I was at this institution with my family. The interior is pleasant. Chairs, tables and sofas are comfortable. There are quite a lot of people, but everything is clean, neat and cozy. The staff is polite, a young team. Payment is made at the checkout, there is a terminal. The dishes are brought quickly enough. We made an order, we were told to wait about 30-45 minutes (Saturday evening, a lot of people), our order was delivered literally 15-20 minutes later. I really liked the menu. A good selection of dishes and drinks for every taste. The prices are adequate, the portions are not small. The place is great, we will try to visit it more often with our family)))

Excellent, one of the best (was) establishments in the city. Separately, I am glad that he starts working very first in the city - if you arrived early, definitely there, the breakfasts there are normal, you will not regret it. Sushi is great, burgers are super: I recommend sushi set #4 (for two), burger Chick Chop, Turkish soup. Yes, and there is a delivery.
Update: they lose orders, they waited an hour - they brought four of the five dishes, they did not wait for the rest ...
The toilet is dirty, the floor is not cleaned - not really, the institution has deteriorated.

The establishment is located in the central part of the city, ~ 5 minutes to the city embankment and the same time to the central pedestrian street of Brest (Sovetskaya). The interior of the place is also not bad. The music is playing at a moderate volume, which I consider a small plus. However, the tables are very close and not very convenient, which causes some moral discomfort. There are a couple of tables "in the inner courtyard" where smoking is allowed, however, through this courtyard everyone goes to the toilet since it is located there and I think the disadvantage is that when the door opens back and forth and if you choose a table next to it, you can smell it playing, personally it made me uncomfortable. I would also like to note one nuance, next to the door to the courtyard there was a hanger that almost fell (fortunately during its spamming) on the table that we occupied and this was due to the draught. When we came to occupy a table, we were surprised, it was in crumbs and on the floor, not only near the table that our company occupied, but there were crumbs near the other tables too. However, they responded promptly to the request to remove it and the table became clean. The staff is young, mostly, as I noticed, they were girls, in neat clean clothes. The menu was not given to us in the best quality (the book itself): the pages are already flying out of the brackets, some are dirty, some are worn in total so-so. The availability of dishes would not say that it is gorgeous, but I liked the availability of different Sushi options. In the restaurant, as I understand it, the 50/50 service system works, that is, you do 50% of the actions yourself, 50% is done by the waiter. You come, you order, you pay, if there are drinks ready or they are quickly made, you pick them up yourself, and then they give you a number and the waiter brings you the ordered dish. However, the expectation of the order was disappointing, we ordered a sushi set which are indicated in the menu, however, the waiting time was indicated on top, if I am not mistaken, it is about 15-20 minutes. I don't want to seem like a person who is looking for some disadvantages, however, when paying at the checkout, not only did they not issue a check, they still did not warn about the waiting time. As a result, after the past 20 minutes and clarifying the circumstances why it took so long for the order to be given, the girl at the bar wrote off a phrase like this: "Weren't you warned?". And after a quiet whispering with the kitchen, we realized that our order hadn't started cooking yet and promised to make it within 10 minutes, although we had half drunk the drinks. As a result, we waited for our set. What can I say about the taste, it was even good, although I'm not a fan and not an expert in sushi, but what they cook there and take from the store is heaven and earth. And it really turned out to be very tasty.
Therefore, considering everything, I would say that there are solid 2 stars here, I would not put it higher yet, the hand would not rise. Of course, I wanted to attach a photo, but I couldn't do it.

And having unwrapped it and tried it, I can say the following, the cutlets are not fresh, especially the bottom ones, they are solid, it's just terrible how you can do that, I do not know who the cook is, my only mistake was to take him back and write a complaint. I can say one thing, if it had been done normally, I would not have written this review. Undoubtedly, there is very tasty food and drinks here: burgers are very juicy, sushi is always on top, cocktails are moderately sweet. But the cleanliness leaves much to be desired: the tables are always dirty and sticky. And the service here is so-so. We ordered two cocktails and a sushi set with a friend. The drinks were brought immediately, but we waited for sushi for more than 50 minutes. After we made and paid for the order, we waited for half an hour, after which we went to the cashier to ask where our order was (the menu says that the waiting time is 15-20 minutes). We were told that the order was being prepared. As a result, we got sushi after another 20 minutes. There is a suspicion that the order was simply forgotten. Well, that would have been the end of it, but the two of us brought only one pair of sticks, which turned out to be broken.
This is not an institution that you want to return to again. I've been here a few times, but it doesn't get any better each time.
