The hotel is small in size, suitable for family holidays. The pool is beautiful. There are a lot of sun beds on the territory. Private small-pebble beach. Sun beds under umbrellas and without, a lot. There are 2 bars with free alcoholic beverages on the territory, a bar on the beach where pizza in the morning, French fries in the afternoon, you can assemble a burger, gozleme tortillas yourself, Turkish sweets and ice cream in the evening for free.
The rooms are clean, spacious, cleaning and change of bottled water daily.

Although the hotel was renovated in 2013, everything looks very decent. The room is cleaned every day, there is a large shower cabin. There is, of course, but: if the balcony overlooks the courtyard, then there is noisy ventilation and the periodic smell of the kitchen.
The restaurant is large with a veranda so there is no problem with tables. I liked the dishes with a variety of snacks. The hot dish was mostly chicken, although the red fish was also delicious.
The beach is very dusty, full of cigarette butts, but it depends on the visitors. The staff cleans up the garbage.
There are slides, the steps are more careful around them, you can not notice and fall.
Yes, if you want to play ping-pong with rackets and a ball, take your own, you can't call hotel rackets.

We had a rest with our family from August 26 to September 5. We didn't expect that there would be so many people. Russians, Poles, Germans, Czechs and Turks are vacationing. The beach is nearby, go through the territory and here it is the sea! The water in the sea was warmer than in the pool 😀
The food is excellent, the variety of dishes is excellent. The room was cleaned every day. There are a lot of shops nearby, they mostly understand Russian everywhere, you can pay in lira, dollars, euros and rubles (not everywhere).
The room from the side of the notorious extractor hood did not cause indignation - since it works from a neighboring hotel when cooking, and we were not sitting in the room at that time. The air conditioner was working.
The beach is with small pebbles, the entrance to the sea is quite sharp.
There is a children's area for children, and a trampoline is opened at certain hours. There is a children's pool with slides, there are slides in the large pool.

The best hotel, I liked everything, the pools, the slides near the beach, the food is simply delicious. I liked the honey cake the most, but it's not a honey cake. If someone was there too and tried it, please tell me the name, there's a cafe on the beach where they give free ice cream, drinks, nuggets, fries, burgers, etc. There's a large cactus on site and Drinks are also distributed free of charge near the pool. There is a MEGAMOLL shopping center within a 20-minute walk, and there are many shops, including Migros.

We stayed at this hotel from May 10, 2024 to May 17, 2024. Overall, a good hotel, the area is clean, the sea is nearby. The hotel has its own beach area, there are a lot of shislongs. The kitchen is simply amazing!!! For every taste. There are a lot of greens and fruits.
Minor disadvantages: the rooms were poorly cleaned. And they stole a hair comb...a trifle, but the fact itself. The reception did not help to solve the issue in any way. They were no longer allowed to clean the room. Just be vigilant.

The dining room is large, a large selection of dishes, pleasant staff, a huge selection of salads, meat, fish, fruits and sweets. The room was standard- cozy, and most importantly clean! Cleaning every day, bed linen was changed 3 times in 7 nights. There's pizza on the beach. burgers, cold and hot drinks all the time, ice cream every day! Near the pool, the lifeguards are wonderful guys, very attentive to everyone, especially children. Spa and massage are the perfect relaxation to start your vacation. We were met by Akshin, a pleasant young informant, who told us all kinds of services, we signed up for the complex and were very happy.. relax for 110 minutes with a spa and tea. I really liked the Animators!!!!- it was fun in the morning - warm-up for adults, games with children, a concert program for everyone in the evening, a disco. Lucky with the weather!! Animation is so-so, family. We, two young girls, were bored. If you want to hang out, go somewhere else. Here is relaxation. They play darts on the beach, water polo in the pool. Trampoline fun starts are inflated 2 times a week. A foam party is being held on the beach. Every evening in the amphitheater entertainment: karaoke, bingo, Miss hotel, Turkish night, light show, contests men vs women.
Food: very satisfying, very tasty. The choice of food is huge. They often give chicken, fish, there was also beef. There are also a lot of fruits: apples, tangerines, watermelon, melon, plums. A man stands separately and prepares pita bread for a mini pizza. Sooooo delicious. In the evening they give baklava for dinner. When we arrived, we ate so much that we spent the whole evening trying to digest the food in the room. But after 9 days, it seemed to us that the breakfasts were a little meager, as if there was nothing to choose (or already bored).
Once a week, like on Saturday, they make a holiday, like the sultan comes and very beautifully decorate dishes, carve drawings on watermelons, etc.
Beach. Sandy with small pebbles, located a few meters from the hotel, there are enough sun beds, there were no broken ones. There are also plastic tables between the sun beds. We were comfortable. It was a little difficult to find a sunbed in the shade, but in general it was OK. The entrance to the sea is normal, of course there are large stones, but swimming is normal. The sea is really muddy. But there are no big waves.
Bars: The beach bar provides both food and alcohol. They make simple cocktails. From food fries, burger (it's not very), nuggets. At 4 o'clock, ice cream is distributed. The pool bar seems to be open from 10 to 23, alcohol is the same there. The bartenders are all laconic, but very friendly.
Staff. The staff is a miracle, everyone is friendly, will help, prompt, etc., you can exchange a few words and chat a little.
Numbers. The rooms are all about the same: one double bed, one single, spacious enough. Clean. We cleaned up every day, made swans out of blankets (I love that))) and a couple of times they changed the pastel with towels, although objectively there was no need for this.
Location. The hotel is located in Konakli, in 15-20 minutes walk there is a shopping center with a supermarket Migros, Waikiki, U.S.Polo, and other mass-market shops. By the way, in the current situation, it is preferable for them to pay in dollars / euros, they do not take much from tourists, so I think there is no need to change it. Also, the lobby of the hotel has a pharmacy and an exchanger, but honestly there is nothing to do in konakly.
Excursions were bought at the exit of the hotel right up the street to the first intersection from a man with a parrot. The prices are good, there were no problems. Always picked up and brought the transfer.
Russians are treated well. Both locals and tourists.
I definitely recommend the hotel, but for those who want a quiet family vacation. In this regard, the price-quality ratio is above all praise. It is clear that the hotel takes care of the kids.

There is free access to the beach for everyone. Sun beds for two Caretta hotels. There are people in the sea, like on the Black Sea beaches.
I will not recommend the hotel. But the staff is trying, someone is constantly washing and cleaning something. But there are too many people in the season.
The rooms are small for 4 people, the plumbing is old. We took gels and shampoos with us. They give out beach towels, but I get them twice a week. The bed linen was changed once in 10 days. Towels are more common and we asked for them ourselves.
We went swimming on the beach of the neighboring 5 hotel in the bay, next to the pier. Our beach has a very sharp entrance and rocks

That's just returned from this hotel, a good solid four. There is enough space for everyone, there are no battles for sun beds / tables / chairs. There are, of course, classes, but there are not many of them. The beach is a bit dirty, there are a lot of people on the beach even at the end of October. By the way, keep in mind that strong waves often storm in Konakly! A wide coastline, but with children, everyone wants to lie by the water, the child needs to be controlled here (immediately deep, my son can swim and then I was afraid). The problem is solved simply - I went to the sea with the child at lunch, everyone was just leaving. At the end of October, the sun is no longer so scorching, so you can lie in the sun at noon. We swam until 14 o'clock, the slides started working there, and we left.
The food is good, delicious, lots of everything, chicken, fish, turkey, grilled vegetables. But even here there were dissatisfied, so, for example, one on the beach complained: "it says "borscht", well, I took it, and there's just red water." Going to Turkey for borscht is strong. The contingent is different, there are many Poles, Germans, Belarusians, but Russians, as for me, are the most. There was a conflict at the pool between a Belarusian and a kind of Pole (the initiator was a Belarusian), but the security service quickly took the screamer away.
There are a lot of things for children, there is a maze with balls, there is a shallow pool, a mini club, a small playground. Well, the walking distance of the village of Konakly is a plus. There are minibuses to Alanya (red number 50 on the windshield), 25 lira or 1 dollar fare. The room is clean, we left a tip only at check-out, 5 euros, did not pay during the rest, but still cleaned well.

The hotel is small, they can't cope in season, the food is normal, but in Turkey I wanted more fruits and vegetables, sweets just suck! Animation is at zero!!!! The animation chief does not know about the events that are held at the hotel, the information about the events is outdated.There are crazy queues in the dining room, the staff can't cope, there are queues in the beach bar. We had a rest in July 23 , two children and one adult. A wonderful hotel for its four stars. The food, one of the main features of this hotel, is very tasty, as well as varied. You can eat poultry and fish every day. The best part is that you will never stay hungry, even if you do not have time for breakfast, you can always have a snack by the beach.One of the disadvantages is that cleaning around the hotel is lame. Although the bed linen in the room was changed three times in eight days. The pool, slides, entertainment are all present. The children liked it very much. At first, I was a little confused by the beach, still not a lot dirty. But, I liked the fact that on one beach there are several options for entering, smaller for children where the pebbles are like sand and where deep and high waves are right for fans of high waves. It's amazing how everything fits together on one beach. There is also a well-developed trade near the hotel there is a bazaar where you can buy everything you need, souvenirs or everything for swimming. There are also as many as two pharmacies. The locals are very friendly and speak Russian well, so you don't have to squeeze out foreign words. I think I would come back next year if I couldn't afford a five-star hotel.

We had a rest at the hotel at the end of October 2023!
The sea is gorgeous, the sun is bright, there is no sweltering heat.The beach area is large, taking into account the fact that there are several buildings.There are plenty of free sunbeds.On the beach from 10 am bar-drinks:
sprite,cola, ayran,tea,coffee,water,beer, maybe even alcohol, not interested.
From 11 o'clock, pizza, local tortillas,lunch fries, vegetables, burgers, etc.
From 16.00 ice cream.
At 23.00 on the terrace of the same disco bar.
There are evening animations, acrobats are invited, etc.There is a children's club.
The restaurant has a different menu.
Desserts.In general, food, around the clock.
Water slides work on time-both children and adults have fun.
There is cleaning in the rooms, on the terrace too, the gardener is working, the tables are being rubbed, the air conditioner is working.The hotel manager is always on the terrace!!! All questions at the reception are solved!
I won't put and talk about ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
If you eat to rest, take a good mood with you, do not look for "-".
And most importantly, remember, it's not clean where they clean, but where they don't litter!!!!!!

Barely very tasty, not every five has such delicious food. The pool, slides, the territory is small, but green. The sea is just around the corner. I didn't like the shore very much, after the clean bay of Kemer, this one seems a little dirty. And there are big boulders in the water.
Access to the city is convenient, there is a Time Centre shopping center within a 10-minute walk. There are migros, waikiki, defakto, coton, beneton and a profitable exchanger.

When we rested, there was a feeling that the hotel was overcrowded, because the sun beds by the pool had to be occupied at 6 a.m., otherwise you simply would not find it later. I didn't like it - paid Internet ($11 for the tour period), working at the hotel and on the beach. Liquid soap in the dispenser in the shower and at the sink. There are no separate bags. The center of Konakli with shopping malls and shops for every taste is within walking distance. Bus stop next to the hotel, 25 minutes to Alanya - there you can visit the famous Cleopatra beach, take the funicular to the fortress.
