The management was very fast and professional, we did not have any problems with the car, but when returning it the behavior of two operators was not correct. They saw that the car was fine and we signed for the delivery and when I was about to leave they asked me for more money because they said it was dirty. I didn't want to argue and I paid them, they put it in their pocket without giving me any documents. I think they kept it, making the company look bad.

I rented a Lada Niva there to travel around the country. The car was in very good condition and almost brand new. But then unfortunately the horror scenario happened and I had an accident with it. Fortunately, I had booked it with "super cover" and didn't have to pay anything for the damage. Very nice, helpful and uncomplicated people there! I would recommend them immediately!

Great company. The car can be received and handed over at the agreed place (in Yerevan). Everything is clear and fast. The car is clean and serviceable. It was generally a good idea to rent a car to explore the beautiful sights of Armenia. For us, even the road itself was a landmark.

Great company. The car was provided clean and with a full tank. The car is in excellent condition with minimal mileage. We traveled the route Yerevan - Garni - Geghard - Sevan -Akhtala- Gyumri - Khor Virap -Yerevan very comfortably.
The rental is conveniently located in the city center. Very friendly staff.
On our next visit to Armenia, we will only rent to CaraVan.

We took a Kia forte for 2 days. Everything is fine with the registration process - we left a request on the website the day before and received the car the next day in the morning. The car itself is amazing, we drove calmly to Tatev and back for 2 days there was enough full tank. There were no problems with the car, the mileage was small, almost new. I spent a long time choosing between car rental companies, decided to stop at a local representative - CaraVan, besides, my friends also took cars here last year and were satisfied.
In general, everything is very convenient, the staff is friendly and always in touch.
We took a Kia Rio.
Overall, it was a good car, but the electronics malfunctioned a little: sometimes the check sign lit up, sometimes the tire pressure sign, sometimes the radio switched to music from the phone and back on its own.
A nice bonus was that due to a slightly earlier refund, the car wash fee was not charged.
I can safely recommend this car rental company!

I took Kia rio for a day. I approached with disbelief and made a video of the condition of the car body before renting. The reason is trivial, the whole car is covered in small bumps from hail, plus there are scratches and dents. It is very difficult to accept a car with a lot of minor damage, since it is not clear how they will be fixed upon delivery. According to the technical condition, it is generally normal, only the rear brakes do not work and the car is very rocking. The mileage of the car is about 78 thousand miles. In general, for 25 thousand drams, an excellent option.
PS: when I handed over the car, the rear bumper molding moved away, but the employee said that he would fix it in 5 minutes and did not charge me for this additional fee. It is unclear how the molding moved away, I did not park at the curbs, maybe a weak fastening was squeezed out by the wind or a stone from under the wheel, or maybe it was already there.
I can safely recommend this rental.

The best rental company in Armenia!
We rented a Lexus GX 460 - the car is in almost perfect condition and technically sound. Additional options included travel to Georgia and full insurance. There were no questions at the border. Insurance also works, we were convinced by our own experience. In Tbilisi, the rear part of the car hit a pole and scratched the headlight and wing. They didn't charge us anything, because the insurance covers everything, moreover, we didn't even have to wait for an insurance agent. By the way, you do not need to leave a deposit with full insurance, which is very convenient

We rented a Toyota Camry and a Sienna for a week! Paperwork and car acceptance took 15 minutes, everything is fast and convenient! The maggots are in very good condition, nothing creaked or whistled! The consumption of the Camry was very pleased - we drove about 1000 km, the average consumption is about 9 liters of 95.
I would also like to mention the help of the guys in a difficult situation - I slammed the trunk of the Camry with the keys inside) within an hour, an employee delivered a kit from Yerevan to Tehran and the car was opened! For this, a huge, human thank you to the Arena - the plan for the day was saved, we managed to do everything!

We rented a car for 4 days for a trip to monasteries and other sights of Armenia
I found the company through search and reviews on Yandex. I wrote a few days before the trip about the availability of cars on WhatsApp. They answered quickly and immediately with prices, chose Kio Forte. You can book a car by providing photos of your passport and VU of the Russian Federation. We agreed that we take the car with full insurance, accept it and hand it over at the office. I arrived, signed the contract and inspected the car. The contract is normal, the mileage is not limited. A deposit with full insurance is left in the amount of 70k AMD in cash. The rental price can be paid with the MIR card. Everything was fine with the car, the mileage was 51k miles, there is a Carplay and a hatch. At the end of the lease, the deposit is refunded.
As a result, we drove almost 1000 km, everything was fine

Excellent car rental. Rented Renault Logan for 11 days, with permission to travel to Georgia. It was a pleasant surprise that they immediately issued insurance for Georgia. The car is fully functional, there were no problems on the road. The car turned out to be on winter tires (Velcro), which perfectly helped us out in the mountains when it started snowing heavily.
Receiving and handing over the car in the office took no more than 10 minutes.

We took Sienna and Camry for a week. Both cars left without any complaints.
I often visit Yerevan, so over the past 7-8 years I have taken various cars from international network rentals at Yerevan airport many times - Patrol, Land Cruiser, X-trail, Murano, Ford Kuga and the cars were already rolled up, in minimal configurations, for a higher price tag. Therefore, this time we decided, on the recommendation of a colleague who had previously rented a Camry from them for a long time, to use this local rental and never regretted it. Everything is fast and clear. Delivery and acceptance of the car takes 5 minutes.
The second reason for choosing this rental is that they have Sienna, which is probably the best car for 4+ people from the rental assortment in Yerevan. It has a full-fledged third row and maximum comfort in the rear for passengers. In the jeeps with the third row, which we took before, it is unpleasant for neither the driver nor the passengers on the serpentines. And their consumption is 1.5-2 times more at the cost of AI-95 at 120 rubles / liter, which translates into a pretty penny if you are going to drive several hundred kilometers.
The Camry is also very pleasant for long trips - with adaptive cruise control, lane keeping, etc. It is far from the basic equipment as usual in rentals.
The rental staff is 5+. We messed up twice through our own fault: first we forgot the keys in the trunk and locked the car - the rental employee brought us a second set of keys to the mountains 50 km from Yerevan in an hour, the second time we forgot the phone in the car when returning it - we found and returned it.
It is also convenient in the situation of Russian cards that are not working in Armenia, that they did not charge us any prepayments - they came, changed the money at an adequate exchange rate on the spot, gave it to the rental office.
