The rolls are so-so. There is no curd cheese, there is no taste either, at all. But this is not critical, you can add soy sauce. Workers making rolls in gloves, in the same gloves punch a check in them, make a note with a pen and take money in them, and give change. And then, most likely, they make rolls again in the same gloves. In general, hygiene is so-so.
