I bought a set of 8 eclairs and ate a few right in the cafe, they turned out to be stale, stale and unpleasant. I asked them to replace the rest with fresh ones, but they refused and said some stupid excuse that I should have said right away. And as soon as I finished eating, I said so. I didn't ask for a refund for the fact that I was fed stale, I just changed the rest to fresh ones, I had to throw away half the packages because it tasted bad.

We bought an Americano, a cherry pie, and a strawberry matcha. The Americano was warm, the cherry pie wasn't fresh. The matcha turned out to be tasteless, and there was no taste of strawberries at all. I asked to replace it with a cold one, but in the end they just brought me a glass with ice. Although when ordering, they usually (!) specify the customer's preference. (about the temperature)
