We worked in a coworking in the Capital Tower business Center, a good place. There are many cafes nearby, or even closer, where you can have lunch. Coworking itself is more suitable for phone calls, because workplaces are not very convenient for full-fledged work on a laptop. Low tables, and often not office chairs, but sofas/armchairs. There are standing jobs, you won't work for a long time either.

Disgusting ventilation in the building, very few elevators, they are slow, during rush hour you can stand and wait for half an hour until you can go down, evacuation stairs are clearly built with violations, narrow, without railings on 2 sides. There is no normal food in the building, there are only a couple of good coffee shops.

The business center itself is not bad, there is a problem with elevators, there are few of them in the morning and at lunchtime, the queue in them is like for a free sausage.

There are practically no parking spaces, there are only 3 passenger and 1 freight elevators for the entire 16-storey building, which is very inconvenient since there are a lot of employees in the business center. On the 1st and 4th floor, Urbo coffee, breakfasts and croissants are very tasty

What I note is that now there is a tin with parking around this tower. Cars are parked near the gas station, at the turn, as necessary. Inside, the guards in the conditions of a pandemic do not check the temperature, they do not worry about masks. The elevators are eerily slow, at the beginning of the 21st year on the recall date, one elevator is already broken - it's been under repair for a whole week. People without masks are crammed into this elevator, while your elevator floor can cancel itself if several people have pressed their floor.
From the upper floors, the view is like a bird's-eye view, but from the south you look at the megatower towers, from the east there are construction sites, from the north there is urban smog, from the west Toraigarova Street with eternal traffic jams on the bridge.
