Advantages: polite and competent consultation, convenient catalog. Minuses: completely irrelevant information on the site - a wide selection of cars on the site declared in stock does not mean that the car is actually available at the dealer: even after consulting and finding out that the car of interest is out of stock and unavailable for order, it is still on the site as available "in stock".
