Positive:
1. Safe territory inside the residential complex
2. Beautifully built
3. It's nice to breathe
4. Near the LCD there are shops, school, children.garden, car wash and gas station
Minuses:
1. Near the 1st, 2nd and 3rd houses it stinks of something incomprehensible (there is an internal store there
2. The range of the most internal store is not very wide
3. There are only 3 gates in the entire residential complex, only 1 of them is round-the-clock, the rest work from morning to 21:00, so it takes quite a long time to walk after 21:00 (if you are at 9-11), for example, to throw out garbage

Minuses:
- This attraction is called "Life on a construction site for a high price"
- Dust from the construction site behind the fence. With the wind coming from the construction site, Cambridge is covered by a sandstorm - there is nothing to breathe.
- Near the store and houses 1, 2, 3 it stinks a lot all the time. Stronger in the evening, a little less in the afternoon.
- In house 3, with the windows open, the ring road is perfectly audible.
- The contingent of residents is changing for the worse every year.
- Sound insulation leaves much to be desired
- It is very difficult to get anywhere without a car/ taxi
- There is nowhere else to walk except the territory inside the residential complex, around the industrial zone
- The nearest park is a 30-40-minute walk along a dusty road.
- The store is on site - with a minimal set of products and is located in the place where it stinks the most, which is why the goods in the store also start to stink.
- Playgrounds leave much to be desired. All are badly worn out.
- The sports ground is one name. Meaningless simulators.
- Cars park terribly and sometimes drive very fast on the territory
- For a walk there is one pedestrian alley of 50 meters, or walk around the parking lot.
Of the advantages:

Excellent residential complex. Cozy, playgrounds, closed territory. A special advantage is the international English school nearby. Houses with excellent finishes and layouts.

There is a construction site on eight sides, there is nothing within a radius of 3 km. It's like a reservation. It's nice inside, but if the breeze blows clouds of dust from all the construction sites - here they are, all the cars are in the sand.

For Toshkent, of course, this is a fairy tale, but for visitors, the quality of the house leaves much to be desired. We've been living since January, they've been digging all the time.
