A hotel with an excellent location, close to
Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall, metro within walking distance. There is an exit to the embankment. The breakfasts are varied and hearty, there are both spicy and European dishes, you can have breakfast with a view of the Burj Khalifa. There is a view restaurant on the roof. The pool is warm and has a view. The rooms are quite spacious
I'm thrilled!!! The service is just a cannon!!! All the staff is polite, caring!!! The hotel itself is modern, the rooms are super, there is everything you need, they clean very well every day!!! And the breakfasts!!! They're great!!! I highly recommend it!!!
Excellent service! Apart from the construction site, which is outside the window, the hotel is good for everyone. The rooms are spacious and clean. The food in the restaurant is delicious and varied.

Excellent hotel, fresh, delicious breakfasts, view of the Burj Khalifa, lived on the 19th floor, the gym has more exercise equipment, you can run on a treadmill with a wonderful view. Of the small disadvantages, the location, but it is not so critical. I will visit more. I almost forgot, there is a great coffee shop next to the reception, you will not always find good coffee in Dubai. There are also breakfasts with a cool one. View
Overall, the hotel is excellent. There is one Russian-speaking receptionist at the reception (I forgot my name). But it will help with any question. The breakfasts are very tasty and there is a huge selection of everything different. The only negative is that there were a lot of people at these New Year's breakfasts)
The rooms are clean, everything is new.
We had a rest in July at this hotel. Only positive emotions! In all respects, we were satisfied with the hotel. Breakfast is a standard buffet. Very friendly and hospitable staff. Very beautiful interior. Swimming pool with a beautiful view. The rooms are comfortable and cozy. We had a view of the canal. The only drawback is that the metro stop is further away than we would like. I recommend this hotel! When visiting Dubai again, we will choose Canal Central.
A wonderful hotel for those who do not need a beach holiday! Excellent service, responsive and attentive staff, excellent cuisine! There is everything for a comfortable stay! Inconvenience was caused only by not very decent compatriots.
Convenient location. Wonderful view from the pool on the third floor of the central part of the city. The staff is friendly, the food is varied. The festive table is originally designed for Halloween
A magnificent hotel!!!! I liked everything: the service, friendly staff, rooms, breakfasts are just above all praise. Beautiful view from the window. We will definitely come back here!
We had a family vacation in December 2022. It is convenient to get to the main attractions. Large rooms - comfortably accommodated. Delicious breakfasts.
Nice hotel . Clean , near the center . There is a swimming pool. Delicious breakfasts .The supermarket is normal across the street . It 's inconvenient to cross the road . Very polite staff , there are Russian speakers .
A great hotel with a good location and views in a price-quality ratio. Excellent breakfasts. You can order lunch and dinner, everything will be made of excellent quality with you.

The hotel is nice, interesting elevator/interior. There is a nice pool. Breakfast is quite, there is plenty to choose from. But the shop at the hotel, look carefully, the seller, if you pay by card, writes the amount not the one he says. For example, the fork was 15AED, I wrote off 150!! It is necessary there, since there are no adapters, or take it with you.
I don't look at the removal of the d/s, I saw it later.
Car rental, with them, I rented there, the car is cool, BUT they took a deposit from the card, I returned it for almost 3 months and returned it not to the card, but through Pay Pal, so I raised the whole office through my friends, if I hadn't written, they would have forgiven me.
Therefore, be careful, the location of the hotel is good, 5 minutes to burzhkhalifa, 15 minutes to Lamer beach, 30 minutes to the Marina. Airport -20 min. supermarkets are all nearby, a good promenade for running.

We have already described the pros here, I will tell you about the cons:
- Music plays under the window from the bar on the canal embankment until three in the morning EVERY DAY, and this is allegedly officially allowed according to the hotel staff
- In my room there was a wooden door to the neighbors, although it was closed, but the laughter is heard perfectly
- The coffee tastes strange. Very
A chic hotel that is worth the money, excellent rooms, a restaurant with a view of the embankment and the canal, as well as the Burj Khalifa, a gorgeous pool and a lounge area, in the evening an indescribable beauty with a view of the Burj Khalifa, a convenient location, two stops from the Metro, I recommend everyone to definitely visit there.
A decent hotel. Clean, neat. But the pillows are designed for elephants. Either you sleep half-sitting, or by morning you will get a curvature of the spine. The pool is medium in size. Without heating. E very convenient location. Far from the subway. 25 minutes on foot. Buses rarely run. Shuttle to the beach - 1 time a day.
We had a rest at the hotel with friends in October. I do not understand the enthusiastic reviews, this is the most terrible hotel in which I have ever had a chance to rest abroad, and this despite the fact that we are not picky and "greedy" tourists. The hotel does not even pull 3 stars. So, in order. 1)I was settled in a single room, in which, attention, instead of a monolithic wall there WAS A DOOR TO the NEXT ROOM. Naturally, the audibility was unbearable, I listened to my neighbors day and night every day, as if they were in my room. We didn't see any information about this anywhere near before booking. In response to my numerous requests to move me to another room, I was told that the hotel was overcrowded and there was no such possibility. 2) the food in the hotel is disgusting. We took breakfast and dinner. Breakfasts are of the same type and tasteless, often made from leftovers from dinner. THERE is NO TEA AND COFFEE, but there is only a choice of packaged cheap juice and water. Coffee won't be questioned. A disgrace. You won't find any forks, spoons, or napkins on the tables. They need to be begged from the service staff, and then wait until they deign to bring them. And this is about the Dubai "five". There is nowhere to sit all the time, no matter how many times you come. At dinners during the week, only a couple of times there were delicious dishes. Everything is peppered, spicy, with tons of seasonings. The fruits are unripe and tasteless, there are plenty of Arab sweets and cakes, they look beautiful, but they taste like nothing at all. 3) the pool is open only until 7 pm, then it closes. And during the day there is simply nowhere to fall, a crowd of people in a small square. 4) in the room of friends there was a persistent smell of sewage. 5) the view from the room to the current construction site, a beautiful view only from the superior rooms. Of the advantages, I can highlight the fact that the rooms are well-equipped, there is everything you need, absolutely all household accessories. Good blackout curtains. No complaints about cleaning. Four elevators, with beautiful views of the pool and the Burj Khalifa, the presence of a gym. And of course, the most important and probably the only significant plus is the presence of Russian-speaking staff, namely, administrator Elena, who helped solve absolutely all issues and problems, thank her very much for everything. This is where all the advantages end. Any Turkish four will give a head start to this hotel. Disgusting, not a foot more, I don't recommend it to anyone.
A lovely hotel with a view of the Burj Khalifa. The rooms are cozy. Cleaning daily. The food also pleased me. On the third floor there is an outdoor swimming pool with comfortable relaxation areas. There is a Russian-speaking staff.
I liked everything, the light five. You can only walk along the canal on foot. You either need to rent a car or take a taxi. The average taxi ride costs 700 rubles. On average, there were 3 trips per day.
The hotel is located in a new area. Clean, the staff is very friendly, the food is very tasty, the cook is excellent. And most importantly, a quiet area. Not like in central. I liked it very much. Thank you.
Close to the center, on foot (if you like to walk for a long time) you can walk to Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall!
The room is very clean, cozy, new, the room cleaning is super!
Excellent breakfast (buffet) a large selection of dishes and delicious)
Nice hotel, decent rooms and breakfast. There is a view of the canal and Burj Khalifa, and there is a road and a construction site. The embankment along the canal for walking is wonderful.
