An extremely unpleasant impression of visiting the institution.
Meal.
Lemon meringue tart is an impostor in its purest form.
Firstly, the wet meringue you actually have is MARSHMALLOWS, and highly gelled.
Secondly, lemon cream is also gelated (???), lemon juice in this jelly is in excess.
Some kind of local craft that needs to be renamed. Because visually it looks normal, but it tastes like a disaster.
The coffee is delicious - there are no questions.
Inside.
There is too much arrogance, importance and abrupt menu-snatching movements from the lady at the checkout.
Impression of the type:
- "I'm busy here, and you came here with your order."
- "Don't you see, I'm talking into the microphone, I'm not up to you!?"
- "We don't PUT the appliances (they put them in the toilet, I'm sorry) if you don't ask for them. We are part of some kind of ECO blah blah blah..." and there are a lot of stupid excuses, instead of just giving the instruments and apologizing for our own stupidity.
Some kind of unfair barter: a lot of piety for the precass zone in exchange for irritation and a desire to get away from you as quickly as possible.
There are a lot of people inside and your ventilation cannot cope with this, there is no desire to stay inside.
The institution has a star disease:
1. Good training for your employees is extremely necessary here
2. Check out the classic recipe for Italian meringue and lemon curd.
It was the worst lemon tart I've ever tasted.
After such a reception, you don't even want to go through the main menu...

Not bad coffee (though not always)
Excellent breakfast menu (but it would be nice to update it already)
But that's what I do - minus 3 stars, so it's for the greed and short-sightedness of the institution - after 20:00 there are no pastries in the institution. (By the way, I'm talking about both of their establishments, and what's in Dostyk) Yes, they make a discount on it after 20:00, and apparently, in order to save money, they try to do just enough so that by 20:00 the showcase would be empty and they do it perfectly well, but here's the problem, after 20:00 there are still people in the institution and this attitude is frankly no.
I often visit both coffee shops for lunch, dinner and breakfast. And almost every evening I go to get dessert and bread for the evening. And now I don't really want to go, I'm already used to the fact that there won't be any baking anyway.
Now I'm thinking about changing a permanent establishment, since their savings after 20:00 do not correspond to the level of such establishments. (Of course, this is purely my opinion)

The dish was waited for longer than 15-20 minutes
We ordered a special breakfast. There is a lot of cheese cream, for a couple of slices of bread. The salmon is too salty. A Tashkent tomato is only 3 butts from a tomato, it wasn't enough.
Poached eggs and avocados were good.
There were some bugs in the toilet of the establishment.
The waiters do not come up for a long time, it is clear that they are sewn up, although there was not a full landing.

The main disadvantage after we left was the wild heaviness and heartburn. And not only for me, but also for the young man. We ate different dishes. We arrived closer to 10.00 before that we had not eaten anything. As a result, it got better only in the late afternoon. It was very hard before that.
