We stopped 2 times. A simple place, do not sweat much, relaxed staff, stress in everything, openness to early arrivals and late departures. Cheap and quiet.

The attitude towards tourists is excellent, the room is packed (we had a 2-room apartment on the 1st floor), quiet, 10 minutes to the beach by car, I recommend renting a car, we took it at the airport, some rental companies accept union pay Gazprombank cards
