While in St. Petersburg, I was looking for a flower salon in Batumi. I needed a gorgeous bouquet, concise and not worn out. Birthday 03.08.23 for Natalia. Mikhail took over my order. To be honest (Mikhail, I'm sorry), I was very skeptical at first, but I trusted and did not lose. Mikhail and his colleagues took up a bouquet of my abstract ideas and "references", offered their ideas, clarified the details, because I am not a specialist in this, and bearing in mind one thing, I can make a mistake in terminology. Resume. Mikhail is fumbling. He did not whine and did not show dissatisfaction because of my constant edits and wishes, they collected a bouquet literally on their knees, coordinated, at my request, every step. His fellow florists (girls, smart girls, thank you very much) added the final touches, made a "cut". Further. bouquet delivery. Having a phone number and only an approximate address, they delivered the bouquet safely, adjusting to a convenient time for the recipient (they moved the delivery time an hour ahead at the request of the birthday girl). I am very grateful and grateful to you. PS it's funny when a person living in Batumi calls you in St. Petersburg and asks "where did you order a bouquet? I need to place an order for a friend in Batumi." All the best to you!

On March 8, in the evening, we bought tulips, when the buds opened, I saw that the flowers were ugly: you can see from the photo that they look just bad. I do not know if this is a grade marriage or what. I wrote to the store, asked if it was possible to replace the bouquet or return the money (I would even be ready to hand over these flowers back). I didn't really hope for anything, of course.
I was told (I attached screenshots) that everything is OK in the photo with flowers, but they can't control how they opened there. OK. Today is the 4th day – the flowers can be safely thrown away, they have lost their color and wilted.
Tulips that were bought on February 14 at another flower shop for 6 lari (and here for 10) stood with me until the beginning of March with a good smooth beautiful opening.
It is a pity that the store is not responsible for the quality of the goods provided.
