I give the lowest rating for the attitude of the staff to the customers. The guy at the checkout behaved negatively on a national basis. When politely asked to give the password from the Wi-Fi, he contemptuously replied that the Wi-Fi did not work, and then refused to accept the card as payment, lying that Russian cards were not accepted. Although the Wi-Fi is working, another employee gave us the password, and we paid with the card in the same cafe a few hours earlier, and when ordering, we once again clarified whether mir cards are accepted and the waiter assured us that yes! I understand that it is biased to give a low rating to an institution because of one person, I just want to draw the attention of the management. The employee was clearly guided by the national issue and acted consciously! Naturally, we will no longer go to this cafe, although we planned to drink coffee there every day during the vacation, because it is convenient for us to enter this shopping center.
I came for the first time and was very disappointed. 1- we waited Sooo long for our order, more than an hour, although we ordered a quick-cooked dish. 2- the waiters didn't even want to come up to serve us.
3- half of the dishes from the menu are simply missing.
4- prices are above average, which is surprising with such terrible service.
In general, it's just a big huge minus. I don't advise you to go there and I won't go there anymore.
The Mediterranean-style omelet is very tasty, but I waited for it for 40 minutes. By the way, during this time, the latte had just cooled down to the temperature where it could be drunk. Guys, since you pour coffee into a heat-resistant glass, at least don't pour boiling water there :)
