can buy everything from clothes to food. We bought Tunisian olive oil. We really liked it. The price is lower than Moscow prices. We also bought natural silk scarves and scarves, replicas of famous brands. It was done very well, the prices were around 20-30 dollars at that time. There is also a separate swimming pool with water slides on the territory, the only thing is that it has a limited opening time, which fell on a quiet hour.
We had a 4-bed room. A large isolated room with a really large double bed, a large balcony. There is also a sleeping area with two single beds at the exit. The bathroom is separate.
The accommodation in the room was quite comfortable for us. There is a bar in the lobby that is open throughout the day. In the evenings, there is live music and alcoholic drinks for adults.
The only small disadvantage was that they gave ice cream for lunch. There was a local young lady at the distribution. She preferred Arab children - without waiting lists, and more than one per person. The European nations clearly did not please her.
I had a vacation in Tunisia in Monastir 2014, Hammamet 2016, Mahdia 2019 September. There are great memories from the service in hotels and in general for tourists around the country. I cannot help but note the work of the Pegasus tour operator, the employees of this company work well with them, the tourist feels calm and confident. Unfortunately, I did not remember the family of these girls of the young man, I remembered the name Kamil 2019. Mahdia otkl Tapsus. I would like to go with pleasure.
I liked the convenient location, the hotel is right on the seashore, the sandy beach, the hotel has beautiful pools, clean, there is a mini aqua park, the buildings are three-storey, with courtyards, drowned in greenery, the room service was a little pumped up, the linen seemed stale, but otherwise everything is fine, the staff is polite, friendly, the food is varied, delicious I will definitely return here next year.
Today they checked in, tomorrow they are evicted, allegedly the hotel is being closed for repairs, but why did they sell tours??? Is this a normal attitude towards vacationers: to inform a day about the closure for repairs

We arrived on 09/08/2019, we were not settled immediately, the receptionists diligently pretended that they did not understand Russian at the counter. We were lucky and after an hour and a half we were checked into a room. The room is nice, air-conditioned, refrigerator, huge bed. We cleaned every day, I left 2 dinars and a chocolate bar, but even without that, the first two days were cleaned well. But, as it turned out, we were really lucky, those who came with us spent the night, some in a room with a check-in, some in another hotel.
Food...We didn't starve, but everything tasted bad. Cucumbers with a cut middle, chopped, similar to zucchini, tomatoes are tasteless, dry, there are no normal greens, vegetables, fruits except melons, apples and grapes too, planed cabbage, carrots, in different bowls, make a mix, salt, pepper, pour oil. Butter sucks, wine is a nightmare, cheese, sausage is creepy...it's easier to say what you liked- croissants, wings in the snack bar, melon ..
Fish is constantly fried on the dining room veranda (small and bony)), the smell is all over the hall ...
Ice cream for children is only in the dining room, there is no bar.

We just checked out of this hotel this morning. There were two weeks at the end of October. The weather did not disappoint, it was mostly warm and sunny, without sweltering heat, only a couple of days of rain and a storm. The air is 23-28, the water is not lower than 23 for sure. The territory is large and well maintained. Swimming pool, spa, water slides, bars, animation, slot machines for children (originally from the last century). The beach is magnificent, sandy, large and clean, the best among the surrounding hotels. Gentle entrance to the water, shallow water for a long distance, very convenient for small children. The hotel itself was almost empty at that time, so it was a pleasant feeling that everything was as if for us alone. The staff is smiling, friendly, unobtrusive. The rooms are spacious, clean, and cleaned every other day. There are very few soaps and shampoos, and linen and towels are changed only if asked. The spa is normal - the hammam is worse than in Turkey, the massage is worse than in Vietnam. The food is good, but about a week before closing, the assortment became very limited. I didn't like the abundance of flies in the dining room and stray sparrows attacking baskets of bread - after seeing this, I didn't take bread anymore. Drinks at the bar are unlimited. The local beer is good (much better than the Baltic). Strong drinks are also on the level, but the hotel wine is the cheapest and does not taste very good. WiFi is only in the reception area and is very blunt. I liked the work of the animators, the children were not bored. Although in the end, entertainment programs also began to be curtailed. I recommend it for an inexpensive family relaxing holiday (but only at this time of the year, I can't say what's going on here with full occupancy, I don't know).
The local population does not have a system of servicing and running a hotel business, the hotel is so sophisticated that you can find a Turkish hotel with comfortable conditions for the same period for the same money. Animation is at a low level, beach volleyball is in a state of decline. Meals in the dining room have a characteristic type of scheduled meals, turkey and frozen fish have traveled the world five times, have a bitter taste and are practically unsuitable for a meal. There is eternal garbage, broken glasses, bags, cigarette butts and condoms under the windows of the rooms. So the system of service for citizens of the Russian Federation is unclear. The attitude is biased, the staff's banter with visitors has become the norm. The table service staff - well done! And yet - the guide Katya (an outsider for us) helped us solve problems for half the night. The answer to any problem on the prescription is "I don't know, complain." They are cooked on the veranda (fish, meat, dough, etc.) on a burnt, dirty baking sheet. Smoke all over the restaurant. Maybe we were unlucky with the Anex Tour, or with Otel. Although, according to observation, there were a lot of dissatisfied people. Not a pleasant surprise - the RESORT Fee was not warned about the convict. 7 dollars per person. Have a good rest for everyone! But we won't go there a second time! 🤔

The best animators in Mahdia, which is probably why the price tag is higher than similar hotels! There is a water park with 5 Slides, three pools - the main one, an indoor one next to it and a third one, for those who want privacy. Rooms, food, drinks for 4.

Even more to the food, it is very stuffy in the hall and the queues for scrambled eggs, watermelons and at the grill are such that you really need to give a medal or even an order for taking food. Alcohol in the bar is given only two servings in hand, you can't send one, you have to crowd together. But these are all small things compared to the gorgeous sea.
We had a rest in early August 2019. It's just a nightmare to check in - we waited in line for 1.5 hours at night, when they would start registering us and give us the coveted room key (there were people with kids who were missed). I must say that it was at this hotel that about 15 people disembarked from the bus. The rooms were not cleaned, if you don't ask, the linen smells of bleach, but everything is stained, you can only tip YOURSELF!!! choose the bedding more or less from their bag... Animation....my son did not join even once))) A 5-year-old child, participated and danced in Anapa. The food was good, the bars were positive. The sea is pleasant and very salty, which is a big plus, in August there is an ideal ratio of humidity and heat, the breeze blows well, so it is not hot. Another of the advantages: a guide who is ready to help and an abundance of pools and a water park)))
If you close your eyes to cleaning both in the room and in the hotel, as well as the oddities with towels, then it's very good. In the bar, if the bartenders smile and be polite, they make delicious and beautiful cocktails. Only you can't swim in the pool, because everyone who swam caught rotovirus.
I don't like to write badly, so I'll tell you the incidents))) when we moved in, it was such a mess))) the guests who arrived turned out to be more than available rooms, they waited for the room until the evening in the morning, then just spent the night at a nearby hotel. The food is normal as for Tunisia))) The coolest thing there is the animators, they are Handsome!!!
My daughter is staying at this hotel, she complains almost every day. An iPhone 8 was stolen from the room, pulled out of the bag, that is, there is no question of what kind of safety of things, no one is responsible. Employees don't care. We contacted the police, they said that this was not an isolated case of theft in this hotel, that is, not a hotel but a courtyard. If you don't want to ruin your vacation, look for another hotel
The hotel management does not look after the staff. The room is cleaned very poorly, we tried to give more money for cleaning, but the effect is 0. The food is not the best on 3 out of 5. In general, the hotel is not more than 3 stars.

All the chairs are covered with birds, the tablecloths on the tables are constantly dirty. All the crumbs crumble to the floor. There are constant queues, the staff does not care about vacationers at all. The only food is potatoes and pasta, the rest is impossible to eat. The rooms do not have soap, slippers, or even hooks in the bathroom for towels

The hotel is terrible , the cleaning is disgusting , it is not possible to eat food . the children were all vomiting , there was no heated pool , there was a storm at sea - a lot of garbage and algae washed up on the beach , no one even cleaned anything for a week .
