A delicious cafe with local cuisine. The staff are hospitable. Some speak Russian well. The menu is not big. The portions are large. The prices are affordable. Many locals eat here and this is a good indicator of the quality of the food.

Super, a waiter with excellent English will explain and tell you everything, you can look at and choose the food, the prices for the center are cheap, we ate too much for two for 400-500 liras.
