We were with tents, we really liked the place, 2 kitchens for visitors, toilets and showers are modern and good, the pool, the hostess is nice and kind, we really liked everything, we will come again)
An incredibly cozy and well-maintained place. Clean, beautiful views, domestic chickens and geese! Beautiful swimming pool. The owners are fans of their business!
An incredible place! I am very impressed. We lived with my wife in a tent for a week in October. It's just wonderful! Kitchens, showers, toilets - all at a very high level.
Swimming pool, dogs and cats on site, chickens)
Visitors are mostly Europeans, talking about their travels around the world)
The hostess Sandra is very friendly and sociable.
For our extensive travel experience, I can safely say that this hotel has surpassed not only other B&Bs where we have been, but also some 5* hotels!
Everything is thought out to the smallest detail and done with maximum love and care for the guests.
Sandra is a great hostess: she will meet, place, tell you everything, give you the necessary tips and recommendations and just give you a good mood for the whole day. It seems that you are not coming to a hotel, but to visit a wonderful person.
She herself serves breakfast for all guests every morning on the terrace overlooking the mountains and makes sure to specify in the evening at what time it is convenient to serve breakfast.
During all 5 nights of our stay, the choice of cheeses and cold cuts for breakfast has never been repeated! In addition, there is always a large basket of fresh bread, vegetables, eggs, yoghurts, jams, compotes, tea/coffee - everything is cooked delicious and with a soul.
The room is very cozy, has everything you need (including bathrobes, slippers, hair dryer), the bed and pillows are comfortable, the blanket is airy, the bed linen is fresh and beautiful.
The bathroom has all the necessary bath accessories, a very comfortable shower cabin, good water pressure. Towels were changed daily. Room cleaning is also daily.
There are several excellent kitchens on the territory of the house, equipped with high-quality appliances and a full set of dishes.
The outdoor pool with mountain views and a seating area were the most impressive.
There are sun loungers near the pool, the water is clean (although cool - October), the view is stunning: during the day there are mountains illuminated by the sun, at night there are countless stars! The living room is large, cozy, with a large selection of lighting levels (lamps, candles), books and board games, tea/coffee/sweets and a bowl of fruit on the table, soft sofas, a warm blanket and an atmosphere of complete peace!
To tell the truth, I didn't want to leave the hotel even for sightseeing in Armenia!
There are no disadvantages!
There are only a couple of points worth paying attention to.
It is worth bearing in mind that the bathroom is outside the room (but each room has its own with a separate key).
For the Ararat room, this is not a problem at all - the bathroom door is right next to the entrance to the room.
From the rest of the rooms, you need to go through the living room.
And those who drive should know that the nearest shops close early and do not shine with an assortment - it is better to go shopping in Yerevan.
