There is a paid parking sign at the entrance. I couldn't use it. I drove into the parking lot, the guard came out of the booth, he says did you see the sign? I said I saw it, let's pay for it. He said he didn't even have a cash register and told me to leave the parking lot. At a minimum, you should add a sign to the paid parking sign that says who can use this parking lot.
