It is a small hotel, 200 meters from the sea in a straight line, but there is everything you need: a spa center, a swimming pool with a children's section, two small slides. There are no complaints about the food, everything is fresh, fish, kebabs, etc. were cooked on the grill, steamed salmon was served almost every evening. I can't say anything about alcohol, we only took cocktails, which were not bad. The sea is wonderful, we go to Chamyuva all the time for the wonderful sea and the small pebbles on the beach. In general, if you need the cleanest sea, freshly prepared food and you don't find fault with the little things, then this is a decent inexpensive option. I have only met such customer-oriented staff in Turkey: all issues are resolved immediately, the room was extended to 15-00 without any additional charges, they asked before departure what they needed to improve, etc. It is clear that the hotel is interested in the guests and takes care of them. The territory is quite small, but the promenade along the sea was quite suitable for us as a place for walking. By the way, there is a small river in front of THE NORM hotel with a lot of fish and turtles. The security guard of that hotel kindly offers walking treats for fish and turtles, the kids are delighted! In general, I recommend the hotel as a budget, but high-quality one!

An excellent hotel in its category. A solid four.
The food is fresh, delicious, there is always meat/fish, but just not such a huge assortment.
Room cleaning - no questions at all. It's clean every day, the stove is refueled, the trash is taken out, new towels.
The territory is compact, everything is close.
Animation every evening (karaoke, Miss and Mrs. hotel, tropical party, and something else, I can't remember. Repeated weekly. During the day, they are also unobtrusively invited to various activities, mainly on the beach.
There is a snack bar on the beach (there is also a buffet format, only a truncated one. Vegetables, French fries, some meat, burger buns, sauces, one kind of cakes, ayran. There are vending machines with tea/coffee. They also make cocktail/beer/wine. Alcohol is local, of course.
The ancient city of Phaselis is nearby. You can get there by any passing bus.

We had a rest from May 5-21, 2025! A wonderful hotel!The staff is polite, friendly, smiling and always ready to help.🙌🏻The rooms are comfortable, comfortable, everything is clean enough, cleaned regularly! It takes 3-5 minutes to walk to the beach! The beach is normal, carry towels with you!KITCHEN AND FOOD ARE A SEPARATE RESPECT! Nice hotel. Strong 4 stars.
We had a vacation in August 2024. We went here on the recommendation of our parents, they had a vacation a year earlier. Excellent food. Fruits and vegetables are plentiful. There is also a grill menu in the evening. There are always fish dishes for dinner/lunch. There is also a snack bar with various fast food options on the beach. Pastries are served by the pool for an afternoon snack. Unlimited tea, coffee, and water. Alcohol - beer, wine and spirits, cocktails. Until 22.00, then it is paid.
Comfortable rooms with a balcony. There is a safe, a small refrigerator. They clean and change towels every day. You can also change your beach towel once every 3 days. The rooms have shower gel, shampoo, soap - not very good quality, it is better to take it with you.
It takes about 5-7 minutes to get to the beach. Sun beds, umbrellas - in good condition, enough.
There is a nice pool with a bar and 2 slides.
I can't appreciate the animation, it's there, but we haven't visited it.
One of the disadvantages is the low customer orientation of the hotel staff. The travel agent warned us that we were newlyweds, and upon arrival, the manager was told that we were on our honeymoon. As a result, we were not congratulated. We went on an excursion for the whole day, went up to the manager, ordered lunch boxes. There was no one at the reception for half an hour in the morning. They left hungry. We were the only ones on the bus without a hotel dog. So when going on an excursion, it's better to prepare yourself and don't count on the hotel.

I really liked the hotel, convenient location, beautiful view of the mountains. Responsive and friendly staff, excellent delicious and varied cuisine. Comfort and cleanliness. I really liked the massage that Kazim did, worked out all the problem areas, and was delighted with his hands. Thanks to this wonderful massage, I began to feel very wonderful. An excellent master of his craft.
The sea is magnificent, it amazes and attracts the eye.

The hotel is good. Friendly people work at the reception. Special thanks to Alina, you are our smart girl. There are no comments on the cuisine, it is varied and delicious. The only not very convenient time for cleaning rooms is from 12-15 ... I was just sleeping at that time. A decent hotel. A strong foursome. The hotel is located close enough to the sea, 10 minutes on foot. The beach is small, but there are enough sun loungers. The water was clean and warm in October. The staff is friendly. The rooms are cleaned daily. Wi-Fi in the rooms is paid. The food is delicious. Excellent SPA, sauna and hammam. The masseur Mazlum is just a miracle. He works delicately, but works all the muscles powerfully. I recommend. Huge thanks to him! Thai massage and hot stone massage are also wonderful. Near the hotel there is a shopping island with many shops, a pharmacy and tour agencies. The weather in this place is always good.

We had a vacation with my husband in early July. The weather is wonderful, the sea is a magical color and very clear, in the evening, at sunset, even pink. The hotel is located in the resort village of Chamyuva. There are many shops, souvenir shops, small cafes and pharmacies. It takes 10 minutes to walk from the hotel to the beach. The beach is small, but there is enough space for everyone, there are sun beds with mattresses. Unfortunately, it is not cleaned very often. Beach towels are changed three times a week. There is a bar on the beach with light alcohol and soft drinks and a cafe where you can have a snack. The staff of the beach bar are very positive and friendly people, friendly and attentive. Working at 30+ in the heat all day on your feet and smiling at everyone is very difficult. Thanks to them!
The hotel itself has 4 floors, two elevators. Things help to get to the room. On the ground floor there is a SPA, access to the pool and rooms. On the ground floor there is a reception, a restaurant and a lobby. Wi-Fi is only available near the reception, and in the rooms it is paid — $ 2 per day, so all the chairs and sofas are occupied. The doors of the hotel are open all the time, the hot air from the street heats up the space. A pair of fans does not save the situation.
We were accommodated in a room on the ground floor by the pool — I do not recommend these rooms. The air conditioner did not work, there was a strong smell of sewage in the room. The curtains had to be kept closed all the time, because you feel like you're in a showcase. Do not hang a swimsuit on the balcony to dry. After two days of my whining and $5, we were moved to the 4th floor, with windows facing the street, and it was happiness.
Rooms are cleaned every day, two bottles of drinking water are placed in the refrigerator, shampoos, soaps and gels are replenished. I suggest that the hotel administration make a large children's play area on the ground floor, and also expand the SPA services. People cannot be accommodated on this floor because of the noise and smells, proximity to the pool. It is better to make this area entertaining, put tables for tennis and billiards, and so on.
The restaurant is great! It's very nice that there was always a chef in the hall. The food is varied, the cuisine is both European and Oriental, there is a large selection, a lot of fruits and vegetables, fresh pastries every day. The waiters try very hard, but they are not always attentive.
The hotel has entertainment activities, they leave much to be desired. The leisure organizer should "light up" the guests, but it absolutely does not work. I once watched a children's disco: a man in his late 30s with a green mohawk tried to stir up about ten kids. The children were afraid of him. Me too. I also didn't like the evening program for adults. At 11 o'clock, water aerobics was held, and you could also play beach volleyball. I can't tell you about relaxing by the pool, because we preferred the sea.
Bottom line — I highly recommend it if you do not choose rooms by the pool and do not have ambitions for the entertainment part of the hotel.

Desserts, guys, the cakes are ordinary, but the cakes are something with something, very tasty. The snack bar on the beach is modest, but you can have a snack. Alcohol is local. There is a bar in the lobby, by the pool, on the beach. Cocktails are delicious if you tell yourself what to add to them :)). I really liked the pink wine. White and red are not very good, it tastes good. The beach is great, the sea is beautiful, there are few people. There are 2 migros within walking distance of the hotel, and on Wednesdays there is a market with delicious strawberries of 150 lire per kg. The hotel is a good strong foursome. But it can be a bit boring with children.

We had a family vacation in Chamyuva Beach in the first half of May 2025. We were just thrilled! Upon arrival, they immediately checked into the room, there was a separate cot bed for the child. The beds and pillows are comfortable. Room cleaning and towel change every day. The food is delicious! Every day there was fish and different types of meat, something grilled in front of you. The staff is just great, they try very hard, everyone is responsive and helpful. Arriving in Turkey with a child, I saw how much Turks love children, and I was pleasantly surprised. There are different animation programs every evening, and games of volleyball, bocce, darts, and yoga on the beach. For children, there is a children's club, a small playground, a game room, a children's animator, a mini disco in the evening. There is a gym. I can't say anything about the hammam and spa, we didn't go. In general, a very good foursome, sincere! Kemer itself and its surroundings are beautiful, the nature is stunning.

And our masseur, a man with golden hands, Davut, professionally and just magically does massage,my back is now as good as new, my daughter also does massage at Davut, very happy. We heartily recommend you to get a massage from Davut, a real professional! And what a wonderful sea here, just a fairy tale, clean, clear water, you can see every gossip at the bottom. We rested at Camyuva beach from September 8 to September 16, 2024.
Positive:
1. The sea. Very warm, affectionate. 27-30 degrees. The entrance to the water is pebbly, but the feet get used to it quickly, we did not buy special shoes.
2. Food. It's good enough, a little monotonous. You can always find it to your taste.
Minuses:
1. The safe is paid. $2 per day. The hotel is not responsible for valuables left outside the safe.
2. Internet in the room is also paid. The fee is the same $2 per day per device. There is also an Internet connection in the hotel lobby. It's free.
3. Flies. There are a lot of flies both at sea and by the pool. They are not there only when the wind rises.
4. Noise. There is a swimming pool on one side of the hotel and music plays there all day. On the other hand, the Sinatra Hotel, there is loud music on Sundays. We were given a room with access to Sinatra's pool. At first we were upset and very annoyed. Then we realized that you can watch and listen to music from the balcony, and the DJ there is very cool. "Grey night again", "Marjanja" "I'm like Federico Fellini"

There are small hotels on the right and left, so it's very noisy in the evening from all the discos together. It is necessary to walk 200-300 meters to the beach. There is also a small playground where you can have a snack at certain hours (the choice is minimal). In the restaurant, the choice is normal. It is best to live in a villa. It's on a different street, but the conditions are great. We were offered after they seriously messed up and I promised to contact the sanitary department. I can heartily recommend their spa center. You can change the room if something doesn't suit you (we changed it from the 4th floor to the 3rd floor). It is better to take a view of the mountains. It's not so noisy there.

It's a 7-minute walk to the sea (I don't know if it's a plus or not). The sea is very clean.

There is no air conditioning in the breakfast/lunch/dinner area. There are several fans, but they don't help the situation much.

We've stayed at this hotel 5 or 6 times, that's for sure. The first three times in a row and the last two with interruptions in other places. I'll say this. This is a solid four. I'll make a reservation right away that I was in the top five, so I know what I'm saying. Very friendly staff. No matter what time you arrive, you will definitely be fed and given tea. The rooms are clean. If something doesn't work, they come at the first call. The food is good. There is no such variety as in some fives, but it is delicious and satisfying. There used to be beer and a snack on the beach, but last time there was no beer. Very convenient location. It takes 6-7 minutes to walk quietly to the sea. The sea is clean. The beach is also clean. There are bazariki in front of the hotel, so you don't have to go anywhere. Kemer is a 20-25 minute drive away. It's the same before Phaselis. It's a miracle to swim in Phaselis. Sandy bottom. If we go on vacation next year, it's only there. We missed you.

We had a rest on July 1-14, 2024. The hotel is located next to the beach, this was the main reason for choosing this hotel - a 4-minute walk to the beach. The beach is pebble-sandy, the entrance is good, even special steps are not required. Sun beds, umbrellas are free, our people, of course, as always occupy in advance, we did not do such nonsense, for 14 days of rest there was never enough space. The beach bar, the food is gabrurgery, potatoes, ayran, etc
. The room itself is not bad, the furniture is tired, but in principle 4 * norms. Yes, it is better to take 1.5 meters of rope from the house to dry clothes on the balcony, or buy it in Migros - rusty traces remain from chairs and railings on the balcony, which could not be washed at home.
The food is excellent: I personally do not eat all sorts of 100/500 stewed incomprehensible dishes that were not finished yesterday, today they were given out as a new dish. But, there was always red trout fish, grilled fish, mutton, a type of shawarma spit. Fresh vegetables. I don't need any more. Fish, broccoli, tomato and vinishko. Super!!!! Fruits include cherries, watermelon, melon, apples, plums, oranges and much more. There was everything except bananas). Minus the star - there was no air conditioning in public places (lobby, bar, restaurant). Wi-Fi is paid. Free of charge only in the lobby. This is of course a plus - I was not bothered at work, and at least 14 days a year not to look into this box and not read the news. But still, we somehow got used to the availability of the Internet, and so if you call your family, register, or read information from the guide, sit in the stuffy lobby. But the child had a time limit, hooray! Of course, it was stuffy and hot in the restaurant, and the waiters couldn't cope, some kind of crowding, they had to look for an eternally clean fork. But on the other hand, there is not much hurry. Don't be nervous, don't be angry, and you will be happy))) Also, the hair dryer did not work in our room, but the air conditioner worked without a card! + on -
The village itself is small, not noisy, there is a promenade-embankment, quiet and decent. There are a couple of streets with shops. There is a post office with currency exchange near the hotel. Bus stop in Kemer TA08. Three pharmacies. They speak Russian everywhere, they take rubles everywhere, even at the pharmacy, although at the rate of 100 rubles. But as an option. They take any dollars older than 2000, they didn't take it at the hotel itself for a 1997 banknote, I don't know in other places, I haven't encountered it. We had the banknotes of 2003 and 2006, everything went well. Plus transfers to the card in rubles when there was not enough. The sea is warm - that's what you need. Nearby mount Olympus, Takhtalydag - we took an excursion from the hotel guide, paid by transfer in the unfavorable Kursk turned out to be 15.5 thousand for two - the mountain was included, lunch, a boat ride with swimming for 2 hours, Kemer with a mosque. For comparison, we will only climb the mountain for 40 € per person, a taxi for at least 25 $. It is quite possible to go to the hotel, the village is generally excellent! All music in the village stopped at 23:00 and it was quiet. Blackout curtains, slept well. The spa was visited purely for entertainment, of course. It can be called a spa with a big stretch))), but before leaving they pampered themselves a little, whether Thai or Chinese women work in it. Linen is changed, towels are not changed every day, but it is not 5 *. So it fits. Beach towels are provided three times a week - Monday, Wednesday and Friday. I described the main thing) in general, we were satisfied!

The rest was ruined from the very first second . An arrogant receptionist who is trying to charge the price of this hotel . The territory is not large , the food is scarce . They settled under the roof at +45 . The air conditioner was not working. TRPL was booked , it turned out to be room 2 + cot . We spent the first night like this . After a long conversation about a refund and moving to another hotel , it turned out that our room was still there , an overlap arose . After this incident, there was a lot of trouble during the rest. And for a good review of this hotel, they give pleasant presents. The first two photos are the hotel's birthday greetings. They just put a reserve on the table and a vase with artificial flowers . Not a hotel, but a fairy tale in order to fly home and relax again. And if you still want to visit this place, it takes 10-15 minutes to walk to the beach along the road and past other hotels that are really the first line.

We were vacationing with a friend, the end of September. The weather is great, the sea is great. We arrived early in the morning, checked in within an hour. However, the 0 floor is not very comfortable, with a balcony overlooking the pool. But we have no complaints, we only came to sleep, the room is clean, the bed is changed once a week. The food is delicious, there are no queues. WI-FI is only available at the reception, although it does not take everywhere. In the shower there is only shampoo and gel, a hair dryer. There is no iron in the hotel. Thanks to the bartenders, everyone is friendly. Special thanks to Adelia, a very nice man, organized wine and fruit for my anniversary in the room. The animation is not very good, probably the end of the season, everyone is tired. There is only volleyball on the beach and exercises on land.

I like the hotel
There is enough food: a lot of meat , vegetables, greens, sweets for lunch / dinner, fish may be a small choice, well, it's a matter of taste, there are few fruits, but enough.
Coffee would certainly be better, it is impossible to drink.
According to the number we were given on the 0 floor, the room is clean, there are small repair joints in the form of loose plaster from below, but it is not critical, the door to the balcony does not close tightly, anyone can open from the street-this is a minus.
The staff are all smiling and friendly.Cleaning every day.
The Internet in Lobi is free, we had enough, in the rooms it is paid.
5-7 minutes to the sea, the beach is clean, there are enough sun beds.

There are many interesting places around to visit with a guided tour or on your own. We took a car and drove around the neighborhood.

We were at this hotel from 04.10.24 to 15.10.24.Recommended by our tour operator, we did not regret it. We met well, settled in at 11 a.m. The staff is friendly, the room was cleaned daily, soap, shampoo. Towels were changed, swans were laid out. The food is good, kind. Plenty of everything. There were sun beds on the beach, the animator invited you to yoga, volleyball, etc. And they also entertained on the territory of the hotel. Drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, please. The sea is gentle and clean. The sky is blue. Only the territory of the hotel is small, but we were warned, and the sea is just around the corner! The rooms are excellent: freshly renovated, the air conditioning worked, the mattresses are elastic, not sagging, the linen is clean. There are two armchairs on the balcony. Tea, coffee, water are all available even late.

It's close to the sea, but the music from the nearest hotels (different on the right and left) kind of annoying. At 23.10 it is usually quiet, you can take out the earplugs and go to sleep. I didn't have a swimsuit dryer in my room, I dried it on iron chairs that stood on the balcony. We were with a family, 2 adults and 2 children from 07/01/2024-07/15/2024. The hotel is small, 3 swimming pools, one Jacuzzi, one adult and for very young children, slides. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the beach, there were usually enough sun beds if you came to the beach before 9 a.m.,
the food - breakfasts are very meager, but you will not stay hungry. Inconvenient room cleaning, from 12-17 on schedule, so we just changed the towels ...
I want to say a special thank you to the SPA staff, not intrusive. I did a massage course and I want to express my gratitude to the masseuse Ayu... She does massage very well, I have done many
different massages, there is something to compare.

The territory is neither large nor small. There are 2 swimming pools, a large one with slides, sun beds around, there is a bar, a sports ground and a stage for animation. The latter, as they say, is lame. It is not entirely clear who it is designed for, but okay. There are a lot of palm trees, Bougainvilleas are blooming in exuberant color, cats are fumbling-splendor. The hall is large, there are balconies for smokers (who do not know what doors are). Meals - all inclusive. Breakfasts are modest, lunches and dinners are plentiful. The queues of compatriots who, as with a loss, are already waiting for the start of the meal in half an hour are upsetting. The sentries in the mausoleum are even more negligent in their service.
From drinks beer tuborg gold, kr and white wine, vodka. Pop cocktails interfere, foreign alcohol is expensive. Next time I'll go on a non-alcoholic tour.
From snacks. Lots of greens, fresh vegetables, various olives, cheeses. Heaps of different salads. From dishes. Soups are fire, side dishes are various, the cuisine is mainly European. There is little local flavor in the kitchen. There are a lot of sweets, but the local baklava is something! If you take it with you, then only after trying it and weighing it. Local tea, strong, tart. In the USSR there was one. Local coffee is expensive, 2 dollars / euro per cup. There is only espresso in the coffee machine, you can ask for milk at the bar
The staff is friendly, sociable, there is a Russian-speaking representative at the registration. If you know English, then it's not a problem either), and if you know Azerbaijani, then everything will be fine for sure)
There are a lot of shops and a bazaar near the hotel, life is boiling during the day, but exactly until 23 pm, then peace and quiet.
From the porch there is a view of Takhtaly Mountain, that sunrises, that sunsets are something. On the first morning, it seemed that it was a scenery or a dream, an alarm clock would pull me out of sleep and go back to work.
It's nice to walk to the beach past a couple of hotels, everything is green, flowerbeds, flowers, cats))). The beaches are wide, relatively clean (everything is better than on the Black Sea coast), the sea is transparent and very warm. There is a place to walk in the evening before going to bed, there is a place to have a snack.

We had a rest in early July 2023. We are glad that the travel agency recommended this hotel to us. The territory is small, but with a large swimming pool and a slide. Good food, not very varied, but there were always fresh and stewed vegetables, chicken, meat, fish, turkey, watermelon and melon, apricots and plums. The beach is spacious, there were enough sun beds and umbrellas for everyone. The sea is clean, the beach is small and medium pebbles. You can do without slippers, but if you have slippers for entering the sea, it is better to take them for a more comfortable movement. I recommend taking a room that does not face the pool, as there is music from morning to 23.00 and it will be difficult to sleep in the afternoon. And it is advisable to take a clothesline to dry the laundry on the balcony, there is nothing provided for this. The hotel has an excellent SPA, attentive receptionist Bilal. Massage is inexpensive at Moscow prices, professionally done by girls from Thailand and Bali - the effect is amazing. In general, we have completely rebooted.

We came for the second time, we had our first vacation in October 2021. I really liked the service, the food, the cleanliness, and the staff attentive and friendly. Comfortable bed, not tired furniture. Excellent access to the sea, always available sun beds, clean beach and cheerful and diligent guys in the cafe on the beach! I liked the spa, the girls work great, informally, although the cost of services is low. And now the hotel has become even better! The food is still delicious, everything is on top - both the serving and the range of dishes, everything is fresh. We are glad to be back! I highly recommend it. It's 4* by 5!
