For those who choose an economical option, it is worth considering. The main disadvantage is the restaurants that are located below, in the gorge, by the Hrazdan River, a real Armenian dhkl-dmbl is guaranteed every evening.

I stayed at this hotel twice, both times in rooms for three. Everything is fine. The location is convenient, 10 minutes by taxi to the center. The rooms are clean, everything is neatly prepared. The staff is attentive, you can ask any question. Breakfast is missing, it could be fixed. But there is a laundry room and you can iron things absolutely for free, which pleasantly distinguishes Capital from Sochi Palace. I recommend.

Stayed with my wife in this department for 4 nights. I was pleased with the pool, which was cleaned regularly :) Comfortable rooms, everything works. Wi-fi works well. Delicious breakfasts, and a view of Mount Ararat outside the window :) Very good location: quiet street, but there are shops and attractions within walking distance. Polite staff. We were satisfied :)

I'll give you two stars for the pool.
I stayed in the room for 4 nights, never cleaned or changed the linen / towels
The floors were unwashed (the white socks in the room turned to black).
There are cockroaches and spiders in the rooms.
The ants are fine, but when you turn on the light at night, cockroaches run away in different directions.
The shower didn't work well.
I don't understand how three stars are for such a thing.

There was a transfer in Yerevan. The road is hard. I came to this hotel. I washed up, slept and hit the road again. At this point, my husband met me from the plane, said that I looked fresh. A pleasant administrator. The young man helped me carry my suitcase (20 kg) to the room and to the taxi. Thank you for your hospitality.

It's very interesting, I wanted to write a peculiar, but no, it's still an interesting place. I met a lot of problems, but most of them were made up by me, and in the end everything was resolved promptly and professionally.
I was just unlucky, I got the room right at the reception and the exit to the street. But later it turned out that the noise is more from the neighboring hotels when there is a disco. The volume is as if you turned on the turntable in the room :-)
The toilet seat is cracked.
There is no shower curtain.
I contacted the reception, the complaints were recorded.
The solution came in the person of the master, who went and bought everything he needed, then installed everything.
Later it turned out that there were no seats at all and therefore I got a slightly unprepared room.
But if you compare the cost of a room per night, you will not find such a price anywhere in Yerevan!!!
At the same time, the staff is very attentive, speaks different languages, everything was very pleasant.

I'll give you 4 points. Because of the entourage of the courtyard. It's cozy. The receptionist is friendly.
But in the hotel itself, the feeling of desolation is a pity. The room was smoky, there were streaks on the ceiling, the ceiling light on the chandelier was not fixed. I hope the management will be able to revive the pleasant atmosphere inside the rooms. I really want to include breakfast in the price - there is no cafe nearby.

There are more minuses than pluses, so I do not recommend it. The locals told me that for the same money you could find a better one. It is located in an inconvenient location: Yandex does not see a taxi, the private sector, rooster dogs all around, garages outside the window, a puncher through the wall, repairs there. Audibility through the door into the corridor also does not add to the tranquility. The stairs are high and steep down to the entrance to the hotel-it's hard to go down with a suitcase and climb up. Our room was small, one tiny trash can in the toilet was cleaned, as was the room upon request, but not ourselves. Towels should be changed, I must say. They don't seem to refuse, but you come back to the room and expect to see egl clean, with fresh towels and an empty bucket, and there everything is as it was, you go and ask them to do what they ARE OBLIGED to do without reminders. A scoop, in short. It's a long way to the metro (Baghramyan station) in the heat and with bags-a quest, there are no sidewalks, and cars are a fig. Basically, everything. If you are eating for a camping holiday and you are tired of the intrusive service and comfort, then you are here.

While we lived in this hotel for five days , we cleaned only once .And then somehow .They threw out the garbage and that 's it .They didn 't give me new towels .The floors were not wiped .In general, this is the first such hotel where they would not clean every day .I 've encountered this for the first time .

A very tired hotel. The pool with sand at the bottom is rarely cleaned. The kitchen is only for breakfast - this is a minus. The shower is flowing. The windows and doors are not working, they are falling apart. The worst thing is that the air conditioner broke down and no one tried to move, I had to urgently move to another hotel with the loss of a day. Do not try, you may lose time, nerves, money

It's just an amazing place. Furnished room, everything you need is there. And most importantly, a good quality (albeit small) swimming pool. The girls at the reception are responsive, they will always help and answer questions. No shortcomings have been identified

The room is cleaned only if you put the appropriate sign on the door, otherwise there is no way. They didn't clean up for 4 days, even the trash wasn't removed from the basket. I think that the cleaner should come into the room when there are no guests, and at least clean up the garbage. Regardless of the star rating of the hotel.
