They were in May 2023. I didn't really like the hotel. Very poor breakfasts. There was a construction site of another hotel nearby, they tried to move us into a room on the 2nd floor with a view of the construction site, with an additional fee they moved us to the 5th floor with a view of the sea. The sun beds and mattresses on the beach are very tired, the beach is dirty. Entering the sea - a slab, rocks, if waves - you can hit and even get hurt. There is practically no territory. In general, I do not share the general enthusiasm in the reviews. There is no desire to go to this hotel a second time.

Super! I just got back recently. I liked it very much. Delicious and high-quality food (by the way, the Guide also told me about this - that they have the best food and they go there themselves to eat). Polite staff - they remember you and greet you. Almost everyone speaks Russian.
Pay attention to the hammam in the hotel - they kneaded it very well - I'm happy - you even say where there is more and they do it right away, and after the oil - the skin is still smooth!
It costs $30... but I only had $ 24 and said that I would bring it later, and when I came the next day and wanted to ask how much more I owed, the owner replied that nothing was needed - it was a discount... the main thing is to tell everyone how cool it is here! :)))
WI-FI - NO! But at the reception desk you buy it for $ 11 (for the entire period) and it's a miracle!!!! He works EVERYWHERE in the rooms and in the hotel and on the beach and in neighboring hotels and quite far away :))) Moreover, it works fine!

The first time we flew to Turkey, we chose this hotel (trusted the reviews). Everything is so positive that there is nothing to add!) The food is great, the variety is off the scale, very tasty!!! The children did not climb off the slides, animations, the hotel has a variety of tourists from different countries-they got to know each other, communicated (as best they could), we liked absolutely everything! Even the barker in the hammam)) by the way, my husband bought me a massage course-I highly recommend it!!! Hussein's magic hands "rejuvenated" my body for several years. We were at this hotel from August 31st to September 7th. The room was 2+1 on the 4th floor.
The hotel fully meets the requirements of 4 stars.
Let's start with the cons:
The room stock is already quite tired.
Shampoo and soap were poured into dispensers, there was no solid soap (it is better to take it with you).
The beach towel is changed once a week (if you want to change it, you need to pay $ 1).
At the hotel, paid Wi-Fi costs $11, but I have one life hack. There is a travel agency opposite the wall with wings that distributes free WiFi. Be careful at sea!!! There are slabs down there that you can cut your foot on.
The evening animation is weak .
Now the advantages of the hotel:

Bars open on the beach from 10:00 where you can get your favorite drinks. Closer to 11:00, they start cooking food (pizza, burgers, shawarma) . From 16:00 to 17:00, ice cream (chocolate and strawberry) is distributed .
There is a lot of delicious food in the dining room. There are many salads, greens, side dishes, desserts. Meat : beef, lamb, turkey, chicken. From fish: trout , mackerel.
On Wednesday, a large bazaar arrives near the hotel from 10:00 where you can buy clothes, bed linen, Turkish sweets and much more. There are also many shops near the hotel (nike,adidas,reebok,asics, koton) and so on.
As a result: I liked the hotel, we were satisfied with the rest, maybe we will return there again.

The location of the hotel is good, there is everything you need nearby, namely shops and pharmacies, hotels everywhere and only.
We arrived in the morning, and check-in after 12.00, leaving things, went to explore the territory, it is very compact, actually we did not expect more.I was more surprised by the beach , where the sunbeds stand about 10 meters from the seashore and only a few rows under a canopy, it is forbidden to move the sunbeds to the beach, which means parents with children have to sit not on the sand , but on the pebbles so that the offspring are in sight , especially when there are big waves, and they are there very very big , but we liked it and the kids are delighted .We were lying on towels for all 10 days , so keep this in mind too .The most important thing about the beach is that it is combined with their second hotel 5 ⭐️ so there are no sunbeds on the beach at all, and you stand in line for food for 30 people, we took everything together in different queues to take at least something for everyone 😡we ate pizza once, we no longer had enough patience and nerves !A big minus is that we were not warned about this , we were very outraged and wrote to the agent with complaints !
This is not all comrades )On the pool of free sunbeds it was possible to open at one o 'clock in the morning 😂Europe takes 6-7 pieces and in different places depending on the location of the sun!!!!It 's just a horror , we 've been through a lot, we started borrowing, they threw off our towels and said we couldn 't borrow !By the end of the vacation , we had adapted a little to the skill of the sunbed armor !Before departure, they even joked and hid all the towels of those who began to occupy at night, I think they then found them all in a chorus in the bushes.
The pool is cleaned constantly, the slides worked with this, there are no problems, the animation is so-so, it could have been better, but this is not critical, everything suited us, but there is again a but, namely, a bar that works until 22.00, it seems, but there are never places to sit, so what ????and the fact that tables are also booked there, as well as sun beds, the entire pension fund of Europe sits until the last minute to close.
Another huge minus , there is a lot of smoking everywhere and there is no difference children nearby, a children's pool , a beach or a beach snack place, it 's terrible!!!The family hotel should monitor this and strictly on strictly !!!
The food is normal, but again the same problem 😂 there are no tables, you come later, then there is no hot food and what was given at the beginning of the meal!I will note the staff, that's the good guys completely, the rooms are always cleaned and well, there were problems with towels , but I think it 's not the employees' fault!The territory is clean always and everywhere, everything is washed and cleaned !The canteens are all clean everywhere and the guys clean up quickly and with kind faces !I can only say that I was very angry with the guide, an intrusive, impudent, tactless and generally arrogant person !!!
We tried to relax and not pay attention, but the rest did not go as we wanted at all !I would not advise for this money at all, only for food lovers .

We are currently staying at this hotel from 08/14/2023. The road here was tough - the Turkishmen delayed the flight for 3 hours. They gave compensation - 1000 per person to eat at the airport. They also feed you on the plane - it's delicious. Then the flight, an hour waiting for luggage, and another hour and a half waiting for passengers on the bus. Then the road to the hotel takes almost four hours, including a "technical" stop for half an hour, voiced by the guide, but in fact - you are brought to a point with which there is an agreement to spend money on coffee, exchange, etc. Your husband was given 2 coffees for 300 lira.
This is where the tin ends and the rest begins - the hotel is gorgeous with 4 stars, rooms, food - excellent. The staff is very polite, although they are trying to sell something or earn money somehow, but they live by it, everything is not annoying, but everyone wants a tip.
The sea is deep, small pebbles, with a child in armbands or with a circle swims and rides the waves perfectly. After lunch, the dirt drips periodically, but not critically. If you don't swim well, it's better to buy corals, after 10 meters the stones begin. I also recommend them to the ladies, I have cracked skin on my thumbs, but this is due to an incorrect pedicure, as I understand it, because the child and husband do not have such a problem at all.
There is a lot of food, very tasty and not spicy. I always lose weight in such countries by 5 kg - I am capricious in food, everything is OK here, nothing overly specific. A lot of meat, fresh delicious vegetables, greens. It is a paradise for eggplant lovers. I was not impressed with the sweets, but the baklava is gorgeous. There is no special children's table, but there are always delicious soups, porridges and all the food is quite suitable for a child, ours is 7 years old - I ate everything as usual. The coffee in the machine is normal, you can order it in Turkish, there is also a paid orange juice. Be careful with the exchange of beach towels - only on Thursday for free from 8 to 11.

Not worth the money and not a four at all. So.... A three. We arrived for 13 nights from August 5 to August 19, 2023. The hotel is really on the first line, but it is narrow and goes deep. There is one swimming pool and 3 slides that work according to some unclear schedule. There are a lot of people in the pool and it smells very bleach and they still managed to pick up konyuktevit.
Food. There was enough food for me, I eat the same thing and don't bother. For dinner, almost everything is the same. I must say right away that those who rely on beauty and aesthetics, then this is not here at all. There is no place to walk dresses, and society is not the same. There is no breakfast from 7.30 pm. The children's buffet is not set up in the morning. 2 meals only in the children's Buffet at lunch and 2 at dinner. Lunch is served from 12.30 to 14.00 and at 13.50 the waiters are already cleaning the food and almost with all their appearance they show that it's time for you. Dinner from 19.00 to 21.00. There is food, they are coming. There are practically no fish, fruits are standard: apples, oranges, plums, watermelon. There are a lot of sweet cakes and Turkish sweets. Chicken and turkey meat. Delicious Turkish dinner on Saturdays.
Rooms. Everything is fine, clean. Everything works: air conditioning, shower (in the shower itself, the water pressure is so-so, I'm not picking on it), hair dryer. There are no accessories (soap-shampoo in the shower is liquid), take it with you. There is no bar in the fridge. They are cleaned every day, normally. The money did not help the improved cleaning. There is a safe (paid). Wi-Fi is paid $ 11 per device slow (router at the reception)) and all the time the Internet was falling off), friends were able to distribute, but then he only surfed the news feed. We lived on the 5th floor. Three small elevators, with strollers, difficulty (especially during rush hour) catching the elevator on the 3rd floor (full).
Entertainments. There are none. Showtime at 21.00 is so-so, not interesting. There's a pool table at the bar, I wasn't interested in paying or not. A children's mini disco, also so-so. Beach. It seems to be its own, but there are also Caretta relax and other hotels from the second line, which are full here. I feel like I'm in a city of hotels. There are a lot of sunbeds, the beach is big, but no one is watching them. As they left it in the evening in a different room, so they stand in the morning. Gracefully. Cigarette butts, plastic cups, abandoned things, no one cleans anything. Garbage from clay pots is removed during the day. The food in the bar is on the floor, not very aesthetically pleasing to look at. The sea itself in front of the hotel is wavy and dirty. The neighboring hotel has two small pens, it's great there: there are no waves and a gentle entrance. Sometimes it even seems that they are cleaning the sea. Of course, in the evening the sea horror (algae, leaves, glasses) floats in, but in the morning there is no such thing. There are plenty of sun beds.
In general, of course, the main thing is the mood and rest, but still I do not recommend going to this hotel.

The water slides are open almost all day. During the day there is water aerobics, animation contests, beach volleyball. At 20.30 there is a children's disco, the repertoire has not changed in 10 years). At 21.00 various shows:karaoke, acrobats, etc. At 23.00 there is a night disco on the beach-you can't hear it from the hotel. There is a shop next to the hotel on the side of the pharmacy: the landmark figures of an elephant and a crocodile. There are very good sellers there: Kuvat and his wife Masha. Rotovirus and SARS dominate the hotel! My grandparents lived in another room and caught rotovirus! My child, ARVI, flew home with tempa, and this is the first time in 12 years of traveling. Now we don't want to go to Carreta, not even to Turkey! The restaurant is crowded like in the subway during rush hour, the condos are not working, enjoy your meal (if you can eat in the hammam). The food is not delicious. The only plus is the man in the beach bar who makes shawarma.
