I love their sweets and pastries. The bread made from buckwheat and bran is simply amazing. The staff is neat, prompt and polite. Clear. I recommend.

Very weak, mediocre food and indifferent service at the dump, in other branches it is more attentive. You have to make incredible efforts to get to the waiters, and then you are surprised to see a fixed amount for service in the receipt, and this despite the fact that you were running after the staff. Breakfast with coffee turned out to be about $ 20, which is a decent amount for locals. But next time, with such a careless approach, I won't bring my money here. I took the time to read other comments about the disgusting service. The organization is not responding in any way. It's really TOUGH.

Even this is a lot for them. If you are a simple person, be prepared, beautifully "ustizdan kulishadi" literally. Plus, the prices are cosmic considering the price / quality. If you want to visit, dress decently so that you can immediately see you are rich and you should be respected. One thing I can say for sure: the staff is too arrogant!

I went to the CakeLab pastry shop in Riviera with the intention of buying anything I liked. I never know what to choose, so I decided that the best thing would be to just buy all the sweets that are in the store.
I started loading my basket with all kinds of cakes, pies and cookies. All the sellers were very kind to me because I was their biggest customer in the last few years.
When I went to the cash register to pay, I saw that my wallet was empty. I started searching all my pockets, but I couldn't find even one coin anywhere.
The seller said: "Well, you can come back in an hour when you can pay." I was disappointed and left the store, but suddenly I had an idea.
I decided to pay the sellers not with money, but with my talent. I started singing them a song I wrote about sweets. The sellers were delighted with my performance, and they even allowed me to pick up all the sweets for free as a sign of gratitude for my talent.
So I left the bakery with a basket full of sweets and new friends. I was very happy because I got what I wanted – all the sweets in the world.

I used to go to the Cake lab at least 2-3 times a week to take some dessert with me. But, unfortunately, they often began to sell me very stale desserts. And this applies not only to this particular branch, but to most of them that I have visited. And also,(this is my subjective opinion) prices have become too high, and the quality has not improved:(

The service is disgusting. We sat for about 20 minutes, and no one came up to us. The waiter was called 3 times, he saw it, but did not deign to come up. They walked in groups, chatted, but it didn't matter to the visitors. This is not the first time this situation has occurred. Unfortunately, the service at the institution is simply terrible.

Cake Lab, as always, keeps the brand and in each of their branches you can find a large selection of goodies :) And I especially like this branch, as it is located in my favorite Riviera shopping center and has a sufficient number of seats so that visitors can comfortably enjoy drinks and dessert.

Delicious desserts, that's it. The waiters really don't try, the service is indifferent. I asked what alternative milk there was, the waiter went to check with the barista, after which he returned and named only one type, although even I, sitting at the table, heard 3 types of it. I asked again several times, but the waiter stood his ground, after which she said that she had heard the barista's answer and still had other milk. He went to clarify again, came back and said he was mistaken. 2 breakfasts were served for 45 minutes, after which we refused to wait for them and asked to be excluded from the receipt. The waiter insisted that 45 minutes was normal and he always cooked like that, but the 2 tables that came after us received their dishes. As a result, we managed to exclude the dishes from the receipt, but not without an unpleasant dialogue. I do not recommend visiting inside, but just take the desserts with you - yes. Everything we tried was delicious and fresh.

They put the wrong thing in the order, and the money was withdrawn for a more expensive cake. A tartlet instead of a raspberry pie, they say it's on the foot, then why won't it be removed from the site and from the cash register. They promised to refund the money, but it's been 2 hours. This is not the first time there have been problems with delivery, it was stale products and the operator on the phone says - I asked at the store, they said it was fresh. And a couple of times they brought salads off the menu. There seemed to be little things, but I don't want anything else from there

We often eat at the Cake Lab, but after visiting the Riviera twice, we were very disappointed. The waiter service and the manager's attitude are amazing. The waiters do not hear the visitors, they are rude, they forget about the order. The manager only knows how to argue, but not solve problems.. There are no questions about the kitchen, only the serving speed is more than 30-40 minutes🥹
