When we were brought to the hotel, the guide left us. And as always, give me money. The receptionist immediately offered a better room. To my question, what is the problem. She gave me two keys and told me to go and look for myself. Which one they settle us in and which one they can give us for an additional fee. I must say right away that the rooms are the same., but there is one THING. Which was supposed to be our number. It is a very long way to go to him, he is the farthest room. Since we took our grandmother with us, long walks around the hotel will not bring joy to her, and they will not bring pleasure to us either. And which room is better, it's next to the elevator and in the middle of the hotel. It cost me $30 in 11 days. Take the bucks with you. Keep in mind that every day when you are by the pool, fur and gold merchants will approach you every day (offering a free ride to their store), massage, haman, keepsake photos. It seems that traders from the south of Russia have moved to Turkey. The beach is good, the only drawback is the setting of the sea. It's rocky there. You can easily break or twist your leg going into the sea. It is better to enter the water from the pier, it is available. Another disadvantage is near the hotel, there is only one shop and it is not big.

The food is varied, fruits (watermelons, melons,strawberries, peaches, nectarines, apples, pears, oranges). I put 4 because of the remoteness from the village and the first 3 days the hotel was in some kind of hibernation, it was very dirty everywhere, the food was cold, we had a shock. We associate this with the last days of the post, because since 3.06 everything has changed for the better.

When choosing a hotel, priority was given to the cleanliness of the rooms and the territory, the quality of food and the availability of an aquapark. The hotel is almost new (2017). The rooms are very clean and large. They clean it every day. The staff is mostly polite. The food is not bad, if you do not take into account that there is solid palm oil everywhere. Especially in cutlets, or as they call it, grilled meat. Milk is also of unclear quality. It is difficult to feed children for breakfast. Of the porridges, there was only an incomprehensible oatmeal soaked in something barely resembling milk and rice porridge. Either pasta or various dry flakes. Fruits are mainly apples, pears, oranges. Once there were peaches, but we only saw them on the plates of our "wild" and "hungry" citizens, who collected 5 of them per person! Watermelons are like grass. There are plenty of sweets, but everything is mostly monotonous. The entrance to the sea is very bad! It looks very much like once many, many thousands of years ago, there was a volcanic eruption and lava formed the seabed)) The stones are mostly not sharp, but the bottom is not smooth. The territory of the hotel is sooo small. What was emphasized when choosing a hotel is mainly available here (but not food). We will not go to this hotel anymore! He definitely doesn't pull 5 stars!

We refused to pay because we had less than an hour to wait until 14:00. We arrived at exactly 14:00 and received the answer the hotel is full, wait for the rooms are not available yet. In the pools, the water for children is cool, warms up in the sun by 15-30.

We were two families in June 2018 with children 4, 11, 14 years old. The rooms are comfortable, daily cleaning (3rd floor and 5th floor). The pools are awesome, the water is warm, the slides work from 10 to 12 and from 14 to 16. Earlier it was written that as a child sleeps, so the music screams. TAKE A ROOM WITH A VIEW NOT OF THE POOL, you can't hear the music there. Music screams only during the opening hours of the slides. A very interesting pool area for very young children. 5 min walk to the sea. There is also a bar on the beach, you can have a great snack, sometimes you didn't even go to lunch. There are enough drinks both alco and without alcohol. Not delicious cocktails (greedy syrup) in the bars of the hotel in the evening. The entry into the sea is normal (of course not for small children). The water in the sea is clean. The sun beds under the canopies are a little far away. But the sun beds can be moved closer to the shore (in the sun it really will work). An excellent program in the evening (although it is different for seven days, and then in a circle). ATTENTION there is a free disco (entrance to the left of the stage). Cool DJ, (you can order music for a very small $) + there is a free bar. It was amazing that there were never any people there. I think it's because at the end of the concert, everyone is invited to go to a paid disco in the center. But they are silent about their hotel room.
