It's a great hotel for that kind of money.
Arriving in Phuket, we walked to the hotel. A separate house, quite spacious inside. Large comfortable bed, good and silent air conditioning. There is a safe. The shower has good water pressure and there is a running water heater. Our room had a terrace on the opposite side from the entrance. There is a table and two chairs on the terrace. The view from it is on a concrete fence, but we did not notice it, because we sat there in the evenings when it was already dark. There is a small swimming pool on the territory, next to the hotel there are several inexpensive and delicious cafes that are often visited by locals, and this says a lot. It takes 15-20 minutes on foot to the sea. The night market, which is here four times a week, is 10 minutes away. There are not many disadvantages of the hotel. There is some kind of swamp behind the fence, because of this, there are a lot of mosquitoes on the street in the evening. It is solved by repellents. And secondly, there is insufficient lighting in the room. Even after all the burned-out light bulbs were replaced at our request, there was not enough light. But it is found almost everywhere. We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights and then went to Phi Phi.
Conclusion. It is cheaper to live in this hotel and go to the beach every day (you can take different ones) by taxi than to take an expensive hotel on the first or second line. Good dinners in cafes nearby are much cheaper than by the sea.
