Friendly staff, relatively fresh rooms, good breakfasts, daily cleaning, bottled drinking water, shampoo, shower gel, soap, tea. There is a kettle, refrigerator, elevator. Walking distance to most of the attractions.
Among the disadvantages are small rooms, not very high-quality plumbing, sound insulation is completely absent, located inside the shopping district, in the evening there is a lot of garbage on the surrounding streets.
The hotel is great! The room is very clean, the furniture is in good condition, cleaning every day, tea and water are always available. There is a good shower room, nothing runs anywhere, there were no interruptions with water. The breakfasts are also quite decent. There was always enough to have a snack before a walk.
Of the minuses: a small room, if you only come to spend the night, but it is quite suitable.
The location of the hotel is not very good: at the flea market. There are a lot of retail outlets around, it's pretty dirty. To get to the hotel, you must first go down a very steep hill, and then climb it accordingly.
The rating for the smallness of the rooms has been reduced. Well, they are very small. The renovation is good with a hint of design, the bathroom and living room are clean. But I can't imagine how to move around in the room, wash a man of large build! The breakfasts are not bad, but why can't you put a coffee machine and a thermopot with tea in the common area? It's a completely incomprehensible system to approach the service desk and ask the staff to pour a cup of tea, but no! a cardboard cup of tea.
Nice hotel! Its main advantages are:1) It's that it's new, clean, beautiful! Everything is thought out, even there is an elevator! 2) This is a wonderful staff! Hospitable, friendly, helpful in all matters!
We came for a walk around Istanbul. We needed to get a good night's sleep and have a hearty breakfast! We found it all here!)
The area is... peculiar, but we didn't have any problems here)
I lived in the most budget room. Clean, neat. There is an elevator. The street is quiet. At a good angle. Walking distance to the sights is 20 minutes. You can drive up by tram. The breakfasts are hearty. Cleaning is daily. Polite staff. One speaks Russian. You can hear the neighbors from other rooms behind the wall + those who are in the corridor + how the elevator door slams.
In general, there is nothing bad to say. It's a little cramped, there's no laundry (but it's not listed), the staff is good, the breakfasts are delicious.

A wonderful hotel. Cozy, clean, beautiful. I liked it much more than the others where we stayed in Istanbul.
The room has everything you need. TV, refrigerator, kettle, hair dryer. The breakfast is delicious, buffet style.
Thank you to the administrator!
The area is quite quiet.
Keep in mind that the terrain is hilly as everywhere in the center. You often have to go downhill.
I really liked the hotel - it is new, clean in the rooms, tea/coffee during the day. The room has a kettle, water. The staff speaks Russian, responsive!
