The hotel is completely acceptable to itself, we rested there in the month of April. The food is excellent, the service is excellent, there are not many people. The staff is very responsive, you can safely contact any requests.
A wonderful hotel!!!Very close to the beautiful bay of the sea. There is peace and quiet here, without any animations, music, noises and screams. The rooms are nice and modern. The staff is very friendly, there is a Russian speaker. The food is delicious, of course, there is no such excess as, for example, in Turkey and Tunisia, modestly, but with taste.
The hotel is in excellent repair and with all-inclusive service. However, the location is not the best (at the time of the visit). There were repairs going on around, both the private sector was being built and the road was being repaired. There were only small shops nearby, and there were no decent cafes. The beach, compared to other beaches in Cyprus, is 2 points out of 5. Bad sand, a lot of sharp broken shells, so you could cut your leg. One of the advantages of the location is that you can go to the promenade along the entire coastline and slowly get to the center of Protoras. However, in the heat, this may turn out to be a minus.
A cozy and quiet hotel. Married couples and children. Young people will get bored, but people 40+ will be absolutely happy the whole vacation. The order is super, the food is delicious and varied, clean and convenient.
We rested with our spouse at the Captain Pier Hotel in Protaras Cyprus on 27.10 to 04.11.2019. Overall, the impressions are positive. Pleasant design of the hotel, friendly staff, high-quality daily cleaning and change of towels, comfortable beds, free sun beds by the pool, a shop with everything you need at the hotel, 1-2 minutes walk to the sea. The hotel even has an indoor pool, but the water in it is cold. Of the cons:
1. Due to the lack of information about the hotel, we experienced a slight shock that "All inclusive" has a different meaning there:
- for a fee: beach towels, hair dryer, safe, refrigerator in the room and much more;
- for lunch and dinner there were often queues in the lobby (there were not enough tables) - we remember this more than 20 years ago in Albena...
- drinks at the bar for only a few hours a day (around the clock only water from the cooler, and then in your bottle, which was given at check-in and warned that it was for pouring water);
- wines of terrible quality (sour and diluted), all alcoholic beverages and cocktails are actually non-alcoholic!!!..
- the food is more than modest (nostalgically remembered the "All inclusive" in early Turkey and Egypt!) ... But since we are on a diet, we were not so upset... Breakfast: two types of finely chopped tasteless sausage and rubber cheese, omelette, scrambled eggs, cucumbers, tomatoes, cereals, jam, bread, cupcake, chopped oranges, tea-coffee, drinks like Yuppie from the vending machine. Lunch: thin soup, 2 mayonnaise salads, cucumbers-tomatoes, 1-2 meat dishes, jelly fish of the Telapia type, a couple of side dishes, sour wines and beer from the vending machine, apples or chopped kiwis. Dinner: 3-4 mayonnaise salads, chopped(!!!) olives, 1-2 meat dishes, fish (once there were stewed octopus and once mussels), French fries or rice, 2 biscuits, tangerines or kiwi. And the same sour wines and beer.
There was extreme economy in everything, especially on food and drinks. To our complaints about food, the hotel guide Sergey from Tui spoke elegantly: “What else did you expect when buying an all-exclusive?”...👍
Sincerely, Elena and Alexander Yemelyanov
A wonderful place! This is the only place where I have never left it!!! I got up in the morning, put a sunbed under the sun with a view of the sea, and there is such a steep cliff, and the view is super. I went to breakfast, came back and just by this time there was a shadow on the sunbed for the whole day, and then I just lay there and looked into the distance... awesome pleasant feelings from this place!
The staff is polite, always ready to help, they speak both Russian and English..there is a small gym and a playground. When we were on vacation, there were many Russian-speaking families with children, so in the evening the child ran as fast as he could to the hotel to play and run with friends around the pool.
Of the minuses: they gave a cot with a broken leg for the child, they repaired it every evening and tried to strengthen it, but sometimes the cot fell down out of the blue!Very unpleasant!
I did not like the food in the restaurant: the breakfasts were still nothing, but the dinners left much to be desired. Drinks at dinner are provided for a fee, there is little seafood, fresh fruits and vegetables. I advise you to take only breakfast.
Everything is fine, except that there is no door in the shower cabin and all the water flows into the bathroom, Internet in the room is 1.5 euros per day, free Wi-Fi only in the lobby downstairs. On the plus side, the sea is literally 2 minutes away, there is a clean pool downstairs, the room is clean with beautiful romantic lighting, everything is clean and stylish, polite staff, buffet. The only thing that I would rate the restaurant's cuisine at 3, since not everything was delicious, but you can eat, some dishes and desserts are quite tasty. The hotel was mostly Russian-speaking and a couple of people maybe from Spain and other countries. In general, with the exception of some inconvenient disadvantages, the rest left a pleasant impression.
A clean, pleasant, small hotel. Swimming pool, gym, delicious food and drinks in the assortment. Staff from different countries. Everyone wants to help you. No one earns money on WiFi, there is everywhere (and in the room) for free. There is only an adapter for Russian sockets, you need to buy on the spot for 2 euros or find it in neighboring shops for 1.5. Of the disadvantages, only the views from the window to the abandoned construction site and paid sun beds on the beach.

We are resting here for the second time, the rooms are good, the staff is friendly and knows Russian, in general everything is fine , but there is a separate conversation with the food . Fruits , there is a variety of dishes , but there is not much choice for those who do not eat meat , there is the same salad at lunch and in the evening , carrot-cabbage and potatoes , that's all the other dishes with meat content . And so, in general, everything is fine , maybe we will return here next year .
We had a family vacation with a 4-year-old child in June 2018. The hotel is new, after reconstruction, everything is new, clean, working properly! The room was with a sea view, without additional charges, it's just enough to ask about it in the comments to the booking. There is a swimming pool, a Playground. The sea is very close, the sea is warm, good, there is a place to swim with a mask, watch fish. Sun beds, umbrellas are paid. You can do it with your own. The beach was cleaned every morning, the sand is clean. The food is a buffet, you can choose according to taste, but there was no children's menu then, the wishes of the hotel administration were expressed on this occasion. The price-quality ratio is 5!
The rooms are clean and comfortable...the staff cleans every day...towels are changed every other day...We had everything included...naptki are free...we also got under the free Internet campaign...the wine is of good quality..cocktails and alcoholic and non-alcoholic beer and wine are served at the bar..There are no hair dryers in the rooms..but they can be taken for a 25 euro deposit..they are returned upon departure from the hotel..find out in advance about the refund policy....moreover, there are not enough places in the dining room for all, sometimes you have to wait in the hall...the staff understands Russian...in general, the hotel is mainly for Russians and Ukrainians..a pool with chlorine...the place is beautiful, 3 minutes to the beach...we got to the last day, the poisonous jellyfish sailed in and did not swim in the sea...we had a rest from July 8 to July 15, 2019
I really like it, 4 stars, for the fact that it is positioned as a 4-star, but in fact it pulls 3 stars. And in July of the 21st year, he was not available.
Great hotel. We had a family vacation in August 2019. With a 2-year-old child. Friendly and helpful staff. First, mold was found in the shower, on the same day everything was cleaned and the entire filling was changed. The only thing is that the food is quite monotonous and by the end of the 10th day it gets boring, there is little to choose for a 2-year-old teenager.
The hotel liked the proximity to the sea, the whole area is suitable for families with children, and the silence and the coast. Food: not much, but everything is delicious. The attitude of the staff is different. There is also a friendly one. I really didn't like it: the transfer from the hotel was supposed to arrive at 15.40, but we were evicted at 12.00, and without food with two children.

The hotel is srednyachkovy with Russian families. Located in the village, 5 minutes from the beach or rather the cove. A meager exclusive and a monotonous three-time buffet. But the hotel is quiet and clean, with Russian-speaking staff at the reception. On the ground floor you can buy souvenirs and snacks, ice cream balls. About twenty cafes and shops are located nearby. It is better to take excursions because there is nowhere to go except the sea and food
Excellent location of the hotel, proximity to the sea. A good aqua zone with a sufficient number of sun beds. The staff is polite and helpful. Nice, comfortable rooms with beautiful sea views.
Among the disadvantages: towels look grayish.
a great hotel for a lot of money, fresh rooms, new furniture. The hotel has been renovated in 2017. Good cleaning, change of bed linen. Delicious food, yes, a small variety, but always delicious, and most importantly, high quality. Responsive staff. We rested with a child for 1.5 years. there was always something to feed, I was very worried about it. We were satisfied. And by the way, they were settled before the due time. We arrived at the hotel at 9.30 am, and at 10.20 we were already given a room. Special thanks for that)
It's always good to rest. Room cleaning is at the highest level. We cleaned every day. Towels and linen were changed every other day.
Meals for 4, there is little variety and almost every day the food was repeated, which was boring for 7 days.
Please note that this is not Protaras, but the area of Perner. The area is small and boring, there is nowhere to walk and have fun. It's good to relax with young children. Adults are bored.
The hotel is nice, relatively new, excellent location relative to the sea. It is located in a quiet place away from entertainment. Rooms with sea views are noisy with an open balcony due to passing cars. Meals for 3.
The hotel is not big. The pool was like in the backyard, there were plenty of sun beds for everyone. The pool bar is not open all the time, if the restaurant with food is open, then the pool bar is closed. Next to the pool there is a snack in the form of burgers, potatoes and vegetables with nuggets. In the general restaurant, everything is always the same for breakfast, different cereals, omelets, fried eggs, bacon and vegetables, fruits, cheeses and ham with sausage. Lunch and dinner are always varied, meat, poultry, fish and seafood. Undoubtedly delicious. There is no animation at all. There is no hairdryer in the room. It is close to the sea, about 3 minutes on foot. The second line. Shops and bars nearby, as well as car and quadrico rental from 35 euros per day, passport deposit. The hotel itself has expensive excursions, they were taken not far from the hotel, the Platon company is the same there, but twice as cheap. The beach is municipal, so sun beds and umbrellas are paid. A towel is not given to the beach and pool, take it with you or buy it there, about 5 euros. In Cyprus itself, it is better to rent a car or a quadric and drive around the island.
Nice hotel. The rooms were not very well cleaned. The staff is average. Internet in the rooms is paid. But from July 1st to July 31st it is free. The bar is not always open, Breakfast 7:00-10:00 | Bar 10:30-12:00 | Lunch 12:00-14:30 | Bar 14:30-18:00, late lunch ~15:30-17:30(sort of) | Dinner 18:00-21:00 | Bar 21:00-22:30| ice cream 🍧 only for children, but you can take it to everyone, saying that you take it to a child. You can't always take it either. The contingent of vacationers is Russians and Ukrainians.
Overall, the impressions are positive. Of the cons:
1. Due to the lack of information about the hotel, we experienced a slight shock that "All inclusive" has a different meaning there:
- drinks at the bar are only a few hours a day, so that everyone is uncomfortable. All alcohol is diluted to such an extent that all kinds of one nasty taste, they were afraid to run into fake poison (there were precedents in hotels in Cyprus), as a result, they bought all the alcohol themselves. Only water from the cooler is available around the clock, and then in its own bottle, which was given at check-in and warned that it was for pouring water!!! ;)
- paid: beach towels, hair dryer, safe, refrigerator in the room, etc.;
- wines of terrible quality (sour, diluted), all alcoholic beverages and cocktails are actually non-alcoholic!!!...
- the food is more than modest (nostalgically remembered All inclusive in early Turkey and Egypt!)...But this time we are on a diet, so we were not so upset...
Breakfast: 2 types of finely chopped tasteless sausage and rubber cheese, omelet, always cold fried eggs, as if from the refrigerator (apparently fried in the evening), cucumbers, tomatoes, cereals, jam, cupcake, chopped oranges, tea-coffee, drinks like Yuppie from the vending machine.
Lunch: soup-it's unclear what, 2 mayonnaise salads, cucumbers-tomatoes, 1-2 meat dishes, jelly fish like telapia/pangasius but with big names like swordfish, a couple of side dishes, sour wines from the vending machine, apples or chopped kiwi.
Dinner: 3-4 mayonnaise salads, chopped(!!!) olives, 1-2 meat dishes (and the sequence of processing of the previous meal is clearly visible at lunch, pieces of meat-minced meat for dinner), fish of unknown origin (once there were stewed octopus and once mussels is a plus), French fries or rice, 2 biscuits, tangerines or kiwi. And of course sour, diluted wines!
In general, the hotel guide (Othello :) responds to the food claims He spoke beautifully:“what else did you expect when you bought an all-exclusive?”
Number.
Of course, it was possible to wrap the legs of two beds at least with tape so that they would not move apart, otherwise they had to move three times a night so as not to fall through. The shower cabin is a little cramped, the backlight is blue!!!, but in general there are no complaints.
The pool is a little cold, but clean, there are always free sun beds, there is an indoor pool in the basement, but the water in it is also very invigorating.
On the island.
The closing of the season, there are very few people, is a plus. The offer of excursions is already incomplete. As always, on the same ship there are those who go from Othello and who go from the tour desk from the street for very different money. The ship is packed so that there is nowhere to sit down. Fountains are nothing like that, but of course fun for the heat, since water often flies at the audience.
We were in August. The hotel is for those who love silence. It suited us as we were with a child. The sea is nearby.the nutrition is modest, the child is not particularly fed in the morning, but we had enough. There are enough of them for lovers of meat dishes. The staff is not annoying.... The hotel is clean after renovation. The Internet has been a gift since August and is quite good. If he's handing over his grandson next year, then we'll probably go here. Since this is not the first time in Cyprus, this hotel corresponds to the quality of the price..
Nice hotel, quiet and cozy. The staff is Russian-speaking. The food is varied. Rooms are cleaned every day, towels every other day. We always had enough seats in the restaurant, although there were also a lot of people. We had a vacation in May. The sea is clear, transparent as a tear. In general, everything is very good
The renovated hotel has 4*, not 3, as it was before. We bought a ticket from 07/13/2019 to 07/27/2019 all inclusive (we are currently on vacation, spent 5 wonderful days here) two adults and a child, 4 years old. The beach is very close, there is a row of private houses between the hotel and the beach. The beach is sandy, it is located in a cove, so there are practically no waves. The child really likes to play in the water and on the shore in the sand. The food is good and varied (buffet). If something runs out on the buffet, then it is replenished (even if there are 10 minutes left before the end of breakfast / lunch / dinner). The rooms are freshly renovated, new furniture, with a wonderful bed, a large balcony, there are two elevators, a swimming pool and a children's playground on site. The staff is friendly and friendly, they speak Russian well. Everything is just GREAT!
A cozy hotel, attentive staff, always fresh food, cleanliness, proximity to the sea. There are a lot of vacationers with children. Thank you, I had a wonderful rest. I would like to come again.

I liked everything! Most of the staff at the hotel understands Russian, communicate easily, without straining. We had "all inclusive", so we ate 3 times and did not know the troubles. Ice cream for children, wine, beer and lots of cocktails for adults. A shop near the hotel - from all sorts of goodies to key chains and souvenirs. In it, we also buy adapters from local Euro sockets to our devices. Wi-Fi is a bit superfluous there, because it is completely unlimited and high-speed like at home... old habits can keep you at the hotel. The local market is a 5-minute walk away with the same non-intrusive locals. They don't care if you buy something from them or pass by :) The sea is a 3-minute walk away, with irresistible laziness there is a swimming pool on site. The beach on the sea is cool, sun beds and umbrellas for euros, but we never took them, the white sand is good (even in October). There are many places nearby where you can rent a car. The car costs about 2.5 thousand rubles a day, with gasoline and insurance. Don't forget about left-hand traffic, but you get used to it quickly. Well, we look in advance where to go and what rocks to see, in which lagoons to dive...
The hotel is very nice, the staff is responsive, caring, helpful.the rooms are clean, the renovation is good.the services are partially paid. The food is for slaughter, the menu is varied and very tasty.
The location is good, the pool is excellent, the territory of the hotel is well arranged, the beach nearby is very steep, the cuisine is varied and delicious. Cons this is not a fully thought-out all-inclusive system, the air conditioners in the rooms are very poorly functioning, they do not provide drinking water at all.
Not far from the beach, quiet area, close to a shop and transport, the hotel is mainly Russian and Ukrainian. You can't see the sea from the third floor, but it's a gorgeous sunrise. There is a construction site nearby. Kettle and other appliances for rent, iron on deposit.
A great small hotel with friendly staff and delicious food. The beach is 30 seconds away, close to shops, restaurants. A quiet, cozy place. Ideal for holidays with small children. There is no animation.
I liked the hotel, the location is quite convenient, next to the sea, you can walk 2.5 km to Protaras, the food is not bad, the choice of dishes is small, but everything is quite tasty and high quality.

Not a bad hotel. Recently renovated, the rooms are bright and clean. For three (in fact) stars, everything is fine. The bathroom is combined with a shower cabin. The staff is friendly. The food is without frills, but it's hard to die of hunger. A two-year-old child was also fed without any problems. There are a lot of vegetables and sour-milk products. Unlimited drinks only in all-inclusive.
The operators, apparently, poison here mainly families with children and elderly couples. There is a frozen construction site right next to the hotel. It doesn't bother, but it would be more fun to watch the ferries. The municipal beach is 2 km away from the second line hotel.
Small, quiet and cozy. The disadvantages include that the understanding of the all-inclusive program among local hoteliers differs from the generally accepted one.
On the plus side: always a clean pool without a sharp smell of chlorine.
We had a vacation with my husband in early September. We checked in before two o'clock, a room with a sea view, TV 6 program in Russian, double bed, pay safe, toilet room with shower,. Cleaning was done every day.Bed linen was changed in five days, towels were changed more often. The room has a large balcony, we really liked it, cozy and clean. The girls at the reception are very friendly, Natasha speaks Russian, explained everything if there were questions. The food was all inclusive. We are not picky about food, we had enough of everything. The sea is a minute's walk away, very convenient, the beach is beautiful. We had a good rest!
The location is convenient, close to the sea, the staff is Russian-speaking, if everything is included then there is nothing to worry about, I really liked everything
Nice hotel, clean, quiet, friendly staff.it takes about 2 minutes to walk to the sea, there are several small coves nearby. The food is normal in general, but in terms of vegetables and fruits it is modest.
A nice, relaxing, beach holiday. The food is wonderful. To relax with children, with parents. We were with very old women of 70+ and we liked everything.
