I constantly buy shoes at this shoe store and always leave with a purchase and a good mood. My leg is wide, my instep is high (it has become even wider and deformed with age), but I want to walk not only in comfortable, but also in beautiful shoes. I just recently returned from this store. The girls have been picking up winter shoes for me for a long time, but they found something that looks beautiful on the foot, is comfortable and hides all my defects. Thank you very much to everyone who served me today, everyone tried their best! You are great fellows! In a couple of months, go back to this store for new products!!!

I bought Salamander 104-703A-5109 sneakers, which are positioned as winter ones, including on the salamander website, I started wearing them, and it is impossible to be outside in them at -3. Even in a thick woolen sock, it's cold. And unfortunately, it is impossible to return such an illiquid. 270 rubles, consider it thrown away. In winter, in order to live comfortably, you will have to buy another pair of shoes. The sole turned out to be 2-3 millimeters, in response to my appeal in the book of proposals, they wrote to me that there were no complaints and these are my eating and perception characteristics (see photo), took the shoes to an expert who immediately said that this was some kind of linoleum, not a sole... Conclusion (see photo) the money for the shoes was returned, but not yet for the examination. No one even said sorry. (I've been riding in autumn shoes for a month and a half...) in short, I do not recommend this store and Salamander shoes

Of course, you are sent for examination, despite the fact that the issue can be resolved immediately on the spot, since the defect is obviously factory-made. But the store administration in every possible way, in my opinion, prevents the return of the goods. It is aimed at making sure that you spend as much time as possible on the return, and eventually "score" on it. Again, I am writing about myself, because I do not have time to solve basic things (seven days, referred to by the store administration). By the way, this is the law on consumer protection, which does not prohibit the seller from meeting the buyer. In my case, the first one is a swollen skin. They were sent for examination. They said it was his fault. In the second case, the sole of both sneakers burst in one place. The scheme is the same. But for the second time, I didn't waste time. Similar issues in Marko and Megatope are being resolved on the spot.
Result. The quality of the shoes wants to be the best. I would like a more flexible and loyal product return system for the buyer. Although it doesn't matter to me anymore. I will no longer buy shoes at this place.

I told everything on the phone, but the seller immediately sends it for examination, stating that it costs 240 rubles and if there is no marriage and this is the quality in their opinion, then pay this amount. "If you want, come buy others, and these are for consideration" In Marco or Belwest, he brought them without any problems, showed them, said yes or no. And on a Whim, wait for the weather from the sea ...
It was not possible to arrange by phone to exchange for another or another model.
Plus, the shoes are indicated (winter), but Demi's seasonal skin is thin. The only plus is the fur, everything else is a laugh.
